Great dress for a work black tie event
The dress for very well and was exactly as described. The length was great for me, with 3 inch heels on it came to just above the floor. Enough length to be appropriate for a black tie event without dragging on the floor and making me feel I could trip. The only con was that the lining was hanging below the lace in some places. ( 1-2 inches) Nothing that some hem tape couldn't fix, but slightly disappointing.

Lovely dress, just not right for my body type
The dress is really pretty. I like the style and the color is gorgeous. I have a fairly small bust and a short torso, so this dress was just not meant for me. No matter how I tried to adjust it, because of my proportions it was bagging out in the front or the back. It did for true to size in the waist and hips. The length was also fine with heels. I wish I could have made it work, but learned the lesson to really pay attention to reviews that say an item is better for a more endowed person!

Nice fabric and cute cut but way too small
This runs quite small. I felt like I was trying to get into a wetsuit because it was so fitted and with the thick and slightly stretchy fabric. I did like the cut but felt like I would need to go up two sizes for it to be comfortable. Not made for anyone with curves.

Beautiful and classic dress for black-tie, and it has pockets!
The dress fit well and was really lovely. I received so many compliments. I did feel that I needed to use dress tape to keep the neckline down. I am somewhat small chested so this would not likely be an issue for more well endowed wearers. Also I may not have felt the need for this if I hadn't been wearing a nu-bra (but couldn't find my standard strapless bra so was stuck, no pun intended, with it) just because I felt things were a little loose at the time. Would definitely rent again!

Very nice dress with classic lines
While I did not wear this dress as it was a backup, it fit nicely and was lovely. The only issue was the zipper being very difficult to get up, even with help. There is a seam across the bottom of the bodice that makes zipping it very hard whether on the body or on the hanger. I definitely could not choose this for an event where I would not have someone to help me get dressed. Nonetheless a lovely dress.

Stunning dress. I felt like Grace Kelly!
Lovely and classic, I chose the 8 rather than the six to have s not more room. There were s few snags in the lace sleeves from wear but nothing so bad that it was noticeable to anyone else. I would consider buying this dress. It got lots of compliments.

Lovely color, nice drape
I did like this shirt a lot. It was a bit large in the top for someone who is petite/short waisted, so I had to wear a camisole under it and felt that it was a bit too loose through the shoulders and neckline. Depending on how I was sitting vs. standing, it also got a bit baggy in the upper back, so I would not want to be in a seat that did not have a back to it. I could not have sized down as the waist just fit - not too tight, but I would not have wanted it to be tighter. It skims over the hips and tummy nicely so if you are worried about these areas, this would be a nice piece to try out. I paired it with black cigarette pants and it looked very nice.

Comfortable and flattering
This was a great summer dress for a graduation party. The color was more of a blush with navy (rather than off white with navy as I thought), which was a nice surprise. I like the faux wrap front and the asymmetrical hem, which cover any of a tummy you might worry about. The length was a bit below the knee on me. Will definitely try more dresses by this designer.

Another adorable Draper James dress.
This dress is so absolutely darling. The only minor complaint that I had was that it was really wrinkled when it arrived, but I am not sure how that could be helped because of the fabric, so be prepared to get the iron out when you rent this one. But it is totally worth it. The defined waist is very flattering, the wrapped skirt is so flirty and cute without being overly huge, and the print is so sweet for summer but not too young. I loved this dress - would have kept it if I could! It came to a few inches above my knee - short enough to be flattering but still work appropriate. I will definitely rent this one again. Just wish I had gotten a picture in it!

Told I looked like I just came from the Royal Wedding
The dress fit perfectly. I was concerned about wrinkles when I first opened the package but they quickly fell out. While the dress wrinkled when I sat or bent over, the wrinkles quickly went away. The dress fell to a few inches above my knee so taller women may want to note this - I am 5'2". While it is quite simple in style, I received so many compliments about this dress being beautiful and the gorgeous color. It was almost embarrassing! :-) I paired the dress with nude heels, a pink clutch, and a pearl statement necklace.

