Really comfortable, thick material which gave it a lux feel/look. The strap can be worn across the shoulder which was nice. The length was perfect for petite gals. I wore a strapless bra.

gorgeous, wore a strapless bra...it did run very long. I am 5'2" and curvy even w/4" platform heels it still got in my way of walking but it was manageable since my event didn't require me to walk a lot.

The dress fits great, has good stretch, I was comfortable sitting during the wedding reception. I comfortably wore a strapless bra. The slip was not as long on me (maybe due to curves) as on other ladies. Thankfully it hit right at the knee (the slip not the whole dress) and didn't ride up during dancing. I highly recommend to rent your true size. My only qualm with this is due to RTR: it came ripped in 3 places. Each hip seam & at the bottom of the zipper. Whoever rented before me clearly struggled to put it on past their hips and RTR did not notice to fix. I was able to safety pin one seam down so I could wear it.

I only have cons for this design: the boning is so uncomfortable it jabbed my rib cage. You have to have perky boobs to get away with no bra. I have a small waist so it bunched up a lot after tying it, had I sized down it probably would've fit better but still uncomfortable/painful due to the boning. Save your $$ pick another design!

I'm 5'2", 115lbs, 32DD, 26" waist and I had to size up to a 4R, this dress would have been perfect 4" shorter yes even with 3.5" heels on! The slit was really high, it showed up underwear so I got away with holding my dress shut as I walked since it was so long. The sleeves hit nicely and the built in bra was ok, I used tape to make sure it didn't slip off my chest through the night. I did notice in some pictures you could see the underwire and because of the netting I couldn't readjust it. Overall with some tweaking the dress worked out great for the event.

I would recommend wearing the self adhesive bra things with this dress or else you will show off your headlights when it's cold. The straps don't really stay all the way up so make sure you stand up straight or you might risk flashing someone. I had inserts from a shelf bra tank top in the dress to give the boob some shape. I am a 32 DD and felt fine in the dress with that minor help.

This dress was an emergency backup shipment since my original order was a disaster. This dress was perfect for anyone on the short side (I'm 5'2"). It was only a little bit long with my heels but it wasn't uncomfortable or tacky. You can wear a regular bra with it so, not having to fuss with a strapless all night was great. Also, I didn't look like a disco ball.

I am only 5'2" and the dress with 4" heels was still way too long, there is now way I could try walking in it without ripping the dress. Designer flaw: the bottom of the zipper is too bulky for the delicate material and created a bump in the fabric which is hard to remedy since I don't own the dress. If I owned the dress perhaps hemming it would get rid of the bump since the fabric wouldn't be allowed to bend so much at the ground.

Cute dress, wasn't too short for me (except while sitting so have a dinner napkin handy!) My only qualm was the pleating on the front. When dry cleaned it wasn't done as pictured so the dressed billowed a little funny but, I got over it and wore it out anyway!

It took seeing this picture on RTR's FB page to convince me to rent it. I rented a 2R which was great with my heels (I'm 5'2"). I needed help zipping up the last 2 inches which I am glad it was a little tight, I didn't mess with it all night. I recommend wearing nude underwear because it is such light material. It has additional boning in the bodice to keep the girls up. Rent away ladies! It is a great dress.

I fit into a size 0, and the dress was still 4inches too long.If you have a smaller bust this would be ideal because the bodice looks better a little lower than hiked up (might look a little preggo). It is a darker shade of purple which is really elegant in person.

Ordered the XS which is my standard for Herve Leger dresses. It hit right above my knee and was very comfy. I think my torso was a little short for the cap sleeves to sit in the right spot, but it didn't really bother me at all.

Wore it to a night time wedding & aAbsolutely love it. Fit perfectly, I wore an XS (back up size was caught up in mail) and it all worked out! It kept the 'girls' tucked in tightly;I could have gotten away without a bra but didn't want to chance it. The gray is a little darker in person which was a nice surprise.

The dress is beautiful, the sequins is nicer in person. I wasn't able to wear it because the XS (the label read P) was still a little baggy around the mid section. I felt like I was a hanger and the dress didn't hug my curves.

It was interesting...I wasn't too crazy about the waistband and I felt the neck came up too high.
