I wore this to a conference and it was effortless. I'm generally a solid size 6 in most dresses and this was no exception, the fit was perfect. The dress was professional without being stuffy.

Simple dress that I wore to work. Was comfortable and a good petite friendly length. Not terribly flattering around the belly, but it’s okay overall. 

I’m planning to wear this for Thanksgiving and am considering buying it when it next goes on sale! Excellent for apple shapes. I also run hot, so it’s perfect for me. I’ll start with a light bolero or something on too, but I usually take it off almost immediately. Because of my cool, fair coloring, navy is my go-to color (black washes me out). I think navy is under appreciated compared to black, so it’s definitely harder to find classic dresses like this (fewer options available). RTR, please add more classic navy options like this!

I loved the look of this dress in the photo and on the hanger but the fit did not work for my pear shaped body type. Even with spanx, it was super unflattering on my lower half. I didn’t wear it. For the right body type it’s a 5 star dress.

Highly recommend for work! I was worried it would be too heavy in the summer heat, but it wasn’t a problem. 

My size was not available so I rented the size larger (14) and I had to pin in to wear it.  But I re-ordered again in a 12 and ended up it.  It’s a great dress for warm weather, doesn’t wrinkle and isn’t too deep cut in the front.  Highly recommend!

Well made dress - love the brand. 
The fit was snug from my butt to my tummy which I felt over accentuated them in a negative way. There was extra fabric and bunching in my torso. 

I'm usually in between a XS-S 2-4 and I got a 2 and it's still huge not form fitting just loose. 

Great dress for work! Very comfortable, stretchy material and I received a ton of compliments! 

The dress is well-made and fit nicely. It is very work appropriate and uber conservative. 

Lightweight dress that is more suitable for summer / early fall. I layered with a long sleeved T shirt but didn't love the look. Would rent again for summer. 

Very pretty dress. Thought it would feel a little stretchier and  tighter on some areas like a bondage dress like in the chest and stomach but very pretty

I wore this dress to a real estate closing.  Colorado is a pretty casual state so I felt a tad over dressed but I put a cardigan on to dress it down a bit. It fit perfectly and was not too low cut so no need for a camisole underneath. 

This fit was great! I'm typically between a 0 and 2 and the 0 in this dress was perfect for me. Very flattering shape and very thick material. Super well made!

I am wearing a size 2 but probably could have gotten away with a 0. Not too form fitting like another shoshanna dress I tried on. Cute with blazer

Very comfortable and flattering. Perfect for work where you look professional and can survive the heat and humidity.  

Great work option. Not too tight or short, great flounce and neckline. Expensive fabric and nice color. 

Wore this to client meetings today and it was perfect. The fabric is elegant. I felt great in it. 

I rented this for work. The style is cute and sporty but still professional. Dress arrived new with tags, which is always fun!

The material is thick and stretchy but not very tight or binding
