I wore this to a 1920s themed NYE event and it was perfect.
The fit was great. It was form fitting at the top and the swishy at the bottom. A really fun dress.

This is a great dress for dancing. Loose enough to not constrict any movement.
The zipper goes down past the waist quiet a bit so I could have gone down a size and have it still zip up over my hips. The bodice was a bit loose but still looked and felt great. I would recommend getting a back up size one size smaller.

The dress was great for eating in and dancing in. It didn't feel too tight at all.
The fit was great. I got a size 10 and it was great everyone except the bust. This dress is not for busty girls. If I had gotten a size 12 it would have fit in the bust but not anywhere else. It required some manipulation for that part to fit but even with that it was still very comfortable.
