Loved the lines of this shirt dress, but very gappy first couple buttons and needed to pin it to lay flat. This even though the dress wasn't even snug.

I had to return the 2 for a 0. I need to consistently size down with Trina Turk dresses. The dress is beautifully seamed creating nice lines to counter the relative shapelessness of a mere shift. Nice thick fabric and always a favorite thing of mine, pockets!

As with many of Trina Turk's pieces, it ran large for me. I am almost always a 2, but consistently wear a 0 in her dresses. Stretchier than I expected - I thought there'd be more structure.

Tight in the bust and sleeves, but I rented a 0 since the 2 was unavailable, and I definitely would have felt better in a 2. But I love the dress, especially the tweed and pattern, nice for a chill spring day.
