The bodice fit like a glove but I had zero extra room to spare around my ribs. I probably could have done the size 4 too but it was not available. If you have a larger chest (which I don’t), I think you would want to size up one. I loved the metallic sheen and forgiving cut of the skirt which hit right above my knees. This was the perfect conservative yet fun choice for an office holiday party.

I loved this sleeveless dress after being in the kitchen for Christmas. The sparkly skirt was perfect. Be careful with sizing as the black material is not stretchy or give any extra expansion around the rib cage. Would rent again!

Rented this gorgeous dress for my school’s Junior Prom; I am one of the class moderators, so I like to dress the part. Based on reviewers who said the dress ran small, I ordered a 2 and 4; my normal size is a 2, but the ended up wearing the 4. It fit perfectly, and there was no need for special undergarments. The fabric was light and comfortable, and had just the right amount of shimmer for the event. Most definitely one of my favorite rentals ever!

Loved the sparkle of this dress! It was slightly short for my taste. The waist band was pretty tight around my ribs, and I would've been more comfortable in an 8. Received many compliments 

The dress fits well overall but it is very tight on the waist. I usually wear 0/2, but felt very tight when I was sitting down with size 2. 

Pros: pockets!, comfortable, perfect length good materials. Would definitely rent this dress again. 
Cons: the waistband is not stretchy so after a night of food and partying it was a little tight. The zipper is a little difficult to get zipped up over the seam, needed strong help zipping up. 

I ended up having to size up from 6 to 8, as the band connecting the top & the skirt didn't have any give, as others have stated. The skirt flared out more than expected, but I still got compliments on the dress.

Dress fit true to size. The black lace detailing was beautiful, and the green bottom was the perfect amount of shine. Also POCKETS! I paired it with a RtR necklace to complete the look!

I am normally a 6 but I am very happy I ordered the free back up size in the 8. The chest area and belt area are tight so i suggest you size up if your are bigger in that area. I also had some issues with the zipper but was able to get it zipped with help. I was worried the actual dress it's self would be too sparkly, but it was absolutely gorgeous! It is a great choice for a spring wedding!

I rented this for a Mardi Gras themed work Gala up in Montana last weekend.  The intricacy of the lace up top coupled with the shine of the skirt section made this the perfect dress for a cocktail attire type event.  While I didn't experience trouble with the zipper like so many others, I do wish the waistband had had even a little give in it - after just one drink and a few appetizers it felt tight on my rib cage!  Minus the waistband, it was super comfortable though.  I wore it with tights and black heels and accessorized it with a simple gold drop earring and the pictured purple and gold necklace to add to the fun theme.  Definitely got a few compliments throughout the evening!

I rented this dress for a New Years Eve party and concert - I wore a black cardigan with this to keep warm.  I ordered my usual size 4 and back up size 6, and ended up wearing the 6 because the top is fitted and the larger size made it easier to breathe!  I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because as other reviewers have mentioned, the zipper is tricky where the black meets the green.  It took two people to get me zipped up, but other than that, this dress was fab.  I received tons of compliments and was told by one girl that I was wearing the perfect dress for New Years Eve.   I would recommend it!  

Rented this for NYE. Absolutely loved it, was probably one of my favorite rentals! The black has lace, which doesn't really show up in the pictures, and the green is more shimmery than I expected. Any dress I can wear with a normal bra is golden. And no dress is complete without POCKETS! They came in handy to keep my phone, lipstick, and other knick knacks. Definitely recommend this dress!!


I rented this dress for a December 30 wedding and it was very appropriate. It is a very pretty dress and I received many compliments. However, the zipper on both dresses was awful and it had nothing to do with the fit of the dress on me. The zipper on the 2 took some effort to get down, off the hanger. I wore the 0 for this reason because I couldn’t get the zipper up on the 2. I had the worst time getting the zipper up and then off on the 0 also. 

This dress was very festive and comfortable to wear!  I had ordered another dress by this designer and found that particular dress to run small, so I sized up for my backup size this time around.  I wouldn't say that was entirely needed--the dress was pretty roomy, even for my larger chest.  The lace detail at the top is a fun juxtaposition with the sparkly green bottom!

The waist of this dress was quite tight and did not stretch at all. Sizing up wasn't an option for me--the rest of the dress would be way too big. There was also something weird going on with the front pleat of the skirt. In the photo, you can see that it just drapes really oddly instead of looking like the model photo. I ended up not wearing this.

Loved this dress and had a ton of conpliments throughout the evening. The only reason I gave it a 4 because the zipper is really hard to zip when the skirt meets the top. So ladies who live alone this might not be the best option for you. 

Love the pockets! I normally wear an eight but found that I needed to size up in this dress as it was tight in the waist.

I wore this dress for a holiday fund raiser and it was perfect!  The fit was true to size, it was comfortable, and I received several compliments.  I'm a bit on the bustier side and not only did it fit on top, the rest of the dress fit great, as well.  Wearing a normal bra with it is a bonus, too.  Overall, I'm thrilled with this dress and my first experience with the service!

I rented this dress for a wedding on Thanksgiving weekend and it was fantastic. The 10 fit perfectly for me and the color and pockets were a great addition that made it stand out. The material is a bit heavier than I thought it would be, but that worked to my advantage since the wedding was outdoors in a chilly November afternoon. Id definitely Rent this one again, especially if I had a holiday party or something as its nice and festive without being overbearing. 

I'm post baby & not back to my normal size yet. This dress fit true to size based on description and other reviews. It was a great party dress!! I felt very comfortable in it all evening. Fun with the sparkly bottom for a party but modest enough to wear for a work function.

