This top's fabric is a heavy knit with sequins in a snakeskin pattern. The sequins do not completely cover the fabric. It was not itchy. I rented this to wear to hang out with friends but ended up wearing to work in my business casual office instead. The cut is slightly boxy and conservative and the sequins are not overly shiny making the top versatile and therefore can be worn to work, everyday, or for going out. I think any age can wear as long as sequins are to your taste. I wear either a small or medium in tops and rented a medium due to previous reviews. It fit perfectly with no restriction in the shoulders or bust.

I really really love the style and fabric of this top. The print is very colorful and eye catching. It would be great for a causal office, going out, or everyday. I tried it with black skinnys but it looked best with jeans. It needs to be worn with a racer back style bra or strapless due to the cut of the arms. I usually take a small or medium in tops. The small was unavailable and previous reviews said this ran large so I opted to try the XS and it fit OK, but the small would have been better because the pleats would have fallen better through the bust and I think the length might have been a little longer. I will definitely rent again when the small is available.

I rented this dress to wear to my parents' house for a casual Easter Sunday dinner and it is great for everyday wear. I would have felt comfortable wearing it to work in the middle of summer in our business casual environment. I typically wear a 4 and this fit fine everywhere except it was a tiny bit tight in my shoulders. Otherwise the dress was very comfortable and is a very conservative style that any age can wear. The fabric is soft/not stiff and draped well. The belt is attached and runs through a casing in the back that allows for extra fullness to be taken up and therefore can adjust to any waistline. There is also ample room in the hips so choose a size according to your bust.

I had ordered an Equipment top in small before and it was too small so I rented this in medium and it still was too tight through the bust. I always take a small or a medium so that tells me that this runs quite small. The silk fabric that the Equipment silk tops are made of is really nice and lays very well. This is a great wardrobe staple that can be worn in a variety of ways.

I wear between a 4 and 6 and decided to go with the 6 because of other reviews of this same top in a different color that said it was tight in the bust. The 6 fit me in the bust but the underarms gapped a little. My conclusion is that this top is made for C cup or smaller. I am also a bit short waisted and that was evident in the way it fit in the shoulders. This top needs a strapless bra. The design of the top and the fabric is pretty and unique and fun but it did not flatter my figure - it made me look bigger in the hips than I already am. It will hide a less than flat tummy. The light color in the print is actually cream. The back of the top is somewhat open and so when I wore it to work I wore it with a sweater, but it was great as is for going out on the weekend and would be OK for work in a less conservative office than mine.

I rented this to wear to work on St. Patrick's Day. The fabric is very pretty and reminds me of a Liberty of London print. I love the fact that the shirt is silk and therefore is lightweight, fluid, and lays well rather than being stiff. I wear either a small or medium and in this case I should have rented the medium. The small was tight through the shoulders, back, and bust and although it didn't gap, my movement was restricted and a medium would have been more comfortable. There was adequate room in the hips. I wore with white but it would also look nice with blue jeans. I will definitely be renting Equipment button downs in the future.

This is a pretty top in a flattering color that I really enjoyed wearing. I wear either a small or medium and chose a medium based on other reviews and the fit was perfect. I wore this to work with black slacks, but I also tried it with dark wash blue jeans and that looked great too. I think it would also look good with white. I think it can be worn with just about any pant or skirt style and can be dressed up or down. The style of lace is not either overly casual nor overly dressy. This was an excellent choice that I would definitely consider renting again. Highly recommended.

I wore this top to work. It is cute and definitely work appropriate for a business casual office setting as long as a camisole is worn underneath. The silk fabric is understated and the colors in the paisley pattern are black, cream, dark blue, and coral. It would also be great for going to the mall or to a casual dinner/night out. This top is not oversized. I suggest to order a size up for someone with larger than average bust. There is not much room through the bust and back/shoulders to allow for freedom of movement of your arms and the sleeve won't pull up over your elbow to allow the top to move naturally when your arm is extended because of the elastic in the casing at the bottom of the 3/4 sleeve. I typically can wear a small or medium depending on how the top runs and if I were to rent this top again I would rent a medium instead of small.

I loved this dress the minute I saw it. The color is darker in person and not shiny as it looks in the RTR photos. I discovered that photographing the dress with a flash gives this appearance, so I had a photo taken outside in natural light to show how it really looks. This dress runs true to size or perhaps runs a little large. The cut is very flattering and a conservative style that any age can wear. It is appropriate for a dressy evening party, theater event, or wedding. Special undergarments are not needed. The color and fabric of the dress is appropriate for a fall or winter event. The fabric has stiffness/body to it and it keeps its shape, i.e., the skirt does not flow/drape as you walk, sit, etc. There is also an attached crinoline to maintain the skirt's shape. I highly recommend this dress.

This clutch was selected to coordinate with a classic styled purple and black Theia dress, gold jewelry, and black shoes. It is a little bit smaller than I would have liked to have had but a good size for holding easily in one hand and laying on a table or church pew without taking up too much space. There is a pocket on the back that I used to slip my cell phone into. I managed to stuff several makeup items in the main compartment. It did distort the shape of the clutch a bit with the makeup and phone but not too much. The color of the leather is light gold and it has black and polished gold accents. It will coordinate with a lot of outfits and is not overly dressy.

This is a beautiful, classy dress that has an interesting, different feel to it. The fabric and lace is beautiful. It is not super dressy though so it could be worn on a date, dinner, other occasions less dressy than a wedding, or even to work if this fits in your work environment. I am on the high side of a size 4 but I can't wear this dress in a 4. I can get it on and zip it up, and the sleeves aren't too tight, but it is fitting a lot tighter than how it is designed to fit through the bust and waist because I am sure it is not supposed to be form fitting. I will definitely plan to rent this again and I intend to try an 8.

This dress was perfect for a nighttime winter wedding and reception that was held in a nightclub setting. I wore it with black stockings, pointy toe flats, and carried a black leather with silver hardware Rebecca Minkoff mini mac bag. It is fitted through the high waist and bust. Previous posters have commented about the waistband and bottom of the dress flipping up. If you iron on the inside of the dress and press the inside of the seam of the bands so that the seam allowance is pressed away from the way the pleats on the outside are supposed to lay, then the pleats will lay flat on the outside when you iron them down. Use lots of steam and it will look great and stay that way. Also the zipper is stiff - use something oily to lubricate it and rezip a few times to work it through the teeth before you put it on and it will zip up a lot easier.
