This dress was perfect for the black tie optional summer wedding I attended in June. The fabric was a bit heavy for the temperature, but the color and fit and length were just right! I am very small busted and have a narrow rib cage and this dress was just slightly too large for my torso, even with the corset. It still fit, but I was constantly concerned of a wardrobe malfunction. I felt like Belle from Beauty and the Beast and absolutely loved this dress!

I added this dress to my rental because I really wanted to see if I could pull it off. Unfortunately, I am much too short, a little too hippy, and small chested to pull off this gown. While this dress was not for me, it is beautiful and my only complaint about the dress had it fit me would be that if the slip wrinkles at all it is very visible, so you'd have to be very careful to make sure the slip was not bunched at all after siting.

I really loved wearing this dress for the Jewel Ball! The color was beautiful and the gold splashes added spark and fun to the dress. The cut of the dress was flattering to my small waist and the fit was so perfect I don't think I had to pull the dress up even one time through out the night, not even on the dance floor! I paired with a nude shoe and gold accessories. Notes: As other reviewers have said, the dress is long. I am 5'2" and wore 5.5" heels. As long as I stood up straight, the hem was almost perfect. The fabric does wrinkle a little during shipment, so I would be prepared to lightly steam this dress upon arrival. The nude panel in the back is sheer, so be sure to keep that in mind when choosing undergarments.

I loved this dress. I wore it to a creative black tie event at the zoo and paired with some really fun zebra-ish print wedges. The dress is VERY fitted through the waist, which I love because I typically have trouble finding dress that flatter my small waist as well as this dress did. The pleated skirt is fun and flirty, however, to avoid any unnecessary exposure I would suggest wearing some type of shorty short under the dress. The dancing and wind occasionally had me grabbing for the hem to keep it from flying up. LOVED it!

This dress fit my body PERFECTLY. The waist is very fitted with no give at all, so I would take into account how large the meal you'll be eating is before choosing your size. We had a 3 course pasta lunch, and by the end it was a touch snug ;). I paired with nude shoes, and gold, cream and black accessories from Kate Spade. One negative I have for the dress is , the slit in the back is definitely something you need to be mindful of when bending down. I do have ample booty, so this may have something to do with this potential wardrobe faux pas. Over all, I adored the dress and would rent again to wear in a different circle.

This dress has just the right amount of golden shimmer! The bow belt accentuates the waistline and creates a very figure flattering silhouette. It was slightly snug around my rear, so if you've got a little extra in the back, I'd suggest sizing up if you don't want a figure hugging dress. The sequined fabric didn't rub my underarms raw and stayed in place during walking, dancing, and sitting without any unflattering bunching or riding up. I would rent this dress again for any party with a different from the event I wore it at. I paired with black tights and pumps with gold Kate Spade bangles and large emerald studs. LOVED this dress!

This dress was perfect for going to dinner of our Las Vegas girls trip. The scuba fabric is very comfortable and hugs curves in the right way! This dress was sent to me when my back up size was not available for my original rental and I ended up wearing it. The pattern enhances an hour glass figure and the colors in the pattern really pop! This is not a dress I would typically have chosen, however, I am so happy that I got the opportunity to try it, and branch out. Thanks RTR! This is a great dress for a night of standing, sitting, or light movement. I did find that the fabric would bunch up a bit and ride up. I don't think that sizing up would have fixed this issue.

This dress was FANTASTIC for our Vegas ladies trip. The color is so vibrant and the pattern and texture of the dress are also very eye catching. The dress is pretty short and I've got a booty on me, so I definitely had to be careful on the dance floor. IT was freezing in Vegas while we were there, so I ended up pairing with black tights. I added some gold accessories and a red lip. This dress is VERY thick, so while it smooths any lumps or bumps you want to hide, I wouldn't recommend this dress for warm weather.

This dress is perfect for Las Vegas if you can put up with itchy arms. The body of the dress is lined, however, the arms are not and the sequins are very itchy. I did not end up wearing this dress because of how uncomfortable the arms of the dress were. This dress fit well and if I weren't looking to be out for an EXTRA long night in Vegas, I probably would have stuck out the itchy arms. I would suggest sizing up for ladies with a curvy figure, this dress is very short and you'll want the extra length curves take away!

I rented this dress for an engagment party on a pool deck and it was absolutely perfect! I got so many compliments on the dress! The dress laid very nicely on my pear shaped figure and allowed me to move and stay comfortable despite the 90+ degree Kansas weather. I would rent this dress again to wear in another social circle! I styled the dress with a 2 gold rings, gold earrings, nude shoes, and I nipped in the waist a bit with a skinny nude belt because I have a very small waist. I also chose to wear a strapless bra to aviod any bra strap sightings. The dress does have strap keepers, however, do to the neckline and lower back I wanted to be sure no wardrobe malfunctions would occur. The 0 was slightly snug around my wider hips, but I appreciated that kind of fit, if you would like a less fitted look, I'd suggest getting a size up for your back up!

I rented two dresses, this dress being one of them. The only reason this dress didn't make the cut was the sweltering Kansas summer heat combined with the sleeves (although very sheer) was not a good mix for my friend's engagement party which took place partially outside on the pool deck. This dress is very dainty and the belted waist adds just the right amount of sass. I styled with a light nude shoe and gold accessories. As for fit, it was slightly snug around my wide hips, but not too small or uncomfortable. If you are pear shaped like I am I would suggest sizing up on your extra size just to make sure you are getting the fit that is best for your body!

This dress is absolutely adorable, however, it was not flattering enough on my body type to wear for the event I had rented it for, so I returned (with ease thanks to the GREAT customer service at RTR). The dress was just slightly too fitted through the hips for my body type and slightly too big for my small bust. I would not recommend this dress for a pear body type like mine, BUT if you're a little more evenly proportioned than I am this dress will look fantastic on you and I would definitely give this dress two thumbs up if I saw it on you at an event!

I rented this gown for a deb ball and I have never felt so fun and sparkley, nor have I ever received more compliments on a dress. The regular length was a little short for my high heels. (4") BUT this ended up being perfect for the after party, I put on flats and still kept this fabulous dress on without it dragging on the floor.
