I wore this dress to a 1920's Gatsby themed wedding! And I was the HIT of the party! from the moment I walked in people would come over to express their delight in this dress! "You're a PIANO!" they would exclaim! The bride even told me that I was the best dressed there! I paired the dress with a simple black clutch, funky fun designed tights, knotted string of pearls, and sequenced headband. A unique take on the 1920's flapper-style! Totally perfect!

This was the backup dress for my company holiday party... and i am SOOOOO glad I got it! the other dress did not fit at all (either size). This dress fit me like perfection! it hit at my knees (since I am very short at 4'10") but honestly, any shorter would have ridden up quite a lot when sitting. the lace is stiff, and raising arms too high was not going to happen. make sure you have someone to zip you up too! the color is GORGEOUS! no necklace needed -- the neckline is simple and with this dress the key is to keep focus ON THE DRESS! i paired with black tights and black wedges. i love Love LOVED this dress!

I got the S and the M... luckily also got a different dress as back up. Neither size fit me! The small was too tight on the chest area / while the rest of the dress fit my body perfectly! the Medium was perfect for the check / but the dress hung like a formless sack on the body. I LOVE this dress and desperately wanted it to fit and work, but it really is for a specific body type -- and i am NOT that body. I would some combo of the Sm/Med for this dress to work.
