I really liked this dress. It’s a full wrap, so size can be customized around you. I get nervous about full wrap because of the risk of it coming open. These ties are very long and go around a couple of times. I’m very full up top so there was a gap when I sat down, but a couple of safety pins too care of that. Would wear again! It was perfect for a colon cancer awareness banquet!

It’s form fitting so I’m glad I ordered a 12 with a 14 backup size. I could zip the 12 but might not have been able to sit comfortably. Like other reviewers, I agree that it's very form fitting. so as long as you have your shapewear on board, this is very comfortable and flattering. I usually don't wear anything tight, but I was feeling this. It's warm, so be aware of your weather and environmental conditions. Would rent again!

After having a 12 in another dress run too large, I was happy to try on this 10. Wouldn't zip past the ribs. This is excellent quality but the fabric has no stretch. I would try this again a size up, but couldn't wear it to my event.

The 12 was too large for me. The square neckline prevents you from wearing a full-coverage bra. It looked very lovely but it was just too big to wear to the event.

This was SO flattering! I normally take closer to a 14, but with the help of some spanx, was able to get into the 12. I'm 5'8" but definitely needed heels to keep the dress off of the ground. Oh, but it's so light and airy, I felt comfortable even in an outdoor Georgia wedding in August. The high waistline accents a figure I normally don't get to see, and I got to wear my normal minimizer bra with the back straps gathered racer back style. I got SO many compliments. BUT...if you've opted for the tighter fit, beware of that flattering waist once they open the buffet line. That figure-shaping band of fabric it cut to lie right over the epigastric area, which for non-medical people is right below where your ribs join in the front. Once you start eating and drinking, your stomach has NO place to expand, and I got uncomfortable REALLY quickly. Next time I hope the 14 is available so I can stay for cake. ;)

I rented this for my daughter's high school grad party. Very light, very comfortable, very flattering. You can see how sheer it is, so be prepared to wear a cami up top (there's a built in skirt lining). It's also quite low cut. I got the XL since I'm busty, but may have been able to get away with a large and perhaps the neckline wouldn't have plunged so much. Had this been an adult evening event, a push up bra might have been the trick. But since this was day with lots of kids running around, I opted to put a white cami underneath to make it a little more family friendly. Got a lot of compliments, including from the fashion-forward teens! Would rent again!

I LOVED this dress. I didn't take a very good pic in it, but it was very flattering and comfortable sitting in a crowded coliseum and then at a nice restaurant afterwards. It is light, airy, breathable, and whittles out a waistline if you're lacking one. BUT..if you are top-heavy like me, be prepared to safety pin so you don't kill anyone with buttons flying off. The back is ruched elastic so it hugs your curves, but the buttons will gap. I will rent this again, but will also have my safety pins handy.

This was beautiful. The light floral fabric was fluttery and elegant. However, with just a simple elastic waist, if you don't have the hourglass figure, it's doesn't do a whole lot of flattering. It was very comfortable, but was my second choice to wear to the event.

I wasn't impressed with this clutch. It was much smaller than expected: my iPhone didn't even fit into it. If all you are carrying is a lipstick and a couple of cards, it's fine. But don't expect this to be your elegant carryall for the evening. The sequin effect is just a fabric overlay that was a little loose, and the sparkly knob kept coming unscrewed. To be fair, it did look quite nice, but it wasn't worth the hassle of not being able to carry my basic things.

So here's the thing: I'm not sure if I wore the 12L or the 12R. I took them both off the hangers to try on, assuming the tags would indicate which was which: they both just said 12. The gown that seemed longer seemed to be worn less, as the sequins were a rich emerald green. It was also roomier, making me wonder if I should have gone down a size. But when I tried on the other 12, I could barely zip it up, and the sequins were more a teal, presumably from repeat cleanings. Since I'm taller than the average woman, I'm working off of the assumption that the regular had been rented more often. This leaves me to say that I cannot give a true size estimate. What I can tell you is that it's fully lined, so you don't get a lot of scratchy sequined netting on your skin. It has the boning and cups so even these DDs stayed aloft. I got countless complements. Would definitely rent again....if I could figure out what size I actually wore!

This was not my first choice when hunting for the perfect dress for being inducted into a local foundation's top tier society, but I'm glad I chose it! This dress is simple in design, but the details make it elegant with sexy accents, perfect for this black tie-optional dinner. It is surprisingly comfortable. There is a TINY bit of stretch to the fabric, so I may have been able to get away with the 10 because the 12 was a little roomy. And the pictures don't lie: the lining only covers mini-skirt length while the lace and red sequin leaf patterns keep going to the knee to show a lot of leg. If you're planning to wear thigh-highs or Spanx shapers, you'll need a plan B because they will show under the lace! There is soft cup support that may allow for smaller cups to go braless, but my DDs aren't in that category: I just wore a nude bra which blended in under the lace overlay. My only gripe with this dress is that it still smelled heavily of the perfume of the previous renter. Luckily, it was a decent scent. I would definitely rent this dress again for a fall or winter evening party. #leavesandlace #fallelegance
