From the picture, it might be hard to tell this dress is made from sequins. Children do not tend to like sequins scratching the inside of their arms all day. I was able to get my daughter to wear it by putting a long sleeve shirt underneath to prevent the sequins from bothering her. But I probably wouldn't rent a dress with sequins again.

I'm currently 7 months pregnant at 5'3 and 150 pounds and it fit perfect. If I was a few pounds heavier, the clasp in the back wouldn't have closed. But luckily it was just my size. I wore pasties but they weren't really necessary. The bust area was perfect because it never gaped open and never showed more than I'd like. The fabric cupped around my bust nicely.

I rented the medium because I am 7 1/2 months pregnant. I'm 5'3 and currently 150 pounds. Normally I'd be a small. This was my second time renting this blouse. I love the vibrant colors and the tie around the neck. Just be sure and wear a camisole underneath in case the buttons pop open, as mine did (and not because my belly was putting pressure on the buttons, but because they are really loose to begin with.) This is also a great blouse to hide an early baby bump because it's slightly loose and the tie hangs from your neck down to your waist, so it tends to cover up that area nicely.
