Love the color
Perfect for summer... unless it's windy, then be forewarned. Will def get you a couple compliments w/ the vibrant color tho. Tried this in orange last year and it was good but I like this one even more.

I decided to send this item back w/o wearing because it wasn't what I'd imagined. However, I did try it on and the quality was superb. It's very heavy and sturdy- almost like wearing a trench coat ball skirt. For being such classic color and silhouette, I doubt you have something like this in your closet.

This is another piece that isn't ideal for those with wide hips, but it could work if you size up. The quality and print are great. I would've really enjoyed this piece, but it was just too small across the booty for me! Sizing up would've caused the shoulders to be too large, I think.

I was excited for this piece, but unfortunately can't wear it. It runs very small across the hips, so even though the bust could've been considered a little loose on me (32C), it didn't look or feel right. Sizing up wouldn't solve this problem b/c the bust line is already slightly loose.

Safe pick, in a good way.
Very comfortable and stretchy- love the short sleeves. Spanx peeked out from the slip if I was not careful. Good length for petites, even in regular length. Ageless. Only big drawback is that the zipper buckled out in the back, causing a little hump between my shoulder blades. This might've been due to my height. I wore my hair down to compensate.

My husband's favorite rental ever.
As you can see from the photo, the dress will tend to wrinkle after some time- due to the fabric content. However, I would still consider this a perfect rental. My husband was enamored- he thought I looked classy, polished, and sexy. Guests at the wedding complimented me, also: Women of all ages seemed to love it. I would buy this if I could, but since it's out-of-budget, I'm glad RTR has it!

These look *hot* with specs.
I loved wearing these with my glasses. They gave a little bit of edge to offset my nerdy specs. They are definitely long, and a smidge heavy, so I wouldn't wear them for days back-to-back. The only difference between the pair I wore and those in photos is that my pair were not symmetrical: i.e., one earring's top cone was gold while the other was the mother-of-pearl finish. I didn't mind, though.

That leather smell!
Gorgeous oxblood color- coordinates well with many pieces, especially with more gold accessories. The leather smelled so strong (which I love- that's my favorite scent). The purse is simple, with only one zippered pocket inside. It would be the perfect size, but the magnetic clasp was weak- and would slip or pop open *constantly*. Seriously, it drove me nuts. For that reason, I wouldn't rent it again.

So chic; everybody will love it.
Classic black-and-white with a fashion-forward twist. I wore this to a silent auction, and it was the only jumpsuit in the spot. I loved it even though the fit was tricky for me. The 0R fit me better up top, so I just sucked it in and put on some shape-wear and made it work-- even though the 2R fit through my hips better. PERFECT LENGTH for my 5'3" frame. My hubby thought it was super sexy, my parents thought it was perfect: how's that for a crowd pleaser?

One sweet dress.
Super easy to wear, since you can throw it on over your standard bra. You'll probably have to fluff up the tulle once you pull it out of the bag, however. Sizing runs a little large, I think- since I wear a 0/2 and the size 0 was not tight *at all*. The navy is more rich in person than what you see online. The only (very minor) drawback was the sleeves: lifting your arms over your head is a little tricky, but for the right affair, that won't matter. Overall, this is a striking, feminine look that won't take much time to execute! A great choice.

*** Sparkling on Christmas Day ***
The top runs small! I kid you not! I am a 32B and this dress was at max capacity- plus arm holes were a tad snug. The skirt was very forgiving and was lined. The green and gold in the skirt were rich and shimmery. The lace overlay on the top didn't add much imo, but overall a really lovely little party dress.

Taking my gorgeous rental everywhere I go!
Plenty of space for the essentials: good-sized main compartment with slot for credit cards, plus a snap closure on the back of the purse. Strap can be lengthened to wear as a cross-body or doubled up for shoulder wear. Be advised: not the lightest bag due to the heavy metal chain- plus, it does rattle a bit! Not the "quietest" purse, heh.

A timeless and elegant cocktail option!
First- sorry for the hubby's closed eyes, haha! Okay, for the dress... bustline was large on me as I normally wear a 0, but I had to size up to the 2 for my hips. Size up for your back up size! I used a standard bra with wide-set straps and double-stick tape to keep the sleeves/shoulders in place. Dress has gold *and* silver embroidery. You could def accessorize in either color.

