I wore this in a size 14 which is my regular size. I have a short torso so the straps were a little baggy. I did end up using safety pins to keep my bra straps from showing. But other than that it was a great fit! A true wrap dress so very adjustable. The slit in the front was really fun and because of how the fabric is cut it doesn’t show too much leg when you sit. I wore it with gold jewelry and a gold purse.

This was one I didn’t end up wearing. It was a replacement dress. It’s a beautiful color, thick heavy velvet fabric. But with the puffy sleeves, my large upper body and pattern it looked frumpy on me. I almost wore it strictly because I knew I could dance and eat in it unrestricted, and I could wear a regular bra with it without any tape or pins. But ultimately, I decided I wanted to wear one that I felt was more flattering.

I wore this to my baby shower at 26 weeks and loved it. It was so comfortable! Didn't worry about a thing in it. I wore it with a black cardigan, black booties, and silver earrings. There are 2 hook and eyes on the neckline to create either a v-neck or a keyhole. With my cardigan on I preferred the keyhole look. If I wore it without a cardigan I would have just hooked the bottom one. I feel like it would have been too revealing if I didn't hook at least the bottom hook and eye. I'm not sure, because this is my first kid, but I would think you could unhook both hooks and breastfeed in this dress. I would definitely rent this again. Even when I'm not pregnant.

I felt like this dress ran small. The band around my waist was pretty tight even with the XL. Little hard to breathe and didn't allow the dress to sit low enough on my waist to keep the top from gaping. So I had to make sure I didn't flash anyone. The slit was super sexy. The material looked heavy in the photos, but it really wasn't.

I wore this out to a nice dinner with friends one evening. I really loved the cut of this dress. The v-neck was very flattering and I liked how the material of the dress had a nice shimmer to it. I rented the 6 and 8, and ended up wearing the 8. My body has been changing and I do think by the time I received this dress I wasn't a size 6 anymore, so I felt it was a true to size fit. Got to wear a regular bra with it. It was a longer skirt and I was able to sit, eat and drink in it comfortably all evening. Again, great color and fit. Would rent again.

I wore this to my engagement party. I rented the 8 and the 10 and ended up going with the 10. The 8 was just a little too snug in the middle where the seam is for me to feel comfortable. That's often a problem for me because I have a short waist where I'm the thinnest naturally doesn't usually match up with where dresses are cut to be the smallest. I belted it with a thin gold sparkly belt and wore brown shoes and a white cardigan. Felt like the dress was a nice balance for the event I wore it to. I didn't want to be too casual or too formal, but I did want to have some white in there because, duh...bride. I would rent again.

This dress was great. A little stretch in the fabric, POCKETS, and lovely halter action. I can pretty easily go between a size 8 or 10, but did feel like it ran a little small... The 8 and 10 fit me almost exactly the same. Loved the full skirt and pockets. The skirt does hold it's shape around your body, so if you are wanting something body hugging, this isn't the one for you. I felt like it was flattering to my waist...I have a short waist that I need help defining and I felt like this dress did that nicely. I would recommend this dress and I would rent again.

I rented this dress and a pair of earrings with the Birthday money RTR gave me. I was going to an opera with my fiancee and friends, and I felt very fancy in this dress. I loved the color and the POCKETS! The waist wasn't snug on my rib cage (which is sometimes a problem for me because I have a short waist) and I felt very comfortable in it. No issues with the sequins rubbing/chafing in the arm pit area. I could wear a regular bra with it and my girls fit in there just fine. I thought the length was great, didn't feel like it was too long or too short (I'm about 5'5"/5'6"). No complaints about this special rental!

I ordered the 4 and 6 knowing that I would probably need the 6. I generally need the hip/butt room if a dress is form fitting. The fabric was luscious and thick. I wore this to a wedding in June. Delightful color for the occasion and was a breeze to wear. Since it was a tight all over dress, I wore a cardigan over it at the church service and then took it off during the reception. I didn't think the cardigan took away from the dress, so it can be dressed down if you so desire. I was surprised by, and appreciated, the stretch in the fabric. Didn't have any trouble sitting or dancing in it. The 6 was kind of baggy on me up top, but the 4 fit great. I had some reservations about renting a dress with the knot detail in the center...didn't know how that would look on me, but I ended up liking it. I wore a strapless bra with this one which doesn't give my chest a ton of lift, so the v-neck gaped a little when I wasn't standing straight up, but other than that I though it was a lovely rental. I would get this one again.

