Definitely size up. I am a true 27 and even the 28 feels snug on me. Like others mention, these do tend to hug the belly and show more than what you'd want, but overall very cute.

So bummed!
I had high hopes for this skirt! I am typically a true 6, but this was beyond tight on me. It is has a tendency to hug around your stomach and outline the lower belly.
