I wish I had a better picture!! I picked this dress for two reasons- the color and the sleeves. Both are beautiful in person! It's a true berry color and is very flattering. I'm self conscious about my arms, so I tend to rent dresses with sleeves and most of the time they run small and/or make the dress ride up when you lift your arms even the slightest bit to dance... not with this dress since the sleeves are billowy! It IS pretty short however, limiting its 'danceability' which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars. It was great for a semi-formal March wedding!

I needed this to go with a few low cut backless dresses i own/rented, and being a 34D I need some kind of support. It's not ideal, but it works way better than nothing!!

I originally rented the MGSM pollack dress, but it had been returned to RTR late/damaged. RTR contacted me of this and offered to send me another dress up to double the price of my original rental! I opted to rent this top to go with a vintage designer skirt I've had for a while but never worn. It worked perfectly!! I'm normally between a 6/8 in dresses, but since I have a 34D bust the RTR stylist sent me an 8 and a 10. The 8 fit great, I didn't even bother to try on the 10. Very true to size! It's a great quality black silk crop, and I'm very glad I opted for this as my backup, but I'm not sure I would rent it again at the normal rental price. That being said, if you are looking for a high quality, formal black crop this is definitely it! Also, the back unzips completely so there is no messing up hair and makeup :) Thanks for another great rental!

I needed a dress to wear to the opening of my thesis gallery exhibition, and this worked perfectly! The identity of the show was neon pink and black, night club ladies' night inspired; I wanted something that would be formal enough yet would pop and the length/thickness of this dress paired with the pink piping fit the bill. It is a great spin on the LBD, with nice fabric and great construction. The dress did seem a bit stretched/worn however, as the neckline rippled a bit and the piping wasn't totally straight.

Loved this rental!! It fit the atmosphere/theme of the wedding I attended perfectly. The sleeves are a bit tight compared to the fit of the rest of the dress, so I wore a size up from my usual- there isn't much stretch to the dress overall. It did ride up a bit when I raised my arms to dance, but not nearly as much as it could've due to the stretchy mesh material connecting the sleeves to the body of the dress.

The earrings I originally ordered with my dress were returned to RTR needing repairs, so a stylist sent me these as a replacement. I'm allergic to piercings, so I am used to wearing clip-ons and screw-backs daily. These however are SO heavy I don't think I could wear them for more than an hour (I doubt someone not used to clip-ons would last more than 15 minutes!) Besides the weight, they were also way larger than I expected making them too much for the black tie wedding I was attending, at least in my opinion.
