This dress is so cute and well made, and I love to look at it. Unfortunately it hits very high on the waist and is also wide and bulky at that seam. I am very narrow in the waist and rib cage and this dress still made me look wide. I was able to wear it with a narrow belt, which helped. The slip that comes with it fits a lot smaller than the actual dress, so some people might have issues with that. I'd suggest to size down, but the slip runs true to size to slightly small. Overall, an adorable dress, but I think the fit will be challenging on most bodies.

This dress was so much fun that I tried to make it work. Unfortunately on my narrow frame (I have narrow shoulders and a narrow ribcage), it just didn't have the right fit. I think had one size smaller been available, it would've been great. If you fit this dress, it is quite lovely and I would imagine flattering on a lot of bodies. The fabric has a nice weight to it and holds it's shape well - might get warm depending on the weather and the event, but this isn't the type of dress that would show that you're a bit dewy, haha.

Fun dress but with a couple of issues. The fabric is not very breathable, so this summer pattern is not at all comfortable to wear in the heat of Houston. Plus, it would seem the last wearer also found it to be hot, as it showed up with a bit of an odor... Also, on my narrow frame, the pattern was a tad overwhelming because there is so much skirt and flouncy sleeve to this dress. The wrap tied high on my long torso, and the neckline is quite low. Not all dealbreakers, but combined, the dress was quite a bit more challenging to wear than I like a warm-weather wrap maxi to be.

This dress is a fun option for a summer event where you want a bit more tailoring. For me, the neckline was a bit low for the office and the style of buttons also made it a bit too casual for my work environment. I didn't end up wearing this dress because it was cut short for my relatively long torso. I did find this to be mostly true to size for a 0, if a bit smaller than some other RTR 0s. I find a lot of RTR 0s a bit too big for me, but this dress fit me fine except for the too short torso.

Jumpsuits and rompers are always tricky for a long torso. I am pretty consistently a size 0 in most RTR brands, so I ordered that in this jumpsuit. The bodice fit well (I am pretty narrow up top in the bust and shoulder) and the hem length was good. However, I have a long torso so this pulled at the crotch and was big around the waist. There was no way to adjust this to look okay or be comfortable enough to wear. If you don't have a super long torso like I do, this could be pretty cute. The leg openings I think would probably look best with heels, otherwise they hang a tad strange (could perhaps look better with a bit of pressing). Can be dressed up or down. Nice drape to the fabric and lining helps add to that.

I wanted this dress to work, first ordering it in a 38 (too big), and then in a 36 (better, but still too boxy for my shape.) This dress is sharp, but it is a bit boxy without enough definition at the waist. Plus, without the belt, it is more of a challenge to get it fitted though the waist, and my wider belts at home didn't quite do the trick (RTR, PLEASE make sure the belt is included with this! It's important for the overall fit and look!). I have narrow shoulders, so the shoulders on this were just a tad wide looking. I also wasn't sure I loved the neck all the way buttoned up on a sleeveless dress - a bit hard depending on the weather. Overall the dress is beautifully made, and I recommend it, particularly for those that have Unlimited subscriptions and can give it a shot without as much consequence if it doesn't suit.

Super flattering fit and flare dress. Quality fabric with great body. I have a narrow ribcage and relatively small bust, so I found this dress to run true to size or slightly small relative to my normal RTR size. I also fit into the 0 fine, but the 2 was a tad comfier initially, though the 0 had no slippage (the 2 got a tiny bit loose throughout the evening). This dress could work for a dressy day or night party depending on styling. I wore it with a hat for a Derby party. Great dress, will definitely rent again.

I loved the pattern on this dress, but the fit just wasn't quite right. The neckline is pretty low, and since it's a scoop, be careful about bra choice - it is flattering though. Super dress. I love the Clover Canyon dresses. I wore the small and could've gone XS. I have another CC dress that works better on me in a small, so that's something to consider. The colors on this dress are great, and the pattern is fun and unique - I got numerous compliments. The fit is also very flattering, size normal or down depending on how much sex appeal you are looking for - the scuba material smooths over everything, though it can ride up a little bit. I rented this for a bachelorette party only to find everyone else had bought fairly causal day dresses for the night out. I paired this with dressy sandals and a crossbody bag, and it dressed it down perfectly. I have narrow shoulders, so the shoulders on this dress were little bit big, but it actually was quite flattering, giving the illusion of a little more defined shoulder. I could see this being a bit snug on someone with broader shoulders or bigger arms though. Will definitely rent this again.

