The most perfect leather jacket - size up
Buying it. I'm a 00 on top (32A) and the XS fits great. It is a gorgeous teal color and beautifully soft leather. I wear it whenever possible. A total dream.

Very small and cropped, not like model photo
This was pretty tight around my hips (I wear size 2 pants and got the XS) and veered into wedgy territory. The legs are way more cropped than they look in the model photo, but the sleeves are normal length so it doesn't really work for tall or short people. I might try a S at some point to see if the extra room makes the pants fit a little better. A shame since the fabric is so comfy.

Perfect sweater dress, size up
I'm a 00 on top and a 2 on the bottom and I love this dress. The bottom is stretchier than the top, so use that to guide your sizing. This is my second time renting it and keeping it for an extended time. It is so warm and cozy and super flattering and not itchy. Please make this cheaper so I can buy it.

I'm usually an XXS and this worked for me, so if you're between sizes, size up. Colors weren't what I expected -- bright yellow and orange on gray. It was a little bolder than I thought it would be. It looked great under a black blazer with jeans.

Gorgeous
I'm a 00 on top and 2 on the bottom so dresses in this cut are usually not possible for me, but this was amazing. It was a touch tight on the hips and a touch big on top, which was fine. The embroidery is beautiful. The sleeves are on the long side and zip closed at the wrist, so you can't tuck the sleeves under or the zipper will make a big lump. This dress is strictly for long-armed women only.

This shirt is a lot, but in a good way. It had a bleach spot on the back but I wore it anyway. It does not look good under a blazer - too busy. Guaranteed compliments. I agree that it runs small. I am a 00 and the 0 fit great.

Easy to look put together with this.
I thought that since it had a tie waist it would be adjustable, but it is not. There is a snap that holds it together. As a result, it was a little big for me (I am a 00 and got the 0), but it still looked nice and put together. I ended up wearing this a bunch of times.

Wow this is tiny!
Trust the European sizes, not the American ones. I am a true 00 so I figured the 32 would be perfect. Right? Wrong! This felt like a straightjacket, the shoulders were so tight. I didn't even wear it once. Also, this has major, 80s style shoulder pads. Even if it did fit, I don't think it would have been my style. Size up 2 sizes, unless you're petite (this would be great for petites).

New favorite blazer
I love that I can throw this on over jeans and a black knit top and look professional enough to meet with clients. I wore this basically every day for a week (so all my clients saw me in it once, and it was time to swap it out for a different blazer). This jacket runs small -- I'm a 00 in a lot of sizes and have narrow shoulders and the 0 fit me perfectly. It hangs really nicely unhooked (it has invisible hook closures). Also, it's pretty warm -- if you rent this when it's warm out (or for wearing someplace that's heated well) you will definitely want to take this off.

Stylish and professional
I am a 00 on top and have narrow shoulders, and I'm a 2 on the bottom (26 jean size) and the XS fit me beautifully. I would recommend sizing up, and if you're different sizes on top and bottom, you're in luck, because it stretches really nicely and it's thick enough not to show any undergarment lines. I will probably rent this again.

This sweater is so cool
I kept this for months. It was great for my many zoom meetings and even looks good under a blazer. I am normally a 00 and this sweater totally worked for me because it is made on the smaller side but has an incredible amount of horizontal stretch. If you're between sizes, I would say that either is probably fine. It's not particularly soft or cozy but I felt super confident in it so it was fine. If it weren't so expensive, I would have bought this.

Huge satchel
This bag is giant. I sent it back pretty quick because it was so much more room than I needed, and I carry a lot of stuff. It doesn't look good if it isn't pretty full, because the leather is soft so it looks a little floppy. The color is great and so cheerful. I'll get it again if I need a bag this big.

Super preppy and clean cut
This blazer is well-made and arrived in excellent condition. I found that it runs bigger than J Crew typically does in the bust -- if there were a 000, that would have been the right size for me (I'm a 32A). The shoulder fit normally. The plaid includes black, brown, and a little red on cream. I looked preppier than I thought I would and didn't love it.

Love this
I normally can't pull off big, boxy cuts because they overwhelm my small frame (I'm a 00 on top and have narrow shoulders), but the fact that you can cinch the waist made this look much more stylish. It's a beautiful coat and I love wearing it. If you are small like me, this coat is a good choice. I also really liked the length -- I prefer a coat that comes down to my knees and keeps my legs warm. The fact that it doesn't have a lining is bizarre, especially for a luxury item. For this reason, I didn't consider buying it.

I thought I would like this more than I did
It's *a lot* in person, more than I thought it would be. It made it kind of hard to wear multiple times. Also it's not very warm because it's cotton. This is more for fall than winter. I'm a 00 on top and it fit great, but has a lot of stretch to it so I'm sure it would work for a size 0 or 2 as well. Fun for a rental, but I wouldn't buy it.

Cute bag, smaller than it seems
I would have loved this if my wallet could fit in it, but the bag wasn't quite wide enough. If you have a bifold wallet it should be fine, as long as it's not too thick. Otherwise it's a nice bag -- a divider, two slip pockets, and an exterior pocket, so easy to stay organized. Doesn't go with a lot of things, but looks great with a camel coat.

