The dress was super comfy for an at-home casual cocktail party. I was comfortable all night and the dress was flattering. I wore shapewear underneath and was happy with the fit. I wore with high-heeled boots to add to my height - the dress length probably would have looked funny if I hadn't been wearing heels since I'm short.

I rented 3 dresses for a wedding weekend full of events. I was just hoping everything would fit honestly because I've had events where nothing I rented fit and I've had to scramble. RTR was 3 for 3 this weekend. I don't think the open shoulder style is one I like on me, but I felt on trend and the dress was comfortable and fit nicely - and I loved the fact that there are the bra strap holders to keep your straps in place. The only thing that would have made this dress better would have been pockets. ;) Thank you RTR for keeping me looking great all weekend.

I loved this bracelet but it seems like it is a bit worn out. A couple of the links looked bent out of shape and would get kinked to the point where it was difficult to straighten it out. It is a very nice addition to the dress I rented.

While the dress fit, I absolutely had to pin the top. I have a short torso, long legs, so the deep cut v just sat wide open on me because of the extra length between waist and shoulder. (If I pulled up on the shoulders, it would have sat fine) Fashion tape would not have cut it, but pinning it fixed it and I got many compliments. I loved the necklace I rented to go with it as well and I wore a navy blue wrap which was great and a perfect compliment to the orchid color. From other reviews, I was expecting to use hem tape, but my tall shoes were tall enough and the dress length wasn't a problem.

This was too big, but a smaller size might not have worked either. I didn't hesitate when I read in other reviews that it was short, because I'm only 5'1", but if I lifted my arms it was more like a long shirt than a dress!! Heavy and shapeless. This XL, was not an XL in my opinion - definitely runs small. I had to knock stars just cuz I couldn't wear it. I would have worn it if it had fit like suggested on the model. This was body hugging on me even as the XL. The other XL dress I ordered was too big, so I don't think it's me. Luckily RTR sent me a replacement dress that worked out great but I was definitely hoping to wear this one.

I was super comfortable in this dress - thanks to the stylist who helped me find it when the 2 other dresses that came just weren't working for me! ...and Pockets guys. Pockets. Even having a large-ish chest, this was cut pretty low, no bra wasn't an option (for me at least), so I just resolved to be ok with flashing a tiny peek of my lacy black bra to someone who is taller than me looking down ... So, this was my backup dress and I did end up wearing it, but wished I could have worn the other dress. This is very forgiving if your weight is fluctuating - I was super comfortable all night. I wore a bra that had clear straps and you couldn't see them at all. I really liked the cut-outs.

I loved this dress, and unfortunately the size up backup size wasn't available when I needed it. I could get it on - but I wouldn't have been comfortable. Wore another dress instead. I will definitely try to get this dress again in a more comfortable size as I could tell it would be very flattering and the color was really lovely. I was also worried about the length since I am so short, but I thought it looked very sophisticated and elegant... just a tad tight.