I've never actually worn a dress with pockets before, but I absolutely loved not making my boyfriend hold on to my phone and lip gloss all night (I don't use purses).  The top part of the dress is a lacy type of material, and the bottom is a pretty stiff material -- and therefore, you can't tell there's pockets just by looking at it.  I wore this at a wedding in August..probably not the wisest decision, as the bottom is pretty shimmery and looks a little "Christmas-y," but I managed to pull it off.

I am usually a size 2, but went with the 4 (back up) - it fit much better in ribs and bust than the 2. It was very comfortable and easy to dance in. The pockets are a great touch!

I rented this dress for as wedding on St. Patrick's Day weekend.  I received lots of compliments!  It was super comfortable and really cute!  I loved the pockets too!  I would definally rent this again!

While I was able to zip the 4, I found the 6 gave me a little more room to move my arms and take a deep breath so I wore the backup size instead. The sparkle in the skirt was festive, but not tacky. I loved that I could wear a regular bra and the pockets are nice to have a place for your phone while on the dance floor. I did notice the skirt of the dress had lots of loose strings, but only when I looked down at the dress while wearing it, not when looking at it while on the hanger. I also had to steam the pleats to get the skirt to lay a little nicer and not be quite so full. I would rent this dress again, but who wants to repeat when there are so many great RTR options!

Ribbon around the waist was not elastic, but did not make the dress fit any tighter. Modest neckline and length, but still so fun! Skirt poofs out a little bit so be cautious if you're blessed in the behind area. Great color and dress for a St Patrick's Day event. Would absolutely rent again!

Wore this dress to Wicked. Wow was it perfect for the show! Green and sparkling! Received many compliments! It was a little tight on my chest and the dress was longer than I wanted but it was to be expected since I'm so short! 

Fit perfectly -didn't need to wear a bra. I'm 6'0" so flats it is! I suggest dressing it up with a statement necklace!

The top of the dress was nice and fitted, while the bottom was loose and looked great! I wore a black sweater at the beginning of the night and it looked cute with the gold necklace. When we started dancing, the bottom of the dress stayed in place and didn't ride up or fluff to show anything. Loved the color and the dress overall!

This was a very fun Christmas party dress! I read the reviews that sometimes the chest/body part of the dress ran tight but I didn't have that problem. In fact I probably could've gone down in size but the eight fit great. Tons of compliments and very easy to move around in

I needed something appropriate for a black tie optional December wedding at 4:30 PM, and this dress was perfect. I ordered a size 2 and had hoped to get a size 4 for a back up, but my back up size wasn't available, so I took my chances with the 2 since that is I wear in most other brands. There is a band of fabric with ZERO stretch around the waist that was almost impossible to get the zipper past (DEFINITELY needed Spanx to make this work), but once I got it zipped up past that point, things were fine. I really wish that waistband had been elastic, because the fit was amazing everywhere else. As all of the other reviews say, the pictures don't do this dress justice – – the top black portion is lacy and intricately detailed, and the green skirt is festive and shimmery; the pockets were wonderful. I did not experience any itchiness or discomfort with the fabric on this dress. I wore this with a bold statement necklace and a gold clutch. It was such a perfect Christmas dress. But my advice is to get a larger back up size, wear a good pair of Spanx, and enjoy this dress.

I rented this dress for a work Christmas party, and the color was a hit for the season. I'm 5'7" and the skirt was a good length for me, short enough to be fun, but not enough to be obscene in front of your boss.
I ordered a 10 and 12 and ended up going with the 10. The 10 felt looser and bigger than the 12, so either there was a missize or the 10 had stretched out substantially. Either way, I recommend going up for your extra size. 
Bottom line, a fun and comfy dress to rent. Goes great with a variety of jewelry and shoes and can be worn with a normal strapped bra. 

Wore this dress to a holiday wedding and it was perfect. 

I have a broad back & struggled to get the 6 zipped around the waist band. After some help from a friend, wiggling, & tugging, we got it on. The 8 would have been too loose. It was tight under the arm pits. I still loved it for the color & festiveness. I'd rent it again, but probably choose another designer that I know fits me well.

I rented this for my company's holiday party and I could not be happier with my decision. The dress fit true to size and the green sparkle was so festive. The dress has pockets which is the most convenient thing I've ever experienced with a dress. 

I did have some trouble zipping the dress (not size) just the zipper itself and needed some help to get the zipper up/down. Other than that I was absolutely thrilled to have this dress on for the night. I definitely did not want to send it back. 

This dress looking stunning on! It was the perfect length for me and the glittery skirt wasn't itchy or rough. I liked that it looked pretty even in the dark walking around the streets of Georgetown after dinner.

My only complaint was the zipper was hard to zip up even when the dress was on the hanger and it was a smidge in the rib area. I wasn't uncomfortable and it looked fine but by the time I took it off, I had dress lines on my skin. Thankfully I am very small busted, this dress would not work for someone with a larger bust.

I rented this dress for a themed "green and gold" industry awards gala at the Packers football stadium, Lambeau Field. Other reviews mentioned it being snug in the top so I ordered a size up as backup and ended up wearing that one (size 6). It fit perfectly! I didn't even try on the 4 after I put on the 6. I loved the length of the skirt for a work event and that I could wear a normal bra. I received many compliments and was happy that I chose this dress as I ended up winning an award and so had to go on stage. I highly recommend this dress! The photos don't do it justice in terms of the sheen of the green skirt and the lace detail of the bodice. 

I loved the dress and got lots of compliments but if you have a bigger rib cage I would go a size up. I usually wear a 6 or 8 and it took two people to get the zipper up. It kept getting stuck where the green and black meet.