This is a cute, stiff bag.
This bag is pretty stiff, so it doesn't hold as much as it would if it were softer. I could put my wallet and keys in the main pouch and the phone in my back pocket, and that was it. I had a hard time getting my wallet in and out. Overall, not really useful. Looks cute, though.

This would have been perfect if it weren't itchy
Augh the itchiness! I am not particularly sensitive to itchy wool, but after wearing this for several hours I couldn't wait to get out of it. And it itched around places where a tank top wouldn't help, like the collar and armpits (although by the end of the day my back and sides were itchy, so maybe a tank would have still been worth it). The other thing that surprised me is how little this stretches. It just doesn't. Put your deoderant on before you put this dress on because there's no way you're getting your deoderant in there once you're wearing it. It runs small on top -- I'm a 00 on top (narrow shoulders, 32A) and 2 on the bottom (36 inch hip) and it fit great -- in fact, I wouldn't have minded a tiny bit more room given the lack of stretch. Also, this is not very forgiving of tummies. The wool is thick and will mask small bumps, though, and it's wonderfully warm.

Color is interesting but still subtle
Agree with other reviewers that say it's a stiff leather and true to size. And for whatever reason, RTR removes the belt and packs it separately in a small pouch. The color is a very dark green, but still clearly green. My husband thought that was pretty cool. I didn't end up wearing it because the weather didn't cooperate.

Tight in the hips
The colors aren't really clear online, so here it is: the dark color is a dark, grayish teal, and then there's a soft chartreuse and pink. It sounds bright but it's not -- it's very muted and subtle. This has a boxy cut that is loose at the waist and snug at the hip. Since I'm larger on the bottom, the hip was a little tight on me. The v neck is pretty low. Overall it's a nice coat but I just didn't love it.

Best bag I've rented from RTR
I am sad to send this bag back -- it is great. The straw part is actually a very soft yarn, so it's not scratchy and doesn't catch on anything. The color went great with all my warm weather attire, and the strap can be adjusted to be either a shoulder strap or a cross body. The bag is roomy and has a nice balance of softness and structure -- it holds its shape but makes it easy for you to stuff something in or fish something out. There are two outer snap pockets and an inside zipper pocket and slip pocket. I used this as my Hawaii travel bag and was able to fit my wallet, sunglasses case, phone, sunscreens, lipsticks and compact, tissues, hand lotion, and cell phone charger without overstuffing it.

Ruffles all the way to the ground
I'm usually a 00 on top (32 inch bust, narrow shoulders) and a 2 on the bottom (36 inch hip). This fit me well on top and I was able to wear it without a bra -- I even had trouble zipping it up. It is strapless bra friendly, if you want that. On the bottom, the top ruffle rode up a little on the back because the dress wasn't quite wide enough to accommodate my hips. This dress is not forgiving in terms of fit, and I recommend sizing down. This is best for natural houurglass figures -- if you are different sizes on top and bottom you may have a hard time. This dress is also one of the few dresses that really works with flats -- I was able to wear it to a luau on the beach with flat sandals and still look really stylish.

I originally got this for my Harley Quinn Halloween costume, but ended up wearing it almost daily.
I was really sad to send this back. I wore it every time I went out. It felt great on. The leather is lovely. The high quantity of hardware on this jacket makes it look pretty edgy, but the navy blue softens it slightly so it's not overwhelming. I felt really confident walking around in this. I'm typically a 00 in tops and I have narrow shoulders and a 31 inch bust. Since this fit me well, I'm going to say it runs a touch small. I will definitely rent this again when it gets warm enough. Oh also, this has a ton of little pockets. There's even one on the right sleeve!

Lovely bag for every day
This bag is really cute. The front buckle was kind of scuffed, but it wasn't really noticeable since the bag is so bright. The fact that you can switch out the striped strap for a red strap really increases this bag's versatility. I wore it sometimes with the striped strap and the scarf, and sometimes without. I generally don't like bags that are totally open on top -- I live in NYC and walk around a lot, so I'm concerned with things like pickpockets and rain, which this bag doesn't protect against at all. It's a cute bag, but for these reasons I wouldn't want to keep it. This bag was big enough to hold an umbrella, my wallet, phone, and other miscellaneous items.

As is typical with Marchesa, it's big on top. Also the back has stretch, so definitely size down because the area around the rib cage is very forgiving. I was going to pair it with a crinoline, but the lining made this impossible. The straps are adjustable. This is a cute dress, but it was too big for me. That's not surprising -- I'm normally a 00.

I wanted to love this dress...
This dress has a very odd fit. The shoulders are very wide and the waist is high -- around the rib cage. The armholes are really deep, which makes the arms huge, and the sides have almost a batwing type thing going on. In a cotton fabric, that whole thing doesn't drape well. Also, even though it has a ton of fabric on the sides, the chest is cut weirdly flat -- I tried putting on a more padded bra to use up some of the extra fabric, and it just made the buttons pull -- and I'm a 32A. This dress will be best on you if you have athletic shoulders, a smaller chest, are average height or taller, and either have a short torso, an undefined waist, or a stomach or baby bump you want to hide. If you are not all of these things, this will be unflattering. The waist is fully elasticized, so size down. Unbelievable that this was $700. The print is lovely and the contrast collar and cuffs are cute, but you're really counting on those things to distract from the fact that the cut is terrible. On an impulse I rented the Zac Posen Apple Earthette handbag, and it totally made the look.
