The color looks different in person.
This fit true to size and I loved the romantic lace look and all the detail. Lovely dress. One caveat, it is definitely not lilac/lavender as it appears in the photo. The color is a straight up powder blue, which wasn't what I was looking for. I received this dress as a replacement backup as my original backup was no longer available. I ended up going with my primary choice anyway. I was relieved to, since despite the romance and elegance of the dress, I didn't love it and didn't love the actual color.

Too big in the bust.
This dress looked interesting and unique in the photos, but looked completely different to me when I pulled it out of the box. It looks black and silver in the photos; in reality the floral embroidery appears pale pink and green. The underskirt is also pale pink. Far too much pastel for my taste. When I tried it on, it was way too big in the bust—definitely not meant for a B-cup! Because my chest was too small for it, it just looked shapeless and large on me. I'd recommend a size down if you're smaller chested.

Elegant and sexy! Favorite RTR rental so far!
This dress is amazing!! I wore it for a black tie wedding and was told by several people that it was the dress of the night. I tend to be a 4-6 in dresses depending on the cut; due to the fitted waist I chose a 6 and it fit like a glove. The slit is extremely high—all the way to the waist—but thankfully came safety-pinned at a more appropriate length. The regular length was perfect for my 5'7" height with 4" heels. Unlike strapless dresses that you have to adjust all night, this was perfect for both the elegance of the ceremony and the fun dancing at the reception—just throw it on and go. I've never received so many compliments on a dress before—I may have to get this one again!
