Beautiful BUT believe the reviews
Usually a flare skirt that says small waste I shrug and ignore. I am hourglass and that is typical. HOWEVER. It is oddly small wasted with the cut also hugging the hips then the bottom flares out. Kind of corset shaped hugging the waste down to the hip bones then a flare. And it was tight. Looked like a costume. My daughter who is a 0 or 00 and 5'5", does not have the waste hip proportions that I do, tried it on...looked beautiful on her.

A bit tight in the waste
I have an hourglass shape, so they worked…kind of. They looked good, but they didn't feel too comfortable. I felt like I had to suck in because of the way they were cut - they accentuated belly pooch that is not a typical struggle for me in clothes. However - I received compliments; they are beautiful and a creative mix for your wardrobe.

Short girl friendly
It's a classic old Hollywood look. I rented several dresses, and this was the one I was going to wear to the cocktail event. Unfortunately, I couldn't go. I am 5 feet. With a heel, I would have been fine wearing this. There is a little drag in the back but looked intentional. , Not walking or tripping over the dress, which is usually an issue—I wanted to put this out there for the shorter girls because this is a struggle.

Perfect Blazer
It's a great blazer to dress up or down. The colors make it easy to wear, and you can be very creative with putting outfits together. The sleeves were not long, and it had a nice tapered fit.

Flattering but looked like…
One of my daughter's old dance recital costumes. I did not end up wearing it. It just was not right for the event. I am short, and Hour Glass made me look longer and leaner so I loved the look. I would consider renting again for the right occasion. I'm just not sure what that would be

Cute but borderline dingy. You could tell it was not a crisp newer piece by RTR. I would not say it is crop. I am short. My bust made it draw up in the front. Just needed to be aware at work.

People have feelings when you wear this
I did not wear this without being stopped. It is very well made and has a beautiful print. It is obviously not a bulk box store dress. It is long on a short frame but does not drag the ground, so it is safe for short girls. I am used to dresses falling long; therefore, it does not bother me. Some may feel it has too much fabric if on the petite side, but this just translates to me as quality.

If I went out more I would have worn more
This was fun. It is large and boxy, but it makes sense and is cute. You can tell it was designed for that look and that it wasn't “too big.” I made it work for work. If I had gone out more, I could have styled it in a lot of different ways and had more options.

Great for petite!
For girls with little waste and full bottom, these are great. Complements galore. I am 5’ with shoes on. They did not drag. Some pants that fit well in the waste squeeze the butt or make it look flat - NOT these. They were very complimentary to the hourglass shape. Even though I am a little smaller I prefer 28 on waste for comfort, my hips/butt are 38. I still had room which I prefer for comfort.

Cute but nothing spectacular. Did not scream high-end. The forearms up to the wrist were rather tight. Could not push up sleeves at all. I never thought my wrist could feel claustrophobic but they kind of did.

I took a gamble and won
I am not a cardigan person but I liked the colors in this and wanted to try something different. I wear it with jeans with burgundy wide wool pants with platforms It is a nice quality tight knit. Timeless and compliments galore. Looks expensive. Bought it.

Great formal for short gals
I am 5 feet tall wearing a small heel. It was nice to have a longer gown without needing a hem. It did drape in the back. It is VERY low cut and tight in the chest, for this occasion, I had to wear something to cover the girls, although not needed for the after, party. Very flattering, stunning red, and compliments all night.

Could wear with a belt, without a belt, with a tank, or a little more open and low cut without a tank. Wore it in Palm Springs. 115 degrees. I mean. It was light light cotton, breezy, and forgiving. Stopped everywhere I went with compliments or people asking where I bought it. I brought other clothes but this was so comfortable, cute, and easy to clean, I wore it a lot! I honestly was not sure about this piece when I first received but it worked well for a HOT vacation. Super cute and minimal effort.

Too tight on my wide hips. They fit on the waste (I felt the elastic, not tight, but I prefer elastic to sit on me and not stretch) and they road up on me. Comfort is high on my list and these weren't it. Next size up would have been, but probably too long. I thought about switching out for the next size up and nay one day. Cute, but not much different than Panama pants. Had they fit I definitely would have worn them with the matching shirt. But swapping for some other options. Pretty print

So many compliments and I didn't step on it!
I knew from the reviews I would love or hate this dress because of my height and build. I'm short, compact, and hourglass. I loved the way this dress felt, moved, and draped. It feels modern and vintage at the same time, it did have a lot of fabric but the quality and vertical lines just worked for me. I wore it to an art crawl and I received compliments all night at every stop. I also wore to work beforehand. I know it is probably a little campy for work but I work in luxury senior living; my seniors LOVED IT and went on and on about it. I can't wait to wear it with yellow accents, red...and so on.
