I wore this to a daytime church ceremony and evening wedding reception. Was perfect for the event. I usually wear a 4, but felt it looked too bulky (and the lining was showing at the bottom - not sure how to tell RTR about this issue?), so I tried the 2. It was much better, but definitely snug around the rib cage. I also rented the necklace that they show on the model but really didn't care for it, so added a black belt instead which broke up the pattern a bit and highlighted my waist. Overall very happy with the rental.

Based on reviews, I ordered a 4 and a 6 in this dress (I usually wear a 4). I ended up wearing the 4 as the 6 was too bulky in the skirt area. The top was definitely snug, but it's made of slightly stretchy material so it still fit fine. I think you want the top to be snug so it balances the poof/draping of the skirt. The only negatives for me were that the lining can ride up a bit after sitting down and the slit in the skirt (it's more of a wrap skirt) can be pretty high when you are sitting down and you show a lot of leg. But overall, I really liked the dress and thought it was a great option if you are looking for a stylish LBD.
