Good quality, but not made for those with breasts
Overall lovely, though the elasticized back was a surprise given the price. However, couldn't be worn as this was designed for women with at *most* a B cup in mind.

It fit more or less fine, but the fabric was thicker than I expected and it looked cheesy/hokey rather than chic/trendy, so I never wore it once the whole month I had it.

The fit is just right. The concept is cute. I'm not sure if it's supposed to look worn or if I just got one that's been rented a LOT, but it felt worn/juvenile/cheap as opposed to chic/stylish/professional. I think I wore it twice the whole month, but only because I felt like because I rented it, I should get use out of it. I've gotten a lot of great pieces through my membership, this just really wasn't one of them.

Wasn't sure about the pinstripes at first, but this got SO MANY compliments! I kept it more buttoned up for work, then lower for a night out, and it worked both ways. Great length for a petite (I'm 5'3")

My fault they weren't flattering
I loved these, they got lots of compliments, but they would have been more flattering if I'd gone a size down. I recently lost weight and wasn't sure if I was more of a 4 or 6 and went with the 6 equivalent...should've gone w the 4, and then I think they would have been perfect.

This dress looks great, I'd very flattering, and got a lot of compliments at work! It's just the right amount of daring. At 5'3", I found it more flattering w heeled booties than flats. I honestly thought about buying this dress, except that I can't raise my arms (say, to put my hair up or put on a hat) enough to fully function. The restricted movement is why it doesn't get 5 stars from me.

Beautiful! But only if you're tall
Had to exchange without wearing, sadly. These pants are GORGEOUS and I loved them and felt great in them, but at 5'3", even in my tallest (5") heels, they were dragging the ground. Rather than risk destroying them, I exchanged them. Would only recommend these if you're 5'6" or above and plan to wear heels. Wish there was a petite offering in these! They're just so beautiful and fit great in every other way.

Great for work!
Rented these while I was losing weight, and somewhat between sizes (6 and 4). Because they sat high up on the waist, the 4 fit, with a little snugness, but not too bad. These got a lot of compliments!

Favorite pants ever
I love these so much this is the second time I've rented them through my Update subscription. They're extremely flattering, sit right at the natural waist and fall perfectly. At 5'3", I found them to be most flattering with heels rather than flats. The fabric is soft; thick enough to provide some warmth but not so thick as to be heavy or bulky. They flow beautifully. Would recommend for transitional or winter weather rather than hot. Will absolutely rent again.

Fit like it was tailored specifically for me!
This dress was so well-made, I felt great in it, and it got compliments all night! At 5'3", it hit below my knees, but with heels it worked. I rented this in January, so I threw black tights underneath, and the nice thick fabric didn't cling to lumpy parts, and kept me warm all night! Movement with the cutout shoulder is slightly restricted, so get things off high shelves *before* you get dressed ;)

A good transitional season option
Fit is very drapey, which is nice open, but when you close with the tie, can easily look like a bathrobe. I'm 5'3" though, so it might look less robe-like on a taller person. This coat is good for temps in the 50s/60s, but I wouldn't wear it when it's any colder.

I desperately wish I could keep this forever
This dress fits true to size. The 4 fit, but I was close to my period and a bit bloated so the 6 felt more flattering, and I went with that(also the 4 zipper stuck a bit). At 5'3", the dress hit just at the ankle strap of my heels. The dress received endless compliments all night, and I really don't want to have to send it back! Was also a perfect weight for a summer wedding, but would be good in the fall too. It's just such a standout dress, I will almost definitely rent it again!

Wore this for a black tie optional wedding in Brooklyn, and it was perfect for the occasion! I'm sorry I didn't get a full length pic. The fabric is thick so I wasn't worried about needing a bra--but I also probably wouldn't wear this for a mid-summer outdoor wedding, since it is thicker. My hips are 37.5" and my chest is 32", so sometimes tops/bottoms of dresses can be tricky! Its fitted through the hips, so I went with the 4R instead of the 2R. If I owned the dress, I *may* have tailored the top, but it wasn't awkwardly large on top. The cut-outs were flattering and didn't dig in at all. I'm 5'3" and wore 5-6" heels, and the dress grazed the tops of my toes but did not drag the ground. Truthfully, if I'd worn flats, it would have touched the ground but not pooled around. The slits on the sides went a few inches past my knee, and as such were not scandalous or inappropriate for a wedding. It was such a beautiful dress without being flashy, I just felt so so great in it, and was truly sad to return it. This is my third time renting from RTR, each experience has been fantastic--its been great to have so much variety this wedding season without buying a new dress for each event! Saves me closet space and $$.

A fun dress for a muddy VT wedding!
I wore this dress for a wedding in VT. It wasn't as great as other dresses I've rented from RTR, but I will say its also the least expensive dress I've rented, so, you get what you pay for. The black waistband has ZERO stretch, so I would size yourself to that to prevent discomfort. It did mean it was a bit big on top (my measurements are 34A-25" waist-37" hip, and I went with Small). Up top there was definitely extra room/some slight gaping to the fabric, but a padded strapless bra probably would have solved that issue (I don't like padded bras, so I just went with pasties). The extra room on top also meant the cutouts were in no way cutting in to your mid section, which was really great and flattering, especially after eating wedding cake! Overall a really sweet dress, great color, nice hi-lo hem (which was perfect since this was an outdoor wedding that turned out to be VERY muddy!).

I rented this BEAUTIFUL dress for my brother's wedding. It arrived (as scheduled) the night before we were headed to VT. It fit fine, but I knew it would be more flattering in the next size up (so the cutouts sat nicely instead of creating some squish in my midsection). Got on the phone with a rep who was super helpful and friendly, and overnighted the next size (4) to my hotel so it would be waiting upon my arrival! Fit perfectly! Also, I'm 5'3" and with 3" heels it just barely grazed the ground. 10/10 will use RTR again!
