Overall, the dress was gorgeous, comfortable and perfect for the formal holiday party we attended. I've got a curvy booty and hips, but the cut and peplum style was flattering. I got lots of compliments and felt super confident. I've been using RTR for the past few years and I've never been disappointed!

Carmen Marc Valvo dresses are great for us girls with curves (I own one that is also super flattering). I rented this for a formal holiday party and it was a one of a kind. I got so many compliments. I wore kitten heels and the hem line came right above my toes. I probably could have gone with a long, but this length still worked well. The dress was super comfortable (not tight in the hips, thighs and chest) and great for dancing the night away - but still showed off my curves in all the right places. The color and fun one-shoulder ruffle were perfect for a fancy, festive party!

Gorgeous dress - received lots of compliments. The event was a formal, black tie optional fundraiser with a James Bond theme, so this dress was perfect. It was a pretty snug fit, but the tulle that wraps the dress compliments the curves in the right places and helps hide any areas you don't want to draw attention to. RTR was out of the 12, so luckily the 10 fit. Plus, the 12 would likely have been a bit too big on top. I wore 3 1/2" heels and the skirt brushed the ground - 4" would have been better. Careful in a crowd to make sure no one accidentally steps on the back. Overall, loved the dress and RTR in general. Will definitely come back for future events!

I typically wear a 10 in dresses. I only could give this a 3 star because RTR wasn't able to send me a 12 which I'm pretty confident would have fit. So I wasn't able to wear it. I was, however, able to get a second style for about $60 extra in lieu of the 2nd size. The dress is gorgeous - beautiful lace detail and relatively light weight. It also hugs all the curves. I'll definitely try to get the 12 for the next formal event. Overall RTR experience was great - delivery was right on time, and the dress is all ready to put on. Will definitely use RTR again.