I loved this dress even though the fit wasn't quite perfect on me. I have a pretty long torso, so the zipper in the back poked out a bit where the curve of the butt would be on a slightly more normal length torso. However, it is somewhat stretchy and was workable. I am usually a 0-2 in a lot of the RTR brands, and this one I got in a 4 and wouldn't have wanted to go smaller. I am slightly smaller up top, and this fit great there and a tiny bit snug on the bottom. The cut of the bottom part of the dress can lead to a bit of awkward pulling, but I found it stretched a bit after wearing and conformed some to my shape. It's a great dress that I would happily own, although I might get it in a 6 and have the top tailored to fit smaller if I were to purchase. I found the cut of the top to be quite flattering, but you will be showing off your arms and shoulders. My shoulders are a smidge narrow but pretty fit, as are my arms, so I loved it. I am also not very busty, so I didn't have a problem with any armpit smoosh showing (might be an issue if you're busty). I wore it with a strapless bra, no problem. The dress is nicely lined with some stretch, so in the correct size, it is not clingy, just form fitting.

I got this as an unlimited rental and ended up not wearing this dress because it was just a bit too large to be flattering. I am usually a 2 (5'7", 125, 32C, slightly pear shaped), and this was too big. The fabric is stretchy, so I think err on the side of sizing down. The pattern is neat and different, and I will order it again in a 0 and see how I like it. The dress is lined and not clingy, and the pattern should keep the eye moving around and away from flaws I would think. Can easily wear a bra with this, and I think it could suit a variety of functions depending on styling. It's not overly dressy fabric and lends itself more towards daytime though.

I wore this dress for New Years and really liked it. I would say it veers a bit towards figure skater, but definitely fun for the right occasion. I wore the XS easily, though I think the S could've worked had I been trying to make it a bit more conservative. This is a very cute everyday jacket. It is dressy enough you could wear it the office depending on your office environment. I really liked this dress and wore it twice while having it as an unlimited item. It is something I would happily own. I am 5'7", and it was definitely on the short side. I thought it was perfectly appropriate for most going out/party occasions because it is still pretty covered up everywhere else. However, this is not something I'd wear to a more Conservative party if you aren't pretty short. I would say the fit was very slightly small, so I would order a size larger than usual as backup. The dress is definitely a bit on the heavier side, so despite being short and appearing in photos like it might be lighter weight, the overlay is actually pretty substantial. Not a summer dress.

I got a 2L and a 4L in this dress. I would've work the 2L, but the hem was very uneven. The 4L was just too large in the bodice for me. I am usually a 4 on top (6 bottom) or sometimes a 2 on top. I am 5'7" and the long was definitely necessary if you want to wear heels (I am a 4"+ heel kind of girl). Because of the uneven hem on the 2L, I did not end up being able to wear this dress. As for the dress itself, I did like it a lot. I have pretty narrow shoulders, and I did find the size and fit of the straps to be just a tad overwhelming on my shoulders. The rest of the dress was very flattering though. As with a lot of beaded or sequined dresses, this one doesn't look quite as good up close. It does catch the light beautifully though. I didn't love it as much as I thought I would. Both dresses sent were in good condition, but definitely looked like they'd had a fair bit of wear.

I loved this dress. The skirt has a lot of body to it, which I always love, and the top fit great. I chose to wear a strapless bra because I couldn't quite get a regular bra to stay hidden under the straps. With a little tape or possibly on someone with broader shoulders (mine are pretty narrow), a regular bra might be workable. The only disappointing thing about this dress is that it's awesomeness is not fully captured in pictures. I am usually a 4 or sometimes a 2 on top. I found this dress fit pretty true to size, though it would've been interesting to try on a 2. I wore a 4 and also had a 6 sent based on other reviews. The 4 fit but definitely had a bit of wiggle room in the bodice. I'm 5'7" and the length was great. I have a pretty long torso, but the waist on this was still flattering, even though it's a bit high. As other reviewers experienced, neither of the dresses sent came with a belt. So maybe don't expect that. I thought it looked great without a belt though. Anyway, great dress, it really pops, and it's very comfortable. The pockets are also very functional. I had a clutch but had my phone in a pocket from time to time, and it didn't weigh down the skirt at all. I think this dress would be a safe (and great!) choice for a wide variety of body types and ages.

I liked this dress, but it had less pizazz in person than I expected it to. I was hoping for a bit more pop from the sequins. As for the fit, I would say it was fairly true to size, if maybe a bit large. I tend to be a 4 on top but can sometimes wear a 2 because I have pretty narrow shoulders and a 32 bra size. With the Badgley Mischka dressed I've tried, a 2 seems to fit best on top for me. I only had a 4 sent, as it was a backup dress, so I'm not sure if the 2 would have been just right on top. The 4 was a tad big for me. I'm 5'7" and the dress hit just above my knee. If I hadn't had another dress sent that I liked better, I would've happily worn this dress.
