Stunning dress for a ball
Stunning dress and easy to wear. Perfect length on me. A little big on the top but not an issue as the straps hold the dress up. I danced in it all night and didn't once have to worry about the dress. Beautiful.

Way too large for me.
It's cute fabric with the embroidery fish but the dress itself was massive. I looked like I was wearing a tent. It was fine to wear at home after swimming on a hot summer day but I would not have gone out in it.

All the reviews suggested sizing up one size. I'm a regular 28 and sized up to a 29. The waist was enormous and the rest just baggy. I would have been better off with my usual size.

Great fit. High waisted and sufficient fitted to hold my mom-belly. Legs are a good length for me at 5.9. I don't like the mesh though - personal preference.

A perfect summer dress. Love the Derek Lam clothing and this dress is no exception. So easy to pull on and look great! Perfect fit on me - long enough in the body for my 5.9 frame, not tight around the hips and lovely detail in the skirt.

Comfortable sweater dress with nice touches
Wore this to my office. Fit was great and the red adds a nice touch. Easy to wear and looked good. Wore with Spanx underneath so the bumps didn't show.

Fabulous top but too long and felt frumpy
The fit was perfect on me. The skirt has a lot of fabric and it's a heavy fabric. Good for a cooler day. Length was below the knee on me and I felt so frumpy in the dress.

Nice fit, easy to wear, classic office dress
Wore for a professional conference in Florida in February. Warm enough for the air conditioning and not too hot considering the weather outside. Nice shape, loved the v neck front and back. There are loops to keep your bra straps in place - I could only get one done up and it worked as expected. Length was good on me - could sit down without giving a second thought to the dress.

Heavy fabric good for cold weather, better with a belt
Something different to my usual style. Overall, the dress was a little big on me. It has a little shape around the waist and a belt which made a huge difference. The skirt is puffy which I wasn't a huge fan of. I wore it with black sheers and Spanx arm tights underneath for a freezing day in Toronto.

Cute dress but a little small on me
Overall the dress was a little small. Too small on the shoulders, snug around the bust, little tight round the hips. The fabric is stretchy, so that helps. The dress is not lined. I wore it with shaping sheers underneath and it was cute. A larger size would have been more comfortable.

Strange shape
I rented this for work in the Houston winter. Fabric is thick and hung well. Overall the dress shape is boxy - big around the waist and the detail sat right at my bum and is narrower just under my bum. Made my bum look massive - not a good look for me! It was a touch too short for me for work. Would have been difficult to sit down in it.

Super sheer and low cut
Rented this for work. It was a little small but even then, was so low cut I could not wear it. A larger size would not have worked because of the low cut. The fabric is super sheer that it needed something else underneath it. Did not wear.

Warm cozy dress for a freezing cold office
If the air-conditioning in your office is way too cold, this dress is the answer. Warm and cosy and easy to wear. I found it a little large on the top but nothing hugely noticeable.

Very 80s style jacket, fit on my shoulders was perfect and it drapes nicely. Good length for me. The lapels were not pressed when it arrived, so I steamed them into the right position and they held that position all day.

Rented this for an afternoon party and it was perfect! The 0 was sufficiently tight on the top for me. 2 was a little big. Plenty of room in the hips. I wore the straps and didn't fiddle with the dress at all. I love that - put it on and forget about it! It was fairly short on me & I had to be a little careful when sitting.