RTR gives me a rotating closet... and I love that.
Lace was a little worn/tired. I often find sleeves too tight, but not the case with this one. Be wary of the length when wearing shape wear- it's a little short for that. Color is vivid and gorgeous, but lace was slightly itchy. I was honestly glad to take this one off.

Chic and snuggly!
The longer I had this purse, the more I loved it. Seriously, y'all- I looked like a super villain, sitting cross-legged and stroking the soft, chic calf hair on this to-die-for clutch, everywhere I went. I suppose the only thing I didn't 100% love was that there were no interior pockets or pouches in which to hide my feminine products. Zipping open my purse in front of a stranger to have a bunch of pads or tampons leap out isn't my favorite way to pass the time. Just keep them in a small pouch of their own inside this clutch for added privacy and you're good-to-go. I grew to love this purse enough that I just plain got over that small fault.

Compliments galore!
I rented this piece to wear out and about on a family trip to St. Louis. I received multiple compliments each day that I wore it, particularly when we perused the art museum- heh, so you can imagine how affirmed I felt. The necklace was slightly larger than I'd pictured it, which made it only slightly uncomfortable by the day's end. I also noticed that the clasp didn't close completely- just enough to keep the necklace on my neck. No harm done, but for this reason I deducted a star. I also think that some of the smaller stones had been replaced or repaired. This didn't harm the overall look, though. This piece is as fun to wear with a t-shirt and jeans as it is with a party dress.

One dress, two events.
Don't mind my grumpy face in the pics, haha! I really did like the dress! But, I'll get the "bummers" out there first, in case any of these are deal-breakers for you! There was definitely extra room in the waist and bust, even though I am on the "heavier" end of my typical weight. I fear that it made me look a little flat-chested. My husband commented that he didn't like the pink in the dress- that it just looked like a stain from a distance, and I agree. Lastly, the black piping is a real magnet for deoderant stains. The dress arrived with some residual marks, but I just spot cleaned it and wore. No harm, no foul. Now, for the good stuff. This dress is quite easy to wear. Even though it's a slight racer-back, there are little clips in the dress to hold your bra straps in place. I wore it to a work dinner for the hubby and then to work with a cardi the next day. I was sent the wrong dress!
I ordered the orange-based print version of this dress, but received the black and white one. I wasn't notified of any change prior to receiving my order, so I admit that I was a little disappointed. Thankfully, b&w is clearly easy to coordinate with, so it didn't end up being a prob. I'm a modest dresser, but this was a good choice for a humid Orlando vacay. The cutout allowed for ventilation w/o showing too much skin. The length is perfect for petite girls. The fabric is a thin, stiff cotton. No room for cake in this one- the waistline is snug! The neckline felt a little high for a small-busted, short-torsoed gal like myself, but I just used some fashion tape to create an open collar to alleviate this problem. Lastly, it had pockets- but ones that were cooperative for a hippy girls! They didn't pucker or stick out.

Sizing for this one is tricky.
Have a cami, safety pins, and/or fashion tape on the ready if your heart is set on this romper. In the pictures I posted, didn't zip the zipper, but only used the internal snap closures at the waist to "cheat" a closer fit around the ribcage. Then, I used fashion tape to secure the bustline. I rented two sizes. XS is pictured on the left and S on the right. I didn't feel comfortable wearing either one. I'm a 0/2 and the XS was a little tight around the hips, causing the pockets to pucker, yet the top hung WIDE OPEN without assistance. The S didn't turn out much better, since there was a lot of extra fabric in the waistline/bust, causing unflattering bunching when belted. Lastly, it seemed to me that the daisies are printed, not embroidered.

Finding new ways to wear these babies every day of my rental!
These earrings have a mixture of opalescent, milky white, and gold "stones". They are plastic, which was one of the drawbacks. A cheap and versatile rental, though- fun for a weekend trip. They will pick up whatever colors you're wearing- looked great with yellow even though they are not yellow themselves. The posts were a little bent up when I received them, but definitely wearable. Lightweight for the size.

