Great dress, but.....
So, the pictures you see are not the actual situation. The dress is so pretty and such an eye-catcher, but neither of the sizes that I ordered zipped up. My chest is too big for the dress, grrrrrr. What you don't see is the sweater I wore on top so that no one saw that the side zipper was completely open. I purposely took pictures without the sweater so RTR could see me in the dress. I liked it a lot. I loved the poofy skirt and the navy and I loved that it was a light material as I attended a wedding in humid 90+ degree weather. I would definitely rent this dress again, but obviously in a larger size.

I really love this dress. Everybody loved me in this dress. It was beautiful to wear!!!
Although I love the dress, I gave it fours stars and I will explain why. My body is not the best type for dresses with a natural waste because I have a big tummy. I knew that going in, but I really wanted this dress for this event. When I first tried on the size 6, the zipper was not hooking up. I was intent on wearing this dress and invested in new shape wear and got some help with the zipper and voila!. As other reviewers mentioned, the top is very loose so I used a safety pin to keep things in place. Finally, the dress is a very long one which I love - I love when my dresses drape the floor. Overall,the dress looked great and it was lightweight which allowed me to work my event with ease of movement. I got so many compliments. I highly recommend it if you have a tiny waste. Go for it, you will not be disappointed.

I was somewhat annoyed when I tried the dress on and the snapped belt would not stay and kept popping apart. I knew from reviews that this would happen, but once it happened with me, I realized that once that belt was loose, I was wearing a shapeless set of jersey material. Fast forward to the night of the event, having decided to make the most of the situation and not let my rental go to waste, I made sure that I fastened the belt to alleviate any worry of it coming loose and it made me feel more confident. I added some faux diamond accessories in the form or bracelets and a statement necklace and my best, best black leather Mary Jane heals and viola: mission accomplished. The fit on that night was amazing as the material layered in all the right places and it was just a very, very sophisticated look which is exactly what I wanted. I did not want a flashy look and didn't want to show too much skin as this was a work event and comfort was the optimal goal. It work and I got many compliments on the look. It was an unexpected dress and it made people notice. I am very pleased.

I liked the dress a lot. I wore it as a female skirt tuxedo with dark tights and a black blazer. Luckily, I found the extra bright purse for the great pop of color. I felt really comfortable in it and enjoyed wearing the dress.

I looked beautiful in this dress and it was a very dramatic dress to wear.
The color is a bit deceiving and the dress only looks blue in certain light and via camera. I loved the material: a jersey that is neither heavy nor thin and cheap. The rouching and draping are very good for hiding a tummy. One needs to definitely wear heals with this dress otherwise it will drape the floor. I loved it and I loved the Rent the Runway experience. Having the two sizes to choose from is something you don't realize as the best option UNTIL you have it. I will definitely rent dresses in the future. You simply can't beat this. Please keep up the good work.
