It was exactly what I was looking for.  I followed the reviews in terms of sizing and ended up with a 0 which is way smaller than I would have guessed but I have a small bust.  It fit perfectly and I got so many compliments.  Love this dress so much! I wore it for my daughter's bat mitzvah and I wish I had more chances to wear it because it's so pretty.

This was a great fit. Loved the length for my petite height. The pockets were a plus! Only complaint was the sequins were a little scratchy during the sit down dinner part of the night, but all of the other pros outweigh that, and I’d very much recommend for a formal event!

The sparkles and pockets were awesome! It was a little “busty” for a work party, so I wore a black camisole underneath.

I thought the dress was super flattering and I received a number of compliments on it. Loved the pockets! The sequins were a bit irritating around my upper arms but not too 
bad. I'm 5'6 and found the length just right. Any shorter and I would have been uncomfortable. 

Wore it to a formal gala and received so many compliments! The color is magnificent! I added the belt and bralette, which worked out wonderfully. The plunging neckline is very pretty, but I was just a bit self conscious about it. The dress was very comfy all night. Loved it! 

Didn’t end up wearing. Fit great, no need for bra. Nice stretch and cleavage. The length was below the knee- not quite right for me at 5’4” but would’ve been a great opening night party dress

It was beautiful, fit well, and had pockets! The only downside was my arms rubbing on the sequins, but it wasn't noticeable after the first couple of minutes.

This dress was exactly as beautiful as imagined! In this photo the ombré is less noticeable with the indoor lighting but outdoors it was a stunning blue at the top. The lining is perfect for protecting your body from the sequins. I really liked this dress and would rent it for another event, it was moveable, not too warm, and made me feel pretty. Pockets put it on top!

Could easily wear a regular bra. Not too heavy.

I rented this dress for outdoor summertime theme park party celebrating my company anniversary.  As strangers passed by and said "I love your dress" I replied "it has pockets!" Oohhh

I selected this dress because I was early in my second trimester and not sharing my news yet. Dress is A-frame friendly and comfortable around waist & hips. I did wear a balm on upper arms just to get ahead of scratches from sequins and the trick worked. Great rental price & shipped early.

Fit amazing, loved the slight stretch. Length was perfect.

Con- slight rubbing of sequins under arms and lining didn’t cover all sequins so a little rubbing in back of legs when seated. Would still rent again 

This dress was incredibly comfortable. Material has some give, so easy to eat and dance. The pockets were great to keep my phone handy in case the babysitter needed something. Absolutely no issues with scratchy sequins. This dress shows a lot of cleavage, but I was fine with it and dug out a push up bra to make the most of it. 

I ordered size 8 and 10 and wore the 8. Currently 145 lbs. I'm 5'0" and this dress was just below knee length. Perfect for me. 

This dress is great! Beautiful blue color and fit well. 5’2” 95lbs. Length was perfect. Top worked well for my quite small chest but I did use a little sticky tape to keep the cups secured, I wish it was cut a tiny bit higher up but worked great. 

Comfortable yet glam. Wore for our annual holiday party.

The dress was amazing. It wasn't too heavy. The length was great for my height, I'm 5' 2". I ordered both the size 10 and 12 and could have worn the 10 without any issue, but I went with the 12 just to give myself some extra room for sitting and eating. The pockets were my favorite part of the dress! I was able to keep my cell phone on me during the event, which was much needed. Everyone complimented me all night long. I would definitely recommend this dress!

The dress had a great stretchy fit and was a nice length. It was the perfect amount of sparkle for my event! One thing I didn't like was that at the end of the night the sequins of the bodice were scratching my bare upper arms - I wouldn't have wanted to wear it more than 3 hours. 

Super cute dress....  a little on the short side  for this tall girl and sequins are pretty scratchy under the arm, but so many compliments!

I rented this dress for a wedding. I got so many compliments! The dress was very comfortable and I didn't have any issues with the neckline (I saw a few reviews mention that). The dress wasn't heavy either. I was dancing a TON and the sequins were a little abrasive under the arms, but that was after all day wear and many hours on the dance floor. The skirt has excellent movement. I would highly recommend renting this! 

Fit tts, wore to a wedding and was comfortable all night. No issue with the sequins underarms as some other reviews mentioned. Pockets were great/convenient. Received many compliments!

