Gorgeous dress - perfect for a formal gala for work. One reason for not giving it 5 stars - I am ample chested, but short overall and short waisted. Although the 12 petite length was perfect with a 3 inch heel, there was a lot of extra fabric in the front, even with my ample cups! I ended up doing a pin job in the back - pinching in the horizontal seam at both the shoulder blades. That made for a better fit in the front. The 10P was a bit tight in the ribs, but there was still extra fabric in the front, so opted to go with the pinned 12P. The dress has a beautiful structure in the bodice, and the skirt drapes beautifully.

I'm 5'2 and 145lb, curvy with 34e bra size. The 10P size was absolutely perfect with a 3inch heel. The cut out in the front does reveal cleavage, but I thought it was tasteful, and I liked that you could wear a regular bra under. If you're "well endowed", your cleavage will look absolutely beautiful in this dress, because of the cut and fit - just enough to be fabulous and show off what you've got. You may want to be prepared though because you will attract attention- positive attention but attention nonetheless, so depends on what your goals are for the evening. I thought that the midline of the dress and where the gold wraps around was very flattering for the little bit of mummy tummy that I'm still carrying around. Basically a gorgeous fit to create an hourglass shape.
