Loved this dress! It was perfect for my son’s commissioning into the Army as an officer!
This is flattering to persons like myself who are a little bigger in the bum! So glad that I got this dress! Will definitely rent again!

So I loved this dress but I am 5 feet y’all and it was short on me! Adorable though!
I didn’t end up wearing it because it was little too short but it is absolutely adorable! My 16 year old tried it on and it suit her perfectly!

I had to use the one dress I received instead of having the option to choose from four. Not happy.
I will be honest, the dress I have received is beautiful however, I ordered 4 and now have to wear the one that may or may not have been my favorite. I was hoping to choose between the ones that I selected so that I could wear the one that I was in love with. Thankfully, the one dress I received is okay. Additionally, I am going to have to now request a refund because quite frankly I should not have to pay for the dresses I did not receive. I really feel as though I should get the dress I did receive for free plus a credit should I ever take the chance to order from here again. The customer service is terrible. I was on hold for an hour and no-one ever picked up. Fortunately, my credit card will likely allow me to reverse the charged since I did not receive the dresses. Not the best experience for me. UPDATE: After being on hold for an hour last night, I gave up. I called again this morning and did finally reach someone. The girl I spoke with was apologetic and for that I was grateful. However, the other dresses will arrive on Monday. The gala I am going to is tonight so that will be 2 days to late. I am being issued a refund plus a 25% coupon but quite honestly I feel as though they made a huge mistake and should do more than that. I ordered my dresses (3 of them) 3 weeks ago. Thank goodness, I added an additional one separately at a much higher cost a few days later and I did receive that one because other wise we would not be going to this event. Super frustrating. Not sure I would recommend them. The only reason I gave them one star is because I can't give zero. Again, the one dress that I received is beautiful and I am grateful I have that to wear but not the best experience I have had. UPDATE #2: I have been issued a coupon code for a free rental. I do feel as though this was a fair response. I do understand that stuff happens and am grateful that RTR did their best to rectify the situation. Thank you very much
