I did not choose this dress for my event.
The dress was beautiful, but very, very loose. I usually wear a 16, but probably have could have pulled off a 12 it was so big. Several of the other reviews say the dress is heavy, and they're right. I don't think I would have been comfortable wearing it very long.

Choosing a different outfit.
I did not choose this dress for my event. I'm very short waisted and petite. The bodice ended at my hips instead of below my waist as expected, and it was much longer than it appears in the picture. I buy regular length dresses all the time without a problem, but this hit lower mid calf making me look very frumpy.

I'm short and curvy with a very short torso! The jumpsuit fit great through the bust, waist, and just right through the hips! The peplum ruffle hid my belly well without making me look wider, and the asymmetrical line distracted from my mild scoliosis. It was a little long, but the petite was not available. I would 100% rent this again, but pair with red heels and jewelry next time!
