Definitely for the flat chested
The fabric is gorgeous! The ruffles came up to my chest area and made me literally look like a bird. Would probably be better suited for a flatter chested woman. Would be cute with white pants.

Pretty dress - if you are tall
personally this dress did not work for me as it was a little baggy, shapeless and long, but the fabric is absolutely beautiful and it's a rich navy. Not too low cut and would be really cute on a tall girl

Chosen for "everyday" dinner wear
This dress was BRAND NEW and absolutely adorable! I didn't actually end up wearing it because it was a little long on me (came mid-calf as I am 5'3" but the look and colors was great. Fit was perfect and I would highly recommend. Would be great for a summer wedding!

Concert Dress
Not a huge fan of this dress :( Ordered for a concert, but it was just "blah" and didn't wear. While the colors were bright and vibrant, it was just too busy and didn't have a "wow" factor for me. Felt like there was a little too much fabric on the neck area and felt that I was covered in Harve Leger artwork. The fit was "ok" as the fabric does fit tight. I am larger busted (32D) and just felt "smooshed" in that area. There are definitely better dresses in RTR. This one, in my opinion, may have run its course.

Great look for an outdoor wedding!
LOVED this dress! I generally wear a 4-6 and ordered an 8 because I really wanted to wear it to a wedding. It fit fine but next time I will order the 6 as it was just slightly big around the shoulders but stayed up great. The moment you pull this dress out of the packaging, you know the quality is awesome. Spent the entire night receiving compliments. While I am definitely tiny like the model photo, and bustier, somehow this dress made me fill slimming. Just enough spandex feel (SUPER comfortable) that I didn't need Spanx! Will definitely rent again....by far my favorite RTR yet!
