I loved this top so much! Would have purchased! The sleeves were a fun detail but the color is the real stunner!

Great flattering fit! A bit short on the torso, but the long sleeves are fun!

This top is a vibrant, beautiful color. Fitted, but breathable and not restrictive. The sleeves are a little weird, but can be easily folded up. I got lots of compliments.

Such a flattering top! The color is unique and looks great with light eyes - I got a ton of compliments. Love how you can dress it up or down. I have wide shoulders and usually wear a medium in tops but the small worked perfect for me. 

I've found that A.L.C. is a lovely designer. I love everything I try from them. Excellent quality and the fabric fits so nicely. I'm in a medium. I've rented the large in the yellow version and that was fine too. I'm short waisted though so if you're long waisted it'll hit right at your waist. Great for everyday wear. 

This shirt was prettier and classier than I expected. It has a cool, professional 70s vibe, especially when paired with high waisted, wide legged pants. I got so many compliments!

This is a little short and the ruffles on the sleeves are a little long but the color is amazing and I got so many compliments. 

The fit on this is so flattering. Not super warm but would rent again! 

I, for one, am absolutely buzzing over the ability to wear long sleeves and shorts once again. ALC made this top in a vibrant cobalt last year and I’m super excited that RTR has it in aqua for fall. The fit is lovely and it tucks perfectly into whatever you throw it’s way. I prefer it fully buttoned up with a more risqué bottom and unbuttons with jeans for a more casual look. Slay rating - depends on the day, baby

This one was a bit tight fitting but loved the accent in the sleeves. It worked perfectly with a blazer!

The bust fit great - the body had a lot of fabric - couldnt tuck it in without it bulging out of my work pants. It hit my torso at an odd place if i didn't tuck it in. Great color - sleeves are a little dainty and wouldn't stay folded up. Did not end up wearing.

I wanted so badly to love this top. The fabric is really nice and the color a gorgeous jewel tone. Sadly, this was too short, and too small overall. I recommend ordering a size up, although I’m still not sure that would have fixed the length issue for me. 

I received compliments, this was a great fit. 

I loved this top, and received many compliments on the color. But the sleeves were extra long. I thought it was cool looking at first, but then it got annoying :) 

I wore this three times and loved it. The color is so pretty and I liked the cut of the bell sleeves. It is a very fitted, stretchy top so size up or skip it if that's not your preference. I'm a true size 12 and got the large.

Love the color and the fit. Elevated day time and good for work. I am in between XS or S usually. I ordered the small, it fit just slightly cropped but with high waisted jeans/ pants I can wear them for work.

I really LIKE this sweater. I love the sleeves, the fit and color. It's so comfortable and well made. Not going to keep it but I did wear it twice. I highly recommend it.

I loved the way this shirt fit. The material was great. Worked well for work and casual outfits. 

If you have greenish eyes, this will make them pop. Flattering neckline.  It is slightly cropped, it did come down to my waistband but if I was at work in person (rather than zoom) and drawing on a whiteboard I might have been having a small sliver of belly peek out.  I would consider buying this if less expensive.

Fits perfect. Fabric and fit are super flattering. The sleeves add a lit of cool dressy-ness to it. 

This shirt is so flattering. It lays perfectly on the body, and the color is gorgeous!

I loved this shirt and wore it every chance I got. The color was amazing on me and the material is a bit stretchy so there’s comfort to it. Highly recommend. Medium fit great. Ended up buying it (but not from RTR)
