I'm not quite sure if you would say the dress runs small or just that it lacks any sort of stretch. I usually wear a 4 or a 6 (depending on the cut), but the 6 was just way too tight to be comfortable in for an entire evening. I'm glad I read the reviews and got one size up as my back up. Though the 8 felt better, it was still a little snug in the hips, but I just made due for the night. It truly is a beautiful dress and the color was great for the fall wedding I attended.

I guess I just prefer my dresses to be a little bit longer. I would say the dress hit at mid to upper thigh and I am by no means a tall woman at 5'-3". I felt for the wedding I was attending, it was too short. I ended up wearing a dress I purchased as a backup. The dress color, cut and fabric were great, so if you are ok with showing a little more leg, it would make a great choice.

I absolutely loved this dress. It accentuated my figure nicely and a I got quite a few compliments it. I ordered the 4 and the 6 thinking the 4 would fit the best. I really didn't notice much of a difference between the two sizes aside from a little (and I mean little) extra room in the stomach and rib area. I ended up wearing the 6 with the thought process I would be eating a lot that day and wanted to be comfortable. The pockets are a great addition and I didn't feel like they made my hips look any wider. Like other reviewers have said, the material is a fairly thick knit. We got a surprise heat wave the day of my bridal shower; 100 degree weather and this dress did not mesh too well. Thankfully we were able to move inside for a portion of the day.

I wore the bracelet to my bridal shower. I wanted that little something extra that most ladies want for their special day. The bracelet has great sparkle and fit nicely around my wrist. Never once did I feel like it would fall off or catch on anything. I only gave it four stars because the bracelet was more substantial in size that I thought it would be; that though may only be because I generally do not wear statement jewelry.
