Very unique
I wore this too to a business casual event. The sleeves are a very cool detail. They were tight in the elastic areas and part of the sleeve seemed like it potential had too much heat applied, wrinkling the (organza?). With that said, I still loved it! It was a bit more cropped than I was expecting, and I have a short frame. I could have used a slightly higher waisted pant with the top, but I made it work.

Beautiful and unique!
Wow, I absolutely loved this dress. I wore it multiple times, date night, outdoor wedding, daytime outing, it was so perfect in each environment. The knit material was not too heavy in the summer heat. It's a bit low cut, a bra might be challenging for some. For my family event, I ended up wearing a lacey bodysuit underneath. I would have kept it if it was a bit cheaper but I could see myself renting this one again.

Gorgeous slightly retro design
Originally rented this for the ballet but we didn't end up going so I wore it to high tea instead. I just had a baby 7 weeks ago so it's been tricky trying to figure out my size but I'm usually a small or a medium. The medium was very tight especially in the hat. I'm a 36 C currently and the medium was still too small. Also, I'm 5'6 and I usually always get a long when available so I can wear some nice pumps. This long however was VERY long. Luckily I have a pair of crazy high pumps but I should have had the regular. I believe the proportions and the large would not have worked for me. Either way I loved the dress, may not be great if you are over a C cup.

Bump friendly, lots of stretch
Wore this to my company Christmas party. Very bump friendly and comfortable. I'm in my third trimester and it fit wonderfully. The 6 fit great but was too short, went with the 8 for a little more length. I'm currently 150lbs and 5'6.

One of my favorite rentals. The fabric was wonderful and incredibly comfortable. I was three months pregnant in this picture and my little baby bump was cradled perfectly :) very bump friendly due to the stretchy material. I would rent this dress again.

Amazing, one of my favorites
This dress, words can not express. It was form fitted, beautiful material, fabulous print and just all around a show stopper. I have a small waist for my hips and bust and a lot of times a dress that fits everywhere else will be too loose around the middle, but this was perfect. I will absolutely rent this dress again. True to size (for me)

Gorgeous color, lovely details
This dress was perfect for our work Christmas party at a vineyard. The color was gorgeous and the opening in the back was such a wonderful detail. The belt around the waist was such a pretty detail... and the pockets! What a great dress. It fit true to size, I'm a true hourglass 34, 25, 36 and this dress was so lovely to accentuate my waist. I will say the 2 was tight in the chest, but the 4 was a bit too loose on my waist. The fabric bunched a bit at the waist, even in the 2. I think perhaps if my torso was a bit longer I would not have had the issue. The only other problem I had was the zipper. The dress was loose on me to zip up but it took me and my husband pulling on it to get it to zip up past one of the fabric folds. This was even the case when trying to zip it up on the hanger. Even with these issues I loved the dress!

Fun, sexy, sleek, gorgeous dress!
I wore this to dinner and the theatre with my husband for our anniversary and it could not have been better. My husband can be quite conservative and this dress had the best of both worlds. The cutout and the slit in the front make it sexy without going overboard. I can not say enough about the color! I meant to take a picture up close of the material but forgot all about it before packaging it back up. It's a lovely material with a little bit of stretch, slightly textured. The 4 was a little big on my but the 2 hugged me in all the right places. I did not hot have any issues with the slit hitting me too high as some others mentioned. I wore it with a bra which only has a small strap between the two cups and this gave me at least an inch and a half, maybe two inches before the opening would show. Even while setting down. Overall, I loves it! This has been one of my favorite recent rentals. I paired it with gold peep toe pumps with a little leopard detail over the toes. Oh and my Kate Spade Newspaper Clutch which always gets a lot of attention!

Gorgeous! I did not end up wearing this dress but I loved it! Once on I did not think it was the right look for the wedding I would be attending. Thank goodness I didn't because it was blazing hot and this material is a little heavier. I would totally get this for a date night or evening out :-)

This was my least favorite RTR dress to date
This was my least favorite RTR dress to date. I rented this for a Valentines Day date with my husband. I'm usually between a 2 and a 4 with RTR and the 2 was the only size available, so I went for it! The fabric is beautiful, and I love the back, but the top was very strange. The dress fit perfectly in the waist but the top was large. I'm a large 34 C and with the size 2 it was still big on me. I'm not sure who they are expecting to wear the dress. I ended up wearing fashion tape and a cardigan. You can't tell how badly it gaps at the side from these pictures but trust me, if you are skeptical in and way, stay away from this dress.

Elegant, with a bit of spice
The dress was not exactly what I expected from the picture. As other reviews state the coloring and the type of material come through quite a bit different in person. Someone asked me if it was some kind of tapestry fabric. With that said I LOVE this dress. This is probably my second favorite dress I've ordered from RTR. I ordered up a size as other suggestions state and it fit perfectly. I usually wear a 2, and ended up in the 4. The construction in the bodest adds enough support where a bra is not required. The fun little cut out in the back gives the dress an entirely different feel. I had endless compliments all night long on how pretty the dress looked. With that said, there were a few cons. The 6 I ordered smelled like it had not been cleaned. I'm thankful that ended up being the spare size because I probably would not have worn it due to the smell. The 4 seemed to have been heavily worn. Which seems odd as there are not that many reviews on this particular dress. It also seemed like it was not cleaned properly. The pleats in the front were askew. Either way, this was a great rental!

Adorable
I was hosting my sisters baby sprinkle, and this dress was perfect. Not too dressy and not too casual. I ordered a 0 and a 2, they both fit fairly similar but I went with the 0 since it was a bit more fitted on my waist. The material is very thick and warm. The color is really more of a purple than a pink but it is very pretty. I had a lot of compliments.

Classy, chic with a surprise of sexy in the back
This was my first rental from RTR. I absolutely fell in love with the dress! I received compliments all night long. I'm a true hour glass figure and this hugged my curves perfectly. The back did not gap at all. I'm an average size, 5'6" but I felt like the 2 and the 4 ( my back up dress ) were a bit too short in my torso. It just felt like the waist should have been a bit lower. I probably would have worn the 4 to help out with this but it was looking quite worn. The lace on the sleeves was dark and almost gone in places. Even with the small issues I would wear this dress again in a heart beat! Love it. Thank you RTR!
