It's not black- it's navy with short sleeves
I ended up liking it but was disappointed that it was not black- it's navy blue. The sleeves are 3/4 length, which I knew when I ordered but I think they were slightly awkward.

True to size. The fit was comfortable- the sleeves were a bit small, which prevented me from layering but I didn't really need to bundle up because the jacket was insulating. The knit collar does come off.

Rehearsals dinner for family wedding
Wore to a rehearsal dinner for a family wedding. It was a little short but not inappropriate. I was able to run after a toddler while in this outfit and it was worn for several hours and while traveling- it was comfortable for being a romper.
