I love love love this dress. It has a very flattering cut. There is wonderful attention to detail with the seams, pleats and sleeves.  It is a very well-made dress.  I wore it with tights and boots because a cold front came through, but I will definitely be renting this dress again when I can wear it with sandals!

Worn this to Disney World Park. The material is light and breathable, makes it very comfortable dress to wear all day. Classy but not too dressy so it can be a everyday dress.

I have rented this dress pre pregnancy and while pregnant and loved it both times. Pre-pregnancy I wore a size 0 or 2 and I rented and wore the smallest size available in this dress (can't recall what that is right now) which fit me perfectly. At 25 weeks with twins, the 44 fit over my belly really well because the dress cuts in high in the front then low in the back. The fabric is also light and comfortable.

I wore this on a warm summer day and stayed comfortable inside and outside all day. Flattering cut for a narrow frame.

Love love LOVE this dress. Wore it to work and got so many compliments. The fabric is silky, light and soft - perfect for summer! 

Wore this to a bridal shower brunch, then a first birthday party, then a 30th birthday party. It held up through everything. Lots of compliments. Very chic. 

I liked it, but didn't love it (aside from the fact that it arrived with a stain).  For someone who is 5'8", I thought the dress was too short for the office. Probably better for weekends in the summer. Easy-to-wear lightweight dress that is unlined. I put a slip on underneath since the fabric is quite thin. Dress runs true to size. Enough room for my C-cup chest. I am wearing a US 10 (UK 46), which is my usual RTR size (for reference, I am 5'8", 155 lbs, 36C). 

I got this dress to wear to work. The fabric is matte silk. As you can see, while it's not wrinkly, it's not uber smooth either. It was perfectly fine for work and as part of your Unlimited for a chic and well rounded work wardrobe, but I don't see it as an event or party dress.

Perfect fit. Loose, breathable material, but the threading highlights both your natural waist AND the small of your back. It skimmed my hips so ideally and made my waist actually look smaller by some brand of fashion magic. Definitely be careful to get the proper size, though — the fabric has no give. Great for summers in San Fran where the highs are typically 70 degrees and the mornings are 55 degrees.

Flowy, but with seams in the right places so that it give it shape.

Hard to describe what goes into an everyday dress that makes it worth $1500, but this is it.  Every time I wear this dress, someone compliments me on it.  It's subtle things that make it special - the detail on the sleeve and the way the sleeves hang; the way the "shift" gets some shape (but remains loose and comfy) via the seaming and stitching both horizontal and vertical; the sueded look and feel of the silk twill (it's light but has "weight", resists wrinkling, hangs beautifully). Sometimes dresses with this type of sleeve hang down over my hands and look sloppy, but that is not the case here.  The v-neckline is also just right - I'm thin but somewhat busty and a standard bra works great, no cleavage, no bra-peeking to worry about. Depending on how much it goes on sale for, I may need to own this dress.

Love this dress!  Deceptively simple, doesn't look like much on the hanger but so flattering when on.  Fit is loose and forgiving, can size down if in between sizes.  Can wear with regular undergarments.  Easy to dress up or down.  I wore to work, slightly short but I am 5'7".  

Way better in person, I really considered buying. Kept to wear through the weekend. Easy, chic - size down.


I got a lot of compliments every time I wore it. Fits nicely, slightly loose but still has a tailored look. 

I loved this dress - it was easy to dress up or down. The silk material was beautiful and felt so great on. Usually I am a size 4, but the 38 fit perfectly. 

This dress is comfotable and classy.  It is easy to wear and does not hug the body but flows nicely.  The top stitching is very nice, too.

I was not sure about renting this because it looked like it would not be that flattering, but I saw some photos of others wearing it and gave it a try. I'm glad I did because I love this dress! It is very flattering and very comfortable. It runs large, so I may size down next time, but I will definitely rent again. Received lots of compliments!

This dress is elegantly simple but is one of my favorite rentals yet.  The subdued color and great lines made my baby bump of 23 weeks all but disappear. Great, comfortable fit in my regular size. Work-appropriate length on 5'7". Beautiful sleeve shape and high-quality stitching detail. 

This was a perfect dress for work - it was not too short but felt comfortable with the long sleeves in the AC. The material is light weight and this can also be paired back to jeans in the Fall season. I recommend this for all body types.

Very cute fit!  It will arrive quite wrinkled because of the material so not a great choice for vacation. But a quick steam cycle in the dryer and this piece was perfect!

At first I thought it was on the boring side and was disappointed.  After putting on big earrings, a simple necklace and heels, the dress was transformed.  Very comfortable and got tons of compliments.  Will definitely rent again!

I think I'll rest this one again.  It was very comfortable to wear and the stitching flatters the figure. Perfect for a double date!

This Sunday, we'll meet, celebrate that love makes a queer family.  I'll be wearing this.  Understated navy silk.  Gorgeous v-neck.  Possibly too trendy bell sleeves.  Fingertip length skirt.  I cannot wait.  

This is an awesome dress. I wore it to work and got tons of compliments. It is super comfortable and very flattering.  If it weren't for rent the runway, I would never have the opportunity to sport a $1500 Derek Lam dress to work. All my co-workers are now looking into getting on the unlimited plan after seeing this dress.

This dress fits true to size and is very comfortable. No zippers, etc. so just slide it on and go. I would definitely buy this dress.

Fit was slightly baggy but still looked great. It is soft, light and flattering. Can be worn with dressy sneakers or nude heels. Will def rent again!

The fit was amazing. It's a simple dress but it fits spectacularly. I would give it five stars but I could see where RTR repaired some of the design stitching and other signs of wear. 

liked this as a nice summer dress.  Rented a size up bc of availability and it was a little big.  Will rent again.