I've rented a lot of Badgley Mischka dresses in the past and I've never once had an issue with the sequins being itchy or painful, but they bothered me on this one. Just on the left side though. It wasn't enough to make me not wear the dress, but I was close to just picking something out of my closet because I was afraid the underside of my arm would be rubbed raw by the end of the night. All in all though, it was fine.

The dress is so pretty and I got tons of compliments all night. It really is a show-stopper and complimented my complexion really well. I'm 5'2, 135# with athletic build and I found the style of this dress was perfect for me. I wrote the size 4 and it fit perfectly. It was maybe slightly longer than I would want it, but it worked just fine and felt awesome in it. The blue is really fun and different.

Aside from the scratchy sequins on the one side, I give this dress two thumbs up.

Great dress for an evening fall wedding! Loved the pockets and had plenty of room in the bust. I usually wear a 6 and it fit perfect. Could have also worn the 8 in a pinch, but I preferred the tighter fit around my waist. No issues with the sequins rubbing under my arm, but I did rub a bit of Vaseline on my inner arm just in case. 

This dress is a gorgeous ombre blue to black. I really wanted to love it but, being 5'10' it was far too short waisted. I actually am pretty proportionate, not necessarily long waisted for my height but the waist ended under my boobs and made me look top heavy and awkward. I tried adding a ribbon belt which helped somewhat, but not enough. Fit and flare is usually a winner on me. Sadly not this time. I wear a solid 10 and the overall fit (other than the waisted length) was right. Giving it 4-stars because it would be great on someone a bit shorter. so pretty.

Love the color and sparkle. I received many compliments. This dress is fitted but a generous size with stretch. 

The dress wasn't itchy at all, the length was perfect for me (6'), and it was very forgiving when eating all the yummy things at the wedding we attended. It also fit my larger chest size nicely, not too tight and not too low cut. I would recommend this dress. 

Dress was great I received so many compliments on it. Runs a little large as I'm usually a 2 but went with the zero for this one. Definitely recommend :) 

Low neckline but didn't require tape. Thick heavy fabric with sequins. Really shines!! Comfortable and forgiving. Good length, didn't have to worry too much about flashing others!

This dress was the perfect a line dress! The color is beautiful and it has pockets which is a plus. I really liked the cut for the chest, although someone with a bigger chest it may be too tight. The length was perfect! The only downfall of this dress is that the sequins are very Strachey against the side of your arms so I was red and bumpy for a day after. 

This dress was super comfortable and had pockets! The color and sparkles were perfect! This is a great cut for ladies like me who are curvier on the bottom. The lining was flowy just like the dress! I'd rent this again in a heartbeat! 

Such a fun way to sparkle up a LBD (little blue dress)! I was a smaller size than usual in this designer. Felt like the belle of the party!0

This dress fit perfectly for me. I wore it to a March wedding in Raleigh, NC, about 50 degrees. I'd say this is an all-weather dress, though may be a tad heavy for a hot summer day.
I was able to wear a regular t-shirt bra which added to the comfort of the dress.
I opted to wear tights which were fine under the sequins. The little cap sleeve was perfect, and not too tight so I was able to lift my arms easily.
Colorwise: The only "concern" is that it is tough to see the blue to black ombre in photos, and it is a bit more on the navy side than the bright royal blue you see in the photo, but still vibrant and sparkly! 


Since I'm 5'1", the dress ran to just past my knees, but with high heels, it still looked great. I'm a bit thick waisted, but this was very roomy. I'd probably wear a 4 at my target weight. This cut was very forgiving. 

Normally wear size 6 or 8 petite in dresses. Petite wasn’t an option for this dress and after I read the reviews that it ran large I opted for a 6 and 4. The 6 was too big in the top (could see my bra and also bunched in the back). The 4 for perfect! I didn’t even need to wear Spanx because the dress flared at the right spots. Was happy to wear a regular bra too. Loved the pockets! Only down side was the sequins kinda dug into my leg when I sat for longer than 20 minutes, but not terrible. Received so many compliments!
I’m 5’2” and 155 pounds with 32d bra. 

The dress fit like a glove. There was a Littleton cleavage than I am normally comfortable with, but I received lots of compliments. I was very happy with this dress. 

Great for curves.  I could wear my favorite, supportive bra easily.  Perfect length for me.

I went a size down as most people said it ran large. I would've been slightly more comfortable in the 6, but the 4 worked ok. I loved the color and got tons of compliments. Was also very comfortable -- nothing hanging out or riding up!