Pretty blue dress
The dress fit fine and is a very pretty bright blue shade. I think that it was probably a bit too long and a bit heavy on my frame so I didn't feel quite like it was the best fit for me. However, I think it has a beautiful design, is very well made, and has a stunning color. Someone taller than me would pull it off much better and not look quite as much like she is being worn by the dress, but rather that she is wearing it. I will definitely try more Milly options in the future because they have very attractive designs.

Classic and lovely dress
Lovely and dramatic neckline with a bit of a body conscious dress. (I did need to put some Spanx on with this one so that I didn't worry about whether I felt that I had a tummy or any bumps at all because it is more fitted through the hips and waist.) It is a beautiful dress with a subtle plaid to it, so it can be worn for work occasions without feeling flashy. I received a number of compliments about how beautiful I looked in it - wish I had gotten a picture but the day was just too busy. It came to just above my knee (I am 5'2") so I felt it was an appropriate length for a work event. The sleeves were also a good length for me - not too long although I am petite.I paired it with a statement pearl necklace because the neckline allowed for it, and nude pumps.

Well made dress, pretty design, just not the right fit for my frame
The fabric is susbstantial but not too heavy, and the design is lovely. I like the shirring across the waist and the fitted style is very attractive. I would have probably put Spanx on had I worn it. I ultimately decided the length, even with the slit, was too long for my petite frame and that the all black, as well as the way that it was constructed across the shoulders just seemed a bit too severe on me. This is completely personal and I think that it would be beautiful on someone a bit taller. I was sad that it did not work out, but it was part if my Unlimited subscription so glad I tried anyway.

Another great DVF dress and RTR rental
This dress fit me perfectly, as DVF wrap dresses do. I love that it has pockets and is really flattering on my short/petite frame. If I were taller, I might have found it to be too short to be work appropriate, but at 5'2" it was fine - just above the knee. I did put a camisole under it because it would have been too low cut for me but I was fine with that. The colors are very attractive, not too flashy to wear to work but still eye catching. It was such a busy day I forgot to get a photo, though!

Another lovely wrap dress from DVF and RTR
I was a little apprehensive about this dress with the different dot patterns, but ended up really liking it once I received it. It is a lighter fabric than some of the other dresses I have rented by DVF (not as structured or heavyweight) so I felt that it was a bit more figure-conscious than those. This is not a complaint, just an observation. It also has the same lower cut front as many of her wrap dresses, so I put a camisole under it, but that was not a problem. This dress hit me just at the knee. (I am 5'2" in case that is helpful to others.) The arms were a fine length for me.

Such a flattering and comfortable dress - work to dinner appropriate.
I got to wear this dress a couple of times with my Unlimited subscription, and was sad to have to send it back. It is so comfortable with the stretch in the material. I am glad that I got it in a medium rather than a small, as I think that the small might have felt a little too fitted on me. The medium was perfect and skimmed over curves nicely without feeling too tight. The length was very nice, a couple of inches above the knee so I could wear it to work with a blazer without feeling that it was too short, but could still wear it to dinner and feel that it was pretty. The different hemline gave it some interest. I packed it to take it on vacation and had no issues with wrinkling.

Comfortable and so flattering
This dress fit me perfectly, as do all of the DVF wrap dresses. It is so light and airy, completely lovely and flowy for a vacation dress. I was actually stopped by a couple of strangers who told me that they loved my dress, which never happens! It was a little low cut for my style, but that is usual for these dresses, so I put a camisole underneath it, and it was fine. The hem hit me an inch or so above the knee, so very flattering. It nipped in at the waist, and had a lot of flow, but was not too flared.

Adorable dress!
What a lovely dress! The sizing is perfect, and it is very slimming with the straight cut through the body, accent fabric at the waistline, and the bit of flair below the hips. The lace insets at the bottom hem are beautiful without being overly revealing due to the navy lining underneath. It works well for work or for a dinner out later. Would love to keep this dress if I could!

