Lots of fabric
This dress is a lot of fun, but I found it a bit uncomfortable because it has a lot of fabric and is somewhat heavy for the thin straps. There's so much fabric that I constantly struggled to find the pockets. The chest and waist laces were pretty, but I wish they had more elasticity since I had to redo them after sitting for a long time because they felt too tight. Not ideal for the Texas summer because of all the fabric.

I only wore the set because I loved how it looked. The waist of the shorts is a bit loose for an hourglass figure, but that's not noticeable if you wear the top. The buttons are just a little hard to fasten, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with them. Perfect daytime outfit for the Texas summer.

Versatile

Comfy, mid rise
These pants were comfortable, and the fabric is light enough to wear outside in the Texas summer but not see-through. I found the length a bit awkward for me—not long enough to be full length, but not short enough to be cropped. The waist was a bit big, but I wanted a relaxed fit around the hips, so that's always a trade-off for my hourglass figure.

Great for hourglass figures
Finally, a slip skirt I can wear comfortably. It has some drawbacks, like the top seam constantly unfolding (my partner thought I wore it inside out initially because the tag kept showing), and it's unlined; however, the length and cut suit my body perfectly, and it's versatile enough for various styles since it's so easy to style.

Shimmery
As other reviews mentioned, this top is very shimmery, which you can't tell from photos. I still think it's a great everyday top, though. It stretches, so it fits more snugly. The fabric is warm, so I wouldn't wear it on hot days. The length is perfect for wearing untucked or tucking in a bit with high-rise pants.

Surprisingly versatile

Beautiful and versatile
Easy to style, fits true to size. Comfy. Flattering. The only thing was that it was a bit warm. "Winter" in Texas was very mild this season, so I couldn't wear it as often as I wanted to, lest I overheated.

Style over function
I love how this cropped jacket pairs with the red jeans, though it’s more for style than function. Its cropped design completely exposes your midsection at the front and back, but it still provides some coverage for your arms and shoulders. The fabric is very soft and comfortable.

I enjoy wearing these red jeans, especially with the cropped jacket. I’ve worn them about five times, though the barrel shape isn't the most flattering for my body. I need a belt to close the waist gap, and the style accentuates my bow legs. Nevertheless, wearing red jeans is always fun. Cute but boxy
I wanted to love it, but it’s just not my style. I struggled to wear it for everyday use because it’s so short and wide that you have to wear very high-waisted jeans or pants unless you want your tummy or back to peek out. Also, I ironed it so many times, but the fabric wrinkles just by looking at it. I’m glad I rented it, but I won’t rent this style again.

Beautiful
This dress looks so pretty on and it’s not uncomfortable. Since the dress fits perfectly, hugging all the right places and blurring the slight imperfections, shapewear is not needed. The color is a bit darker than in the model photos, more of a very dark wine, almost chocolate brown, rather than burgundy red, but it looks very luxurious. It was my go-to for holiday parties.

Itchy but pretty
This top looks great, but there are two reasons I only gave it four stars. First, the collar is sewn at the back and can't be removed, although the snap fasteners are still there, so you still have to snap it in place every time you wear it, because you can't put it on with the collar attached since it’s very narrow. Second, the fabric is itchy; the first time I wore it, I only had a cami underneath, and I was in a bad mood all day because of how itchy the sweater vest made me feel. I do have sensitive skin, though.

Versatility
I would wear these pants every day if they didn’t attract so much attention. The shade of red is just perfect because it goes with everything. You can dress them up or down. I definitely felt like I drew attention to myself when wearing this, but I felt so confident. The top has an anti-sliding band, so it stays comfortably in place. It fits true to size, but I felt like I had to wear my nippies instead of a strapless bra because things felt very tight with the bra. So if you’re well endowed or between sizes, consider sizing up.
