The bodice on this dress is not cut to work on a petite person. It's pretty but wouldn't work for me at 5'2".

So comfy!
I wasn't sure if I should get the L or XL -- should have gone for the smaller size because this is very generous in cut. But it's soft and simple and comfortable. Lots of opportunities to dress it up or down.

This was too long for my short body. I'm 8 months pregnant and this just didn't fit in the right places on me because it was clearly made for a much taller person.