Cute dress, but runs small
The dress itself is quite cute. The color is as it appears online. However, it runs very small and was too short and tight for my style. Most dresses that appear this short on the model hit me just a couple of inches above the knee, but this one was very high on my thighs and way too short for my comfort level. Also it was very fitted. I could get it zipped, but it was just too tight for me to feel comfortable in it. I should probably have sized up at least two sizes in this one. Again, really cute style, but sizing is quite small. I would try their dresses again in my Unlimited subscription because it seemed well made and the fabric had a nice feel and seemed substantial.

Lovely and eye catching dress
This dress has beautiful details. It is well made, fits true to size, and has gorgeous rich color. I love that it has pockets so I can toss my phone and a couple more necessities in them and not need to carry a purse. The full skirt is flattering, as is the defined waist. It is low cut at the bust so I put a bandeau under it because I would have felt very exposed otherwise. Another great rental from RTR!

Very pretty DVF dress: lovely color and nice fabric
I ended up not wearing this one due to a slight issue that RTR immediately helped me remedy because of their truly amazing customer service. But it fit exactly as described and true to size. DVF dresses tend to fit me about the same across the fit and flare styles. This is such a cute dress. The fabric is a soft and comfortable knit that seems to have nice stretch to it. The blue is beautiful and bright. As I am rather petite, it hit me at a good, right above the knee length and the pretty flare to the skirt was a flattering style. I would recommend it and will likely try it again some time in the future.

Very cute dress but a little snug for my style
The dress itself is adorable. I just wish I had sized up one size. If I had I think it would be perfect. I was probably overly confident not getting a backup size with all the other DVF dresses I have rented and how they have fit. This one is definitely a more fitted style and I should have gotten one size up to be more comfortable with how I like dresses to fit. I would need at least one layer of Spanx to wear this one. The dress is beautifully made and I generally love the cut. The length is quite flattering so I would not change it. If I were going to a date with my husband or a night out with the girls, I may not be so worried about the more fitted cut, but for work I think I need to go more conservative.

Very cute and comfortable dress for spring
This is not my usual style, but I loved it. It fit perfectly through the bust, waist, even torso (which can be a challenge for me as I am a bit short waisted). The length was great - not too short for work, but not too long for a petite person either. My husband really liked the hemline- seemed to think that the higher point at the front gave it a bit of a sexier twist. I tend to wear more A-line dresses, but this was a very nice sheath dress with it skimming my figure without feeling too binding or tight.

Great work dress - very comfortable and flattering
This dress was a perfect fit. It hit just above the knee and fit well through the bust and waist. The flare was just right over the hips to have plenty of flow without being poofy. I got plenty of compliments about it. I liked the weight of the fabric. I do not prefer showing my arms at work so I put a blazer over it, but they were not tight or in any way uncomfortable. Another great rental and lovely dress from Parker and RTR.

Pretty and different black dress
I ended up not wearing this dress because it was a backup, but wanted to leave a quick review. It fits true to size and it is a pretty option for a different black dress. It is interesting, but can be conservative enough for a work event or other event when you should not show up in something too tight or showing much skin. This came to a couple of inches above the knee on me (I am 5'2") so I would probably wear it to a cocktail event, but likely not to my workplace given the norms there. The detail in the overlay is very pretty and has nice workmanship (it seems very well-made and sturdy). I was pleasantly surprised that the waistline came to my natural waist, which is a bit high (I am short-waisted even for a petite person), and that it lays nicely in the top due to this shape. The sleeve length is what I like (3/4 rather than full), as it seems to length an my arms a bit. I would rent this dress again.

Lovely and classic dress
I rented this for a work event that I wanted to wear something different but still classic. This fit the bill. I had a number of people (men and women) approach me to tell me that they loved the "chic," "classic" and "beautiful" dress I was wearing yesterday. I paired it with a trim black blazer because I would not go bare-armed for work and it was a cold day, and the blazer complimented it well. I felt very comfortable and confident in the dress. I am 5'2" and it hit me just below the knee. The asymmetrical hemline, with the slight flare, gave it some interest and I really enjoyed how pretty it was without being flashy (which was right for the occasion).

