The fit was great, the material was forgiving. I would recommend a strapless bra or strapless shapewear if you need it. The dress was perfect whether you're going to an event or to the office.

Love the unique neckline and overall cut of this dress.   The slim skirt with no slit makes it a little difficult to walk but it's such a pretty dress so I'll probably rent it again. 

sadly, the height was humongous for my petite figure, so didn't wear and sent right back

Like all black halo, runs small. I ordered 2 sizes up so it wasn't tight in stomach and hips. Neckline is unique but also more low cut than looks on website. 

Elegant and unique navy blue dress for work. Great neck line that makes it statement piece without the frills. Almost to my knees and very tight fitting. I would size up one size. 

Love this dress, and received a ton of compliments at work! It's a pretty, structured piece that has a fun twist with the asymmetrical neckline. One thing to consider is what bra to wear since the neckline is wide on the left side and a strap can easily be seen. I wore a bra that has removable strap and just took the left strap off. Worked great!  

Sexy, husband loved it, interesting neckline, hugs curves in good way.

I love this dress, and will rent again for another occasion. I rented this to wear at work but the neckline was a bit too revealing for me. My size is 34b, 27 waist, 38 hip and 5'0 tall. :)

This dress is amazing! I love the neckline, the fabric and cut. This brand runs small so I knew to order up...will definitely be renting this again! 

This Black Halo number has a great neckline and is very figure flattering. If you're smaller up top though be aware the shoulders do slip a bit!!  I sized up after reading the comments from other users and I would suggest that to others as well!

I love the neckline and how it is for fitting but not tight or clingy. It pushes the limits for corporate America but I might go for it! 

This dress is so much fun to wear the structure material and cut of the dress making unsuspectingly sexy and smart. Hugs your curves in all the right ways def a great dress 

Considering purchasing this dress! Great fabric. Super comfortable. So professional yet sexy. The liner was a bit tight but felt like it served as a shaping garment. Nice alternative to pantsuit. If I did purchase this I would have to have it altered in the chest area. I did not have enough up top to fill it out and had to use a necklace to help keep the dress from gapping in the chest area. The necklace did take away from the amazing neckline but I truly felt great and powerful in this dress!!

Loved the fit? Color, quality of the fabric. The design is perfect for formal office with an edge. Loved it so much I'm buying it! 

The dress is a beautiful navy blue, the material is lined and lays nicely. I particularly like the interesting cut. The waist area has flat pleats that help give a slimming appearance. The only downside is a can not lift my arms over my head.

Gorgeous sheath dress. Great for work.  Black Halo brand runs tight in the bust. Would rent again. 

I rented this dress for a conference I was attending and love it. It was a tad tight but I think that was how it was supposed to fit. Very flattering, appropriate length for work and the angled neckline gave it a nice twist. Would definitely rent again. 

Well made, nice material, fairly thick. On the longer side. I'm short and it hit me just below the knee. It was fitted but not too tight. The neckline makes it different and it's a nice dress for colder weather given the sleeves. Sleeves still fit under a blazer also, in contrast to many bell sleeve dresses these days! For me it was  tightest around the ribs and a bit looser around the hips (but not too loose). 

I had many colleagues saying they loved the neckline on the dress and where'd you get it...needless to say I shared my app with everyone. The dress hugged all the right places on my curvy form. 

Dress was a nice pencil sheath. Snug on bottom but top was too big for me and i had to wear a jacket to work. Might have been ok w a push up bra for a date though. Pretty dress though and was comfy. 

Wore this for a kick-off meeting. It was sophisticated and fit well, though the chest area was a big tight and the shoulders fit a little loose but it looked fine under a blazer. Loved the neckline detail.

Typically wear between 10/12, 5'3 and busty. 

Size 12 felt too tight and did not wear. If material were more stretchy or sizes up it may have been more comfortable. 

This is a nice navy sheath with a unique neck line. Fit was good except around chest - difficult to zip by myself!

Couldn't zip it up. Need the next size. I think the shoulder is only falling bc the zipper wasn't all the way up. Cute otherwise 

I ordered size 2 but normally wear 0. The top was much too large. It's a great cut but I ended up not wearing it. Might try again with a 0.

It runs a little small. I was able to make it work for the day, but it was snug.

This dress runs small - most size 6's in dresses are a bit loose on me but this was really tight.  

Far too small to wear comfortably. Ordered normal size 16, so dice. 

The dress would have been perfect but the front was too low cut and putting anything underneath would have looked bad. I am super petite and meant for a taller gal.

The top was far too revealing for a work day, so I didn't wear it.

Wanted to love this. I'm a fan of Black Halo dresses, mostly for the edgy cuts and great fit. This dress was just meh & not the usual BH greatness IMO. Did not wear. 

I felt super powerful in this dress! The neckline was to die for. Very form fitting but the length and thickness of the fabric helps to make it work appropriate but still sexy! I wouldn't recommend wearing this for a presentation or to the airport. It was a little challenging to walk quickly. 

Great dress. Quality, thick material is forgiving. A little “revealing” for us busty girls.