I loved this dress. It fit great and the fabric was light enough that I felt comfortable in it all night at a July wedding. The size 4 fit me, but I felt like it was a little too tight in the arm holes so, rather than worry about having some fleshy bulges, I wore the 6. The skirt had some body too it, but it wasn't too poofy. I don't normally wear patterns because I feel over powered by them or feel like I lack the styling skillz to know what to pair with it, but I didn't have trouble with this one. I ordered a 4 and 6. I'm usually right in between those 2 sizes, but I didn't even try on the 6 because the 4 fit perfectly. So, for that reason, I say the fit runs large. The high neck kept me feeling conservative during the wedding ceremony, but it was still fun and classy for the reception at an art gallery. The fabric wasn't too heavy, the sparkle was just right, and I love me some pockets. The skirt had the right amount of structure/poof that I didn't feel like my hips were gigantic. The arm holes weren't too tight either. I got a lot of compliments on this dress. Since it was a springtime wedding I chose to wear white and gold jewelry and shoes. I felt like silver was too dark against the fabric.

This was the dress I originally ordered for a LBD bachelorette party. I am usually between a 4 and a 6, but after reading reviews I decided to go with a 6 and 8 because it seemed like the dress ran small. Shortly before shipment, RTR contacted me and said the 6 was no longer available for my dates and offered to send me the 8, as well as a different dress with 2 sizes. I ended up going with the 2nd dress, but I was glad I still got to try this one on. The 8 did fit, so I'm glad I ordered up. It wasn't skin tight, which I appreciated, but it didn't fit my upper body quite right because the zipper bumped out. That is due to my height, not a design flaw. But it was flattering and felt easy to wear. The waist tapered in at a lower point, making my short torso appear longer. The beading across the shoulders was very lovely and not tight; forgiving for a gal with broad shoulders. I am on the shorter side and the dress hit below my knees, which isn't the best spot for me, but the right heels would have elongated me enough. I would order this dress again and I would get the 6 and 8. I know the 8 would work, but I would be interested to see how much shorter the 6 is in length and if the zipper would still bump out.

Unfortunately, I don't have a photo of this one to upload, but the dress fit like a glove and was so comfortable all night. I didn't have to fuss with it at all. I ordered the 42 and 44 and ended wearing the 42. I have broad shoulders, a short waist, small chest, and I am kind of in between sizes - it's a toss up if a 4 or a 6 will fit. The dress in the 44 just lightly skimmed my waist and was a little baggy around the arm holes. The 42 fit my waist just right and the arm holes weren't gaping. However, if I had a large chest, I would have gone with the 6, as it didn't have much stretch. I thought the fabric was great, thick and very well constructed, the shine was subtle but added interest. I will say it was a little heavy for a warm/humid evening, so maybe more appropriate for a winter or fall event. The zipper had a nice larger pull-tab on it so I didn't feel like I would snap it off when I pulled it up. I loved it. Got lots of compliments. Pockets came in handy too! I wore a sparkly necklace, a couple of sparkly cocktail rings, and black Mary-Jane heels.

This was my first RTR. I was pretty nervous to try this because I feel like my body type is difficult to fit. I don't feel like I belong to any of the body types - straight and narrow, athletic, curvy, apple, pear, etc., but I know "generally" what styles work for me and I "generally" what problem areas I need to look out for. So after reading LOTS of reviews I landed on this dress and was completely pleased with my rental. I picked this dress mainly for the pockets (seriously, every dress should have pockets) and also because the style didn't seem fussy. It looked like it would be forgiving and I didn't want to stress about having it fit just perfectly. And it didn't fit perfectly. I ordered a 4 and 6. I can't say if I'm usually more of a 4 or more of a 6. I could literally flip a coin to determine my size. The 4 fit my upper body great, but I felt like the band was a little tight around my waist. The 4 also hit me a little higher in the waist than I think is most attractive on me and accentuated my short waist. The 6 was bigger up top, but sat a little lower on my waist and I found that look more flattering. The 6 still felt snug around my waist, but I appreciated the overall silhouette more than the 4. The fabric on top was kind of stretchy so it would work for a larger bust. My chest kind of swam in it, but I didn't think it looked awkward. The scoop back was a little lower on me (since the top was a little loose) so I used the sticky, chicken cutlet bra. The skirt was a delicious fabric. It was thick and rich, and I loved how full it was. And the POCKETS were as fantastic as I knew they would be. I felt fancy and lovely! I would rent this dress again and I would get the 6 again.
