Love the dress, super comfy and perfect for fall. The slit is much higher than I expected, but not too bad


I got this to wear to work, but ended up needing to pin the slip together to make it work. The fabric was substantial and you could not see through the cream.  

Loved this dress. Great fabric and very flattering. Leg slit went higher than I expected but it was cute!

Wire this to a vineyard and it was perfect. No pockets but I still enjoyed it. Be mindful of the slit, especially if you’re wearing shape wear underneath. Very flattering. 

I rented this for work, but the slit was way too high for that. It’s too bad because otherwise it would have been perfect for the office. Ended up wearing it to dinner instead. 

Enjoyed wearing it but definitely had to manage the slit when sitting down.

I rented XS and it is form fitting without being overly tight which gives a more classy look. This is appropriate for work, church, or even cocktail hour. Very versatile. The front slit gives it an extra oomph!

Ran a bit big in the arms/chest/waist. But was comfortable. The slit is high and I had to adjust it several times, but this wasn't a big deal for me.

I've rented some version of this Tanya Taylor dress in different colors / sleeve lengths probably about 5 times. I think the style is so cool and the elevated comfort is perfect for work. The size L I rented in April did have some sort of sharpie mark on the collar 

The slit is very high, I had to wear a sweater over it to make it appropriate for work

This dress is so freaking comfy. I’m 5ft and the slit was high on me. It didn’t matter for girls night or date night but it’s not something I would wear to work. The arms weren’t too tight which I really appreciated. 

I wore this work, on a date night, during the day to go shopping with my girls... as many times as I could! I got so many compliments. It is soooo flattering and also comfy. Thick, great quality. If the price point had been a little less I 100% would have bought this one. 

I love how thick the material is. It’s really comfortable. The slit can be a little high if you have long legs.

This dress was beautiful. The slit was higher on me than I'd want for a work outfit but this dress works for so many places. 

This dress is a thicker material and so flattering! I was  comfortable in it all night, and felt it was elegant

Slit is a little revealing for work unless you've got opaque tights. 

So easy to style. I felt polished while still being comfortable all day long. I wore this twice once with short boots and once with knee high boots and loved it both ways. I styled it with a scarf as well which looked great given the plain neckline 

This is a super cute piece. Received compliments, but did feel the slit comes up a bit too high. I wore shorts underneath and throughout the day, I had to keep pulling down the dress. 

Loved this dress! Stretchy, soft fabric with a lot of forgiveness creates a great fit. I could have worn a small but the medium was good too. The cut on this is so well-crafted and super flattering!

petite friendly and comfortable. Perfect for a Fall day. Sleeves were a tad long so I just flipped them up and the slit is quite high. TTS. 

It’s a cute dress and fit great.  The slit is a little high for my comfort level.  When I sat down, I was especially uncomfortable with how much skin showed.  But I brought a jacket and just laid it over my lap and it was fine.  Good quality and overall cute! 

Slip can be short so just be cautious if you wear it to work. 

easy to wear, thick soft sweater like material that covers whatever you like. agree with some reviews that the slit is just slightly too high but it’s not that bad and didn’t cause any issues. would rent again for the right weather (50-60 degrees Spring currently and was perfect) 

I rented this knowing it isn't the most flattering color OR type of dress on my body (I don't really have the hips to shape a bodycon dress like this), but I like it for a rental anyway. Super comfy and cute with boots! The slit felt a bit high for work-- and this is after I discovered the previous renter had already safety pinned it shut about two inches 😂

Loved this dress but beware of the slit! Almost inappropriate for work but made it work. 

Wore this to a work meeting where I had to present in front of a group. Felt put together and professional but loved how soft, thick, and cozy the dress was to wear. I also thought that the split was a cute touch. The midsection also was cut super flattering with the fabric tapering up, giving an appearance of a waist without a belt. Would rent again!

This dress is super flattering and comfy - sweatshirt like material.  But I definitely recommend sizing up. AND the slit is quite high.  I’m 5’9’’ so ordered a Large and it was still too high for work or church 😂

This isn’t a head turner, but it’s made well, is flattering, and so comfortable. It’s like wearing a sweatshirt to work but still looking put together. I will rent this again.
