Very versatile!
Super cute, very comfy. Totally work appropriate but once I threw on a leather jacket, ankle boots, and better earrings was set to go out for drinks with girlfriends. The pockets make this a slam dunk. Will be renting again...might need to buy it!

Comfy and Perfectly Long
This was just what I wanted. Fluttery elbow sleeve, a modest neckline, and went to the floor without dragging. I'm 5'3" so if you're shorter try a low heel (I wore it with white sneakers because the length covered my casual shoe) Styled with a long tassel necklace and little gold studs I was comfy and felt great on a day that went from 67°-86°. I usually size up in Maxi dresses because I prefer them to be loose on the caboose lol. I am a 16, the 18 was just the right amount of loose, 2 sizes up would have been too much.

Fits great, wears well
Fabric: Great. It's this sort of thick nicely draping raw silky polyester Fit: On point. I sized up because I wanted it to be loose but it's actually a bit big on me, could have stuck with the 16. I wasn't sure about the high low but with a chunky neutral sandal that has a bit of heel it works. If you're tall this might seem short on the front. I'm 5'3 and the front hits my kneecap. The keyhole details are sometimes too revealing for my Corp banking job but this one stays closed. I will be renting this one again for sure!

Absurdly Small
I got the XLR thinking it would be a comfy alternative to jeans to wear to a Yankees game. When I held it up I had to double check the tag. It was so small! I didn't even try it on. The waist has almost no stretch and would definitely not fit. The XLR is comparable to a fitted size 8, maybe a 10...maybe. I ended up wearing jeans after all :(

It's both too big and too small
If you're a busty woman, you're fine. If you have hips, you're fine. However, if you have any sort of bicep, the arms this dress will trap you in it *just* at that spot. The zero stretch means you can't do much of anything to help yourself. Be sure to have a partner or roommate on hand to assist.

So good except the sleeves
I wanted this dress to work so badly! The fabric is great, the print is super nice but the sleeves just didn't fit. I workout a lot and have muscular arms but don't normally have issues with sleeves. These wouldn't even pull on. If you have smaller biceps they shouldn't be and issue. Rent this and enjoy! I'm super jealous lol

A lot more of a statement than it looks in the photo
The photo doesn't really do justice to what a statement dress this is. The sleeves are far more puffy than they seem and the texture of the eyelet is far more pronounced. The lining is quite thin and in mind was a bit pilled giving it the traction to creep up inside the dress.

Great for Hourglass
I am all about the tea-maxi length dresses this summer and this one is about perfect. The cut is so nice and the fabric has the appearance of a crisp woven but there's a some stretch in it which makes it so comfortable. The neckline is modest, suiting the Corp dress code I have, and wide so that it's not stifling in today's 86F heat. I styled it for work with a hip length white cardigan and pearls but will be renting again in the fall to wear with a cropped Moto jacket, a statement necklace and some great heels.

Odd fit, best for thin arm, not busty
I purposely ordered this sized up because I wanted it to be loose for work, which it was, except the button at the bust wouldn't do up. I was wearing a minimizer bra as well. The arm bands were also really tight. The rest was fine, loose as I had intended. And the fabric is nice. It's a really pretty dress. If you're a D or up this won't work, even with a minimizer, but give it a try with a back up just in case.

Great Friday Work to Night transition piece
Loved this. Totally work appropriate, comfortable, and kept it's shape. Wore it with all black and a pop of color necklace which took me smoothnessly from work, to dinner, to cocktails. I will be renting this one again.

Nice dress if you have slim hips.
This is a nice dress. Great fabric. I always try for dresses with pockets but this one was unwearable. This dress was loose everywhere except where the pockets caused it to be all bulge-y and bumpy. Likely better for someone with less of an hourglass shape.

I felt fab in this coat.
I rented this coat mostly because I had seen it, coveted it, and wanted to know how it would fit me and work for my lifestyle. I was happy on all front. The collar was high but didn't run my face. The Italian wool was soft to the touch, draped well, and I should have kept it. Maybe if it's on clearance one day.... Loss of one star because they kept the pockets stitched up. I needed those pockets!

Size way up
This dress is awesome. It's cut small but really really well. I'm a solid 16 but as this is Derek Lam I sized up. There was no 18 so I tried the 20. I'm glad I did! The blouson top, the nice waist, the flow of the skirt is all better worn with this 2 size increase. If I had the $ I would 100% buy this. Will be renting again...often.

Perfect for A Busty Woman
I'm more a 14/16 but I sized up based on how another designers dress fit. The 18 was WAY too big. Next time around I'm getting the 14 for a more flattering fit. The best part of this dress is that once I tossed on a cardi everything looked fine. The very full skirt swished at my knees and the lining lay flat against my slip (my grandmas tip: always wear a slip, things drape better with less friction) and I felt springy and light on a drab day. Will 100% be renting this again soon.

The fit of this is so good I almost bought it.
I am definitely going to rent this again a few times when it's warmer. With no stockings and a nude heel I can see this becoming a staple of my wardrobe. I'm a true hourglass and often dresses like this either make me look like I'm hitting the club or they make me look frumpy. The cut and fabric of this combine to hit the perfect middle note, neither clingy nor baggy! Sending it back wasn't easy, this dress 100% brought me joy :)

This runs small but the fabric was nice and the detailing made me wish it fit. As it was I couldn't even get it on. Worth getting your regular size and a back up size because I'm pretty bummed I didn't do that. :)

Liked it so much I bought it!
Rented this expecting it to be a tailored, woven fabric..like a cotton or twill. It's a textured knit! It fits like a dream. Loss of one star for it not being lined. The fabric has a slight Velcro effect on tights. I am wearing silky shorts over my tights, will try a slip next time.

Runs small, buttons are awkward
The arms were narrow, the bust was tight. The little stretch it has was on the bias so it looked warped. The buttons were awkward. I didn't end up wearing this top. Even after trying to style it tucked into a cute skirt and pairing it with a long cardigan I I didn't feel good in it. It might have been better sized up, would prob be cute a size or 2 larger than what you'd normally wear.