Being told I "look like an angel."
I thought this was going to be a gorgeous throw-on-and-go dress for Easter vigil Mass. The torso was too long for me, so the shoulders didn't lay flat. I had to sit up perfectly straight and tug the dress down whenever I stood to ensure that the shoulders stayed down, rather than trying to "float" above my own. The v-neck was a little low, and in fact my bra showed a bit in the back. Fashion tape solved most of these problems, though. The care tags are sewn into the hem of the dress, and are visible when standing! That was a silly oversight by the manufacturer. Anyway, with all of its shortcomings, the dress is still lovely on and I did receive a few compliments. I'd recommend it for taller gals. Looks cute with a moto-style jacket.

A little sparkle on Christmas.
Once I saw it in person, I felt that it had an 80's sort of vibe. Wasn't sure that I was thrilled with that, but overall I still felt I looked nice in the dress. This is the kind of "cheater" drop waist that is flattering on many women, as the dress itself still hugs your waist nicely. Of course, you'll want a good strapless bra. Perhaps you should also make sure you have another set of hands on deck when you get into it. The buttons at the back of the neck are a little tricky. I ordered a 0 and a 2 and felt that the top of the 0 fit me better, though the hips were a smidge snug.

Beautiful, varying shades of blue punch up any outfit and look great with chambray. The bracelet fit me well, but I have small wrists. I wouldn't recommend this if your wrists aren't on the smaller side. Only downfalls: I pinched my wrist MAJORLY first attempting to get this thing on, so be careful! Also, the box it comes in left a little bit of pink fuzz all over- nothing a little air-in-a-can can't handle.

A worry-free rental experience makes every vacation far more fun!
Rented this dress for delivery to my hotel while I was out of town for a wedding. The process was easy and stress-free. I loved the unique pattern and it went nicely with my standby S&D necklace. The fit wasn't the most flattering to my petite figure- I think it overwhelmed me a little bit and was a little bunchy in the torso. However, I did receive a few compliments at the rehearsal dinner I attended. The skirt was easy to move in and it wasn't too warm for a May evening in Phoenix!

Beautiful print and fabric, perfect for spring. This dress didn't fit me correctly, though- and I wore my backup to a rehearsal dinner instead. I ordered the 0, which is my normal size. The bottom fit perfectly. The top portion however, was far too large for me. Pinning it closed didn't seem to work- the straps were simply way too long, the bust too wide for my petite frame. My hubby agreed that if I was larger busted, the dress still wouldn't fit correctly. All things considered, it's a gorgeous dress, but not suited for short torsos.

The most comfortable formal gown ever!
I wore this to a formal military event last fall. The color is true to the online photos. It can be worn with a standard strapless bra and undies or shapewear. The length was very appropriate for my petite frame with 3" heels. Minor drawbacks: the twisted sleeve takes some effort to "figure out" and the bustline was a smidge large for me, but nothing some double-sided tape couldn't fix. Pretty for a number of different figures and complexions. Sorry I don't have a pic!

I rented this for a military ball. The sequins were a little risky for a conservative function, but I thought the neutral color made it subtle enough. I received many compliments from men and women, friends and strangers alike. I wore a standard bra and undies. You could definitely wear shapewear if you wanted. It wasn't as short on me as it is in the model photos: the regular length brushed the floor in 3-4" heels, and had a small train in back. The lining of the train did get hooked on my heels every now and then, but maybe I'm just an intense dancer ;-)

The dress appears black & white on the website, but in person it's varying shades of gray. The band is black, as it appears online. The bodice does not require a bra, but could accommodate one if you so desired. The zipper sticks a little around the band, but it's not impossible. I could tell that the dress (like many BCBG gowns) was probably made with optional straps, but they did not come with the dress. Too bad- I would've liked that. I ordered this as a back-up dress and wore my original choice. This one was too long for me; draped a couple inches on the ground, even with 3" heels. It was very comfortable though, and had ample space in the hips, which was great!

