This is the perfect dress for an athletic pear-shaped figure! I'm a 4 on top, 6 on bottom so dresses are usually too tight around the hips/quads or too baggy and shapeless through the shoulder and midsection, but this one is a real winner! It fit perfectly on top, and had plenty of room to move in the bottom without looking big and sloppy. The length was work-appropriate without being frumpy. I loved that the material was thick enough that the dress didn't need a slip/liner...they create too much static cling in the winter when worn with tights, but not too thick that it couldn't be worn in fall/spring as well. And those pockets... they are awesome and the dress still manages to be sleek despite them. I was hesitant about the color when it first came...it's definitely more of an orangey tomato red than a true red...a color that doesn't usually look good on my pasty complexion, but it did look nice since my skin is tanned from a recent vacation. If this came in blue or green, I'd have to buy it despite the hefty price...it's that close to perfect!!!

I rented the matching dress for an in-office work Christmas party. I did not end up wearing this jacket with the dress because the two pieces together was a bit over the top...maybe I would have if the party was after-hours. I wore the jacket the next day to work with grey dress pants. The jacket was very pretty, but was extremely scratchy around the neck and chest. I couldn't really take it off either because it's a fitted jacket, and I was only able to wear a tank underneath it. The sleeves were a strange length...not quite long sleeve but longer than a 3/4 sleeve. Would not rent the jacket again due to it being so uncomfortable.

I loved this dress! I wore for an in-office work Christmas party. The fit was perfect as was the length. This dress was a beautiful cranberry color. Fit was great. Not one of those gets-tons-of-compliments dresses, but it looked nice for a Christmas Eve gathering with family with tights and a beaded off-white sweater. Lots of options with this dress...wear a shirt underneath, wear with boots, wear with sparkly jewelry...very versatile so will likely rent again due to really great fit.

This dress was a great fit. It was comfortable in the mid-section without being shapeless. The color is more purple than blue, but is still gorgeous. The sleeves only have a slight bell-shape, so no concerns when eating or working. The length was good for work with stockings. Will rent again.

I really liked this dress. I'm typically a 2 or 4 on top and 6 on bottom, so dresses are rarely a perfect fit, but this one fit perfectly everywhere...it was roomy enough across the hip without being too roomy on top and through the mid-section. The length was perfect as well, and I would feel comfortable wearing to work without tights in warmer weather. The bell sleeves are a pretty detail without getting in the way while eating or working. Will definitely rent this again.

This is a beautiful dress! The high neck is a very sophisticated feature, but is not constricting at all. The lace on the sides is more pink than the picture lets on, but it's gorgeous, and the vertical panels are very slimming. Sizing is pretty true to size. I'm a almost always a 4, sizing up to a 6 for extra room in certain styles due to athletic legs and glutes. The dress looks body-hugging, but I was pleased with the amount of stretch it contained without looking sloppy. I wore with tights because I was out in cold weather, but would love to rent this again in warmer weather and wear without tights.

I sized up to a 6 on this rental as most reviews suggested, and was surprised that it wasn't even close to being able to get up over my rear end. I am almost always a size 4, going up to a 6 if I want extra room or for styles that are body-con. I would have needed at least a 10 to get this on! I'm not opposed to ordering a larger size, but that is excessive! I stuck my arms through the top, without pulling on the bottom, and that seemed to fit well, so going up two sizes would have made the top very sloppy. It was a beautiful garment, and in good shape, but just maybe not for the athletic build.

This was a good dress to wear to work in the fall, though there wasn't anything really exciting about it. I wore it with black tights, and found the length to be appropriate for the office. The coloring on the dress was very vibrant against the black background. The bottom of the dress is lined, but the top is not and is slightly sheer. I ended up wearing a black cami underneath, but I think I could have gotten away without it, even for work. The elastic on the waist of this dress was a little tighter than I expected, perhaps because it was new with tags on it. I've rented the Parker Dixie Print Shirt Dress before, and found that elastic waist much more comfortable. I found this dress to be okay for work but would probably not rent again as it was nothing special, and I enjoyed the other Parker dress much more.

