I wore this to a Fall wedding and it was gorgeous. I loved the length of the dress and while it was rather heavy, it wasn’t too hot to wear. It did show quite a bit of cleavage but it was still conservative enough to not be inappropriate (it was my boss’ wedding). Plus, it had pockets. Enough said.

I wore this dress for my 40th birthday dinner and it was perfect. I got the XL and XXL - I tried the XXL on first and it fit with quite a bit of stretch to it, so I didn’t even bother trying on the XL. The color and flair of the dress was so fun, my friends loved it. The only thing I wish I had done differently was worn a different bra. The way the dress hangs it made my boobs look even bigger so I wish I’d had worn a bra that kept the girls a bit smaller and higher. Either way, I’ll definitely rent this again for a fun party or night in Vegas!

First of all, shoutout to RTR customer service! The day before my dress was scheduled to arrive I noticed that it was still processing and hadn't shipped. I contacted them and they immediately overnighted me my dress and back-up size to make sure I had it in time for my event. I was soooooo thankful they acted so quick and fixed the situation. As for the dress, well I wore it to a steampunk/gotchic wedding and it was perfect. Super comfy and fit true to size. Paired it with tights and black booties.... and some hot pink hair to add to the attire. Arms were poofy but that worked with the theme. Even if it wasn't a themed wedding, it'd be a fun dress for a fun party or unique event. I was glad I found this, it was inexpensive and an easy to wear dress. Another Rent the Runway success!

When my package arrived, I noticed both hangers were broken and I was missing the plastic shipping "lock" for when I returned it. Not sure if my package was tampered with or if it just went through a very rough delivery. Either way, I had planned on wearing the 12R but it was too tight in the upper waist area, so I opted for the 14L which was indeed very long (even with three inch wedges). I'm not sure if my dress had an issue with the zipper, even when I wasn't wearing the dress it was incredibly difficult to zip up past the cinched waist part. I had a friend help as I was trying the dress on, and it zipped up but the zipper was very stubborn. On the day of the wedding I was getting ready at a hotel by myself and had to call room service to help me, haha thank you lady from the Hilton who helped a stranger out! Once the dress was zipped then I was ready to go. It was gorgeous and flowy, fabric was great but not breathable on a 90 degree afternoon. I got many compliments on it and it was perfect for a wedding amongst the redwoods. I'd definitely recommend this dress to anyone (just be sure to have an extra set of hands when getting ready!)

I ordered this dress for my friend who was headed to Maui with her boyfriend. What she didn't know was that not only was he going to propose, but that he had planned a surprise wedding for her! He proposed, she said yes and then the dress arrived for her big day, and I can honestly say she looked perfect in it! The dress appeared a bit more gold than in photos, but it blended in great with the sandy beaches and blue Pacific ocean. It was the best way to get Maui'ed! After the wedding, it was discovered that the return shipping label was accidentally not included, but thanks to Rent the Runway's AMAZING customer service, they forwarded me a back-up label and were incredibly gracious on a late return. Another reason why I truly love this company! Renting an unseen dress for a gal that didn't know she was about to get married was a very risky thing, but once again RTR did not disappoint!

I read the reviews and knew this dress would run small, but holy cow, I couldn't even get it past my boobs! The bottom is not stretchy in the slightest and has ZERO wiggle room, so for those with a tight figure, this dress is for you! Those with curves: I would sadly not recommend, despite how cute it is.
