Perfect dress for a formal gala with work colleagues!
I wore this dress to a gala supporting a professional non-profit organization, with many of my colleagues and professional network in attendance. I needed something that looked elegant and sophisticated but didn't show a lot of skin, and this dress was perfect. It was also comfortable, and I felt good standing, sitting, or dancing. It would be a great choice for conservative dressers or someone who is feeling a little insecure about their upper arms, as it hits at a good length on the arms to cover the most troublesome area.

Beautiful, classic-looking cocktail dress.
I wore this for my office holiday party. It is fitted, but the fabric is thick and it smooths out the bulges. It is more dressy-looking in person than you would think from the pictures; I could see it working for more formal occasions and cocktail parties, too. I am 5'8" and the dress fit perfectly, hit at my knees and the arms were comfortable. I would rent it again!

These earrings made the outfit!
I loved these earrings. They were recommended to go with the black Milly dress I rented, and they really made the outfit! They are big enough to add glamour to the outfit but still very classy and appropriate for an office party.

Perfect dress for a holiday party or winter wedding.
I loved the detail around the neck and arms. The fabric is heavy, and the dress feels well made. My only (small) complaint was that it is very short so, while the medium fit me perfectly, it was so short that I didn't feel comfortable wearing it. I generally don't wear short dresses, though. The large was too big around, but the length was right, and the dress still looked great. I would wear it again, even with the length issue.

I loved it! Great fit, fabric, and very forgiving.
The fabric has more shine in person than you can see in the photo. The dress has a 70's disco vibe to it, which I liked. It's great for dancing, moving, and hiding a little extra weight if you happen to be carrying some at the time.

This dress was a beautiful color and the fabric draped beautifully.
I rented this for a wedding of a professional acquaintance, and it was perfect. Very classy and conservative. The back was not as shown, however; it was a traditional zip-up sheath style in back, but it still looked very nice. I have reddish hair and pale skin, and the color was very flattering. I usually wear an 8, but the dress gaped around the arms and in the bust. The six fit me perfectly.
