I'm 5'2'' and the length was great - this dress would work for tall or short, just hits differently depending on your height. I am small chested but bigger on the bottom and this dress made me feel great. Top is not stretchy so might be snug on a larger chest.

I am smaller on top so sometimes have a hard time with dresses like this being too baggy in the chest, but this dress fit perfectly. Pockets were awesome, waist is nice and high so plenty of room in the hips. Good to note - entire dress, even sleeves, are lined with satin, so it's not the best dress for hot weather.

So gorgeous for a black tie wedding or affair. I actually felt a little too formal in this because it poofs outs slightly in the skirt (wedding was early fall and black tie optional), so I went with my backup dress but I will definitely be renting this again if I have a black tie wedding in the winter. It would be PERFECT for a new years eve black tie wedding. Top was a little big because I am small chested, but if you lay the straps just right against your back (pull them out a little wide) it can still work.

I wore this dress for a wedding (outdoors at a mansion in RI) and it was perfect - received tons of compliments. I am very small in the bust and larger in the hips, and it fit really well since the only place it's really fitted is on top. Probably not the best for bustier women. I hate dresses too short, and it was great.

This dress is really beautiful- very loose and flowing in mid section and hips, so definitely order to fit your bust. Order a size up if you are large chested and a size down if you're smaller. Flattering for everyone as it doesn't flare out at the hips like other dresses with similar style. I am small chested but have fairly broad shoulders/back, so the 8 worked perfectly. This dress does run long, as it had at least an inch or 2 dragging event with my tallest platform front high heels. Would be great for taller girls worried about length or for someone average height who wants to wear big heels.

I actually rented this dress as my backup, but loved it so much I wore it instead. The beading on the shoulder is beautiful, particularly from the back. I received compliments all night long and felt fantastic. The fit was perfect- this dress is loose around the mid-section and hips, so would really fit all body types. I usually wear a pants size 10 and dress size 8 because I'm larger on the bottom than the top, and the 40R was great. I'm very small chested (36A) but have fairly broad shoulders, so I was nervous about the fit on the top, but it was perfect. I'm 5'2, but it didn't drag at all with 4'' heels unlike many of the other long dresses. Can't say enough about this dress- almost have to see it in person to appreciate!!
