Works well for maternity
I rented this while 16-20 weeks pregnant (with a pretty sizeable bump) and found that it was long enough and had enough room to look cute. The material is cozy and not scratchy. The only slight downside for me was that the cutout went so far toward the neck that I couldn't wear a bra with straps and I don't like wearing strapless bras. Overall though I'd recommend!

Too Tight and Short for Maternity
I rented this at about 18 weeks pregnant and couldn't wear it. To me the fit was tight and it was too short to conceal the belly band on pregnancy pants. If you're gonna try it, I'd say size up.

Unique and Perfect for Fall
I wore this to a rehearsal dinner on a warm night in October and I loved it! The cape adds a bit of drama without being too over the top and the fit is very flattering in the mid-section. I will say that the leg slit was unnecessary and slightly annoying when I sat down (I'm 5'9 though so it might be a non-issue for a shorter person). Overall I thought this was a fun rental!

Dare to be different
I rented this dress for a black tie event celebrating the opening of the Dior exhibit at the art museum. Since I don't own any Dior, I went on RTR and found something that was reminiscent of what I had seen in the exhibit. The fit and length was absolutely perfect with 2 inch heels (love when I can wear low heels!). Photographers from the event immediately came up to me, singled me out from my friends, and interviewed me about who I was wearing (!) and took this pic. I felt like a celeb!! Highly recommend if you want something that's different from the usual.

Sexy dress but still classy ...at least if you're flat-chested
I rented this dress for my friends black tie wedding. Red is always a color that demands attention but I didn't want it to look slutty at all. I was mostly concerned about the chest because other reviewers had mentioned that it was pretty open and I don't have much to fill it up. I ended up wearing the 4L which is my usual size and it fit perfectly. The chest wasn't gappy but it was very wide and open so I decided to tie a black satin ribbon across the straps in the back to kind of cinch it up so I wouldn't worry about it. It actually worked really well. I am 5'10 and I wore low 2" heels and the length was perfect. The dress was comfortable and I felt confident all night.

Color and cutout makes this dress a standout
The color of this dress is amazing, especially for a pale redhead like myself. I am usually a size 4 but rarely a size 2 so I ordered both in the long length. I technically could squeeze myself into the 2 because the material is slightly stretchy but because it was so fitted, it tended to ride up when I walked so I ended up wearing the 4. The 4 fit really well. The only thing is that the torso was SLIGHTLY too short for me (I'm 5'10) but it was only really something that I noticed. The length was absolutely perfect with comfy 2.5 inch heels. I found that a regular bra worked perfectly. One of the garment straps used for hanging the dress fell through the cutout but I just tucked it into my bra and it was no problem. I loved the dress and the Rent the Runway process was so easy. Definitely recommend!