I wore this to work with tights and booties. It was so easy to just thrown on and go. The colors were very nice, and I liked that they looked a bit more muted than how they looked in the photo. It may not be clear from the picture, but the dress actually buttons all the way down. This was fine for me as I spend all day sitting at a desk, but just wanted to note it because when you cross your legs, the dress does "pull apart" some to reveal flesh, tights, whatever is underneath. While the dress is very roomy in the midsection, the sleeves have no give and the ruffle on them is not elastic, so order up if you have bigger arms. There are a lot of ruffles on the skirt, and I actually liked that they gave me some shape, but I probably would have liked this more if it was an elastic waist. The waist tie just added even more material, and I also thought it tied too high up (under the bust, across the bottom of my ribs), which might give a pregnant look for those with a bigger belly. I didn't mind the look, but it's something to look out for. Overall, I would rent again because I don't like spending a lot of time getting ready for work, and this was a nice looking piece that was beyond easy to wear.

I rented this for work and wore it with black tights and heeled loafers. I felt like it was just a smidge too short, and it might have been better with flats for work. That said, it would be very cute with nude heels for a non-work event. The ruffle in the front and back does give the illusion that the skirt is a bit longer than it really is. The skirt under the ruffle was form-fitting, and I found the neck to pull a bit and felt tight when sitting, but there was plenty of stretch in the arms and chest. The body-side of the skirt is lined with a silky material, so it tended to hike up a bit when I walked. The color is gorgeous, and looked very nice with my complexion, so I would definitely rent again, but probably not for the office. This piece would be better for a cocktail party or an event where I was going to be spending more time standing than sitting.

I absolutely loved this piece, and if not for some major wear-and-tear, I would have bought it immediately. I rented this to wear to work, but the buttons on both sleeves were missing, as was the third button down from the neck (the one that keeps your breasts from being completely exposed!). I could have worn with a tank or cami to keep myself covered, but I would have felt disheveled in a piece that was so missing so many buttons. That said, the colors in the dress were stunning, and it would have been very comfortable. Had I been able to wear it, I would have worn it with leggings, tunic-style, rather than with tights as originally intended. It was just a tad short if I wanted to have the elastic/drawstring part at my true waist, which is where it looked cute. You could wear it with the drawstring waist not cinched in, but then the "waist" of the dress hung down around the rear-end, and the middle of the dress looked baggy and shapeless. I would rent again in a heartbeat if I knew I was going to get a dress in better condition, but with unlimited, I don't want to take my chances and waste another week where I could choose something else.

I loved everything about this dress! The neckline makes it so much more than just another LBD! It is very form-fitting through the chest and ribcage, with very little stretch. The material is substantial enough that I was completely comfortable without a bra. The skirt had plenty of give though the hip and thigh, great for after you have a drink and some dinner, but still looked very sleek. The top and bottom are different materials...I think the bottom was silk (sorry, fabric is not my strong suit). I was worried the skirt would wrinkle since we had to sit in the car for two hours to get to the wedding, but it held up very nicely! By the end of the night, the material was rubbing on the back of my neck and didn't feel great, but I think that's more related to me having a long torso, than the dress itself. I will definitely rent this again!

This dress fit well and was very comfortable. I wore it to an informal anniversary party, but it would also have been work-appropriate. The neck is cut very low, so if wearing for work, I would have worn a cami. For an evening event, I was comfortable without a cami, and I just tied the strings and let them hang in the opening, obscuring a peek-a-boo show. The sleeves are more flowy than I was expecting, but it added a nice detail. I think this dress would work especially well for ladies who have a small waist and larger hips/glutes/quads.

This dress is gorgeous! The embroidered flowers are so rich in color, and you can tell this is an expensive, well-made dress. The bell sleeve is a nice touch, with a bit of a 70s feel. I originally rented a 6 (34B, 27" waist, 37" hip, athletic build), but it was too big everywhere, and the sleeves were way too long. This style doesn't have much shape of it's own, so even a belt didn't help...there was just too much material. With Unlimited, I exchanged it for a 4, which was much better, and would probably even order a 2 next time. I wore it to work with tights and booties, but would not wear it to the office without tights as it would be inappropriately short (I'm 5'5"). I would wear it to a party or wedding with no tights without worrying about the length. While the dress is very free-flowing from the armpit down, it is very fitted through the shoulder and chest, so might be tight on larger busted ladies. I'm looking forward to renting this again soon!
