Loved this coat so much. Almost bought it. Could go with so many different colors. And great for a transitional jacket because it’s got a blend of fall and spring colors in the plaid pattern. It also wasn’t too heavy. 

Perfect fall coat - some pinks and greens in the stripes. Went well with both dressed up and more casual outfits. I am usually a size 6-8 and the 8 felt great. The 6 may have been too small to fit any type of sweater under it. 

Arms were a little tight but other than that fit true to size. Great colors and pattern. I got tons and tons of complements! 

Love the colors and look, I just wish it was a touch more form fitting. Definitely a looser looks, good for over a sweater. It's not super warm, nice as a layering jacket 

Fits well! Room for thick clothes underneath. Pits together outfit nicely 

I normally wear 4-6 but rented 2 and it was perfect. Lots of compliments and it transitioned well between work and after work.  Prim but coolish. 

I loved the color in this plaid: mustard yellow, dark green, and pink. I'm 5'2 and length was below the knee. Jacket was thinner than I expected but still warm, would not suggest for a below 30 degree day though. Runs true to JCrew sizing. Knocked a star off in the review bc I did not like how it looked buttoned up. It shows every roll and lump due to the thinness of the jacket. Also the very top button is for show and not use so you have a button right on each nipple :-/

Always been a big fan of JCrew. This coat was super cute, nice pattern and colors. I'm usually a size 2 or 4 in JCrew and got this in a 4, it was just a tad big, I could have sizes down. Great for the fall-ish weather, not super thick and warm, as soon as it hits 30/40 degrees, I'd say you need something a bit warmer. 

This coat was fantastic!! It was perfect for fall, beautifully made, and looked great with casual and dressy styles. I almost kept it longer, but I need something with a bit more room for the thicker sweaters I'm about to need. I'll definitely rent this one again once the weather warms up again.

This coat is great, and it is a lovely accent piece. Only downside is the colors are a bit spring-y. 

No pockets so must wear gloves if out and about on chilly days.

If you're on the fence about renting this coat - do it!! Wouldn't be the best for super cold weather, but it was the perfect top layer for those winter to spring transitional days in the Midwest. The colors are so gorgeous in person. I got compliments every time I wore it, which was a lot!

Having a hard time returning this one. It's great for work, but it also elevates weekend athleisure so I feel more polished running errands. 

Lovely jacket. Well made and true to J Crew standards. Loved the length and colors of the print. I am usually a size 2 in J Crew coats and found this one to be a little tight in the upper back and shoulders but didn't detract from the look. I plan to reorder in a 4 and if it fits better, may buy. 

This coat looked great on me, and the plaid colors were so happy-looking. Layered with sweaters underneath for colder days. Would recommend.

Amazing coat for every day use! Perfect for a 40-50 degree day. Probably not warm enough for a colder day. Great fit - love this coat and would love to rent again!

This jacket runs small. I typically wear a L but should’ve sized up to XL for layering purposes. 

The colors aren't really clear online, so here it is: the dark color is a dark, grayish teal, and then there's a soft chartreuse and pink. It sounds bright but it's not -- it's very muted and subtle.

This has a boxy cut that is loose at the waist and snug at the hip. Since I'm larger on the bottom, the hip was a little tight on me. The v neck is pretty low.

Overall it's a nice coat but I just didn't love it.

I thought this coat was nice and was close to keeping it! The colors make it work for spring as well as fall and make it a bit happier than the usual beige. However, it felt too tight in the shoulders and arms for layering, and I decided to send it back in the end. Nothing wrong with the quality though, structured and warm. Size up if you have broad shoulders, thicker arms, or want room for a sweater imo. This is NOT an oversized look, just boxy.

This is the second time renting this coat. The first time I rented it, I chose a size 4 and it was fine. This time, the 4 & 6 were too small. The 8 fit, but only ok, However, I ended up waisting a space renting it 3 times. Weird. 

Wanted to keep it! A nice, warm, flattering wool coat. Easy to dress up or down. 

This coat was great for a week in early fall! The colors and cut are professional yet fun. The cut was tailored and forgiving on me at 7 months pregnant. The quality is nice and it was easy to wear for work or play.

Runs big so you can wear a few layers or even a sweatshirt under it 

Way, way too big. I am 33 inches around the bust and this coat was cartoonishly huge. The print and construction were fine but the sizing was crazy. Would not rent again unless I could get it 2-3 sizes smaller.