Adorable dress! Fits perfectly, comfortable and flattering!
This dress is a favorite a month those I have rented. It is comfortable, flattering, and so cute. I don't typically wear dresses like this to work, but it still feels professional enough for me to get away with it while being very pretty. I have gotten so many compliments on it today! It hits me just above the knee (I am 5'2" so this is a flattering length on my frame). The sleeve length is exactly what I prefer, and the wrap style is very slimming. I would buy this dress if I could! I did put a camisole under it because I would have been way too exposed on top without the camisole, but this is not anything that caused me a bother. It looks perfect like this! Another great rental from RTR.

I never wear "large" earrings with any substantial weight to them so I was concerned that my ears might be sore from the weight by the end of the evening. No worries here - these are surprisingly lightweight without feeling or looking cheaply made. They are beautiful and finish an outfit well.

Gorgeous dress - I wish I could buy this one!
This dress was perfect for me. Just the right length (slightly above the knee, so it was flattering while not being inappropriately short), the wrap style gave me a waist without the bottom being overly flared and too "hippy." The dress was very slimming and attractive. I did add a camisole because it was a work event and I would have felt too exposed otherwise. The open-work sleeves were just right to keep me from being too cold without the dress being overly heavy or hot. I would buy this dress if I could, and will definitely consider renting it again. (It was busy a busy night I did not get a photo myself, so I am hoping i can find one that someone else took to update this review.)

Lovely dress - not ideal for someone petite, but still received a lot of compliments
This dress is really beautiful. The details are stunning. I did not expect it to have the occasional sequins here and there, but they were not over the top. The dress was much longer than what I would usually wear, but it is really made for someone much taller than me (5'2"). I did receive a lot of compliments on the dress nonetheless. I found that it was a bit long in the torso so I was more comfortable putting a shrug on to be a bit more modest as I was worried that the shoulders could slip off. I felt it needed a strapless bra because I did not have anything with clear straps and with the mesh at the shoulders and sleeves I did not want even nude bra straps showing through. The dress is very fitted, but slimming in how it is cut. This was not the dress I initially planned to wear but I had an issue with my first choice, so I went with this one. Enjoyed getting to wear a Marchesa Notte and will probably try renting another after a positive rental experience with this one.

Great dress for work dinner with cocktail theme (with a camisole underneath)
The dress fit beautifully and I loved the full skirt. The only concern was the deep neckline, which I solved with a black camisole underneath it, otherwise I would have been way too uncomfortable in the company to wear it especially as I am smaller chested. The fitted waist was flattering as was the full skirt (which would be great for dancing).

Great dress - would love to own this one!
This fit perfectly and was ideal for a work event that I needed a casual but not overly casual outfit. It was lovely but not too dressy and pairing it with a cardigan kept the morning chill in the air away and gave it the right casual look. The amount of flair in the skirt was just right to give it shape but not be too much.

Lovely dress but not made for those with shorter torsos
I loved the sleeves and the fact that this dress fit me through the lower body nicely in the size 4 (I usually wear a 6). I can't say enough about how pretty the sleeves are. I was disappointed that I just could not wear the dress because it is made for someone with a longer torso than mine. Even in the smaller size, it was simply too long/tall from the shoulders to the waist, and it felt like it would fall off my shoulders and that it bunched up vertically above my waist. The fabric is substantial and feels rich. The color is gorgeous. It is a bit shorter than dresses I usually wear, but had I been in a position to have the shoulders taken in I would have loved to wear it because I felt quite pretty in the dress even with the shorter hemline.

Great dress, very comfortable for an early summer wedding
I agree with other reviewers that this dress runs a bit small, as I usually wear a 6 (occasionally a 4, depending on designer) but ordered the 8 because the 6 was unavailable and saw reviews noting that it seemed small to others. I am glad I did because the 8 fit perfectly. I would not have wanted it to be any shorter in the front or I would have felt like I was showing too much leg above the knee - loved the mid calf length in the back. The colors are beautiful. I paired it with an elbow sleeve bolero and it looked very cute. It was such a busy day that I failed to get a photo, though.
