I knew this dress was going to be on the shorter side, but being 5'4" I thought it would just wear tights and it would be fine. WRONG! This dress was so incredibly short there was absolutely no way I could wear this to a wedding. The cut was also a little weird at the top. I would warn ladies who are bigger on top that I was having a that spill over on the side problem as well. My suggestion would definitely be to size up if you in question.

I really loved this dress. The draping of the material is very forgiving of the mid-section (especially wearing to an event right after the holidays!). The only negative thing I have to say about this dress is due to the sparkle, my underarms were raw from rubbing against the material all night.

The design of the dress was gorgeous, beautiful black lace with a little stretch. I found it did run slightly on the small side but not much. It was also much shorter than I anticipated even though I read every review trying to figure out to get the R or L! I order the 6R and 8R but ended up going with the 8 for a little more breathing room and hoping for a little more length. I had a few struggles with this dress that almost prevented me from wearing it... 1) the straps are extremely long/stretched out, I pinned them but still had an issue 2) The zipper would NOT budge past the seam, I had 3 people try to zip me. I ended up taking off the dress, zipping it and then putting it on over my head (make sure you do this before hair and make up!). 3) the front kept slipping down all night. I was at an event where dancing was a big part of the night so I was constantly pulling up my dress (possibly from the straps being too long?).

These were much smaller than I thought but were still beautiful! I actually ended up not wearing them because I bought gold and ended up going with silver jewelry due to some detail on the shoes I found. Would definitely rent again!

This dress was great. I would actually rent it again or even purchase it if I had the opportunity. This dress was fun to dance in and a bright and beautiful color. I stood out in a sea of black :) It even had pockets which I love, perfect to keep your phone and lip gloss with you at all times!