I'd been thinking about renting this dress a couple times. I didn't wear it however, because I rented a 0 (the smallest available size) and it was simply too long and too large. Even in 3" heels, I continually stepped all over the hem, and my bra did show in the back. It bunched on the sides, which makes me think it would work better on someone with a long torso. On my petite, slightly curvy body, it was a no-go, so I sent it back and went with a different gown. On the plus side, the fabric is very easy and light. Also, the color would've been demure enough for my conservative, military event, but unique enough to set me apart.

I wanted to wear this to Easter Mass, but both sizes were too small. I normally wear a 0, but even the two was nearly impossible to get over my hips. Also, the slit in the back went all the way up to the bottom of my tush, so it was pretty impossible to sit and move around modestly. Some of the lace around the zipper was damaged, and one of the sleeves was a little stretched out. The colors and the aesthetic is great, but this one wasn't a winner for me.

I received these as Mystery Bling to go with my Easter weekend rental. I wore them to Mass with a floral coat that's been waiting for the right occasion. They complemented it very nicely, and I received lots of praise, oohs and aahs! I will say that when I first opened the box, I was worried by how large and heavy they were. They were not the most comfortable to wear, by any means. I did have to keep smooshing the back onto them, since they were heavy, and wanted to droop a bit. After about 10 minutes, they really didn't "hurt" anymore, so it was well worth it. I just wouldn't recommend these for a dance party.

This dress is fabulous: suited for many occasions and totally comfortable. It might be a little short if you're on the taller side. The fabric was lighter in weight than I had anticipated, but that wasn't a big deal. There are many colors in the fabric, so it's sure to go with many of the shoes/accessories that you already have! The hues are saturated and beautiful- I got many compliments. It has little bra snaps in the straps, so that your bra won't show in the back.

A gorgeous gown (if you have the right fit/undergarments).
This baby runs small. I usually wear a 0, and I didn't even end up wearing the 2 because I felt it was still too tight/showy for a military ball. I wore my back-up instead. It looks as though RTR has updated the color in the model photo, which now looks pretty true-to-life. The biggest challenge with this gown was undergarments. Since it runs small, I felt as if I MUST wear Spanx to even have a chance of pulling this off. I could wear a standard strapless bra, so long as a wore it pulled down low in the back. My underwire was relatively visible though, again because the dress is constrictive. I don't know how to rate this gown... it is a 5 for sure in terms of beauty- my hubby was impressed by how modern and sexy the neckline is. However, I give it a 3 in terms of ease of wear. It's not a throw-it-on-and-go gown.

Two days of vacay fun from one dress!
I ordered a 0 (my normal size) and a 2 as my backup. I ended up wearing both, just for kicks. I am wearing the size 2 in the photo, so yes- it is a little large in the picture. I wore the size 2 for Mass, since the length was a little longer. I wore the size 0 for a day of sight-seeing during a weekend getaway. I wore a cami underneath the dress, since the neckline is quite low. I am small-busted as well, so there was a little bit of gaping at the neckline. Overall, the dress is appropriate for day or nighttime wear, and works across seasons. The colors are rich, but the fabric is light and breezy. A great choice for nearly any occasion.

Big, bold statement.
Loved the look of this bracelet when I pulled it out of the box: bright and sparkling, a real statement piece. You can coordinate it with quite a bit, since there are so many colors in this cuff! I can't say it was my favorite to wear however, because the backs of the jewels (pink, orange, champagne gems) were pointed and exposed: you can see what I mean in one of the photos. The points of those little gems irritated my wrist/arm, especially since this bracelet is so heavy! I have a small wrist/hand, and had no problems with this feeling like it was going to slip off. The magnet that held it together was perfectly strong as well. A lovely piece, but not so comfortable for me to wear.

The price is right!
Adjustability makes it ideal for everything from low-cut dresses to peter pan collared shirts. Gives a bit of edge to even the sweetest get up. It's lightweight, so the price is right. How affordable it was to get a special look for my birthday dinner!
I rented these babies for a fun treat during my birthday week. I loved wearing them every day of my rental, since they were easy to incorporate into my normal wardrobe. They were just a bit bigger than I thought they'd be, but that was fine by me; I love larger earrings. The posts and backs were very secure so, in spte of their size, the earrings didn't pull the earlobe. The gold was not terribly rich- easily mixed with silvers. Overall, I adored these.
