This was a very short dress, I wouldn't wear it to work. But I wore it on a date. It is very fitted and tight.

I'm short & therefore rarely to never find dresses and skirts too short. This one was almost too short to wear without tights. I wore it 2x once bare legs & booties & the other tights. It's a great dress other than it runs suuuper small. 

Wow, ladies, this one's a shorty! But, your legs will look a mile long. Black tights? Yes, please. Probably not a $300 dress, as specified on RTR. But did the job for a fun night out.

this dress looks better than I expected.  the pattern may look plain, but the cut is very flattering, it makes me look thin and in better shape.  love it. would rent this again. 

Medium weight material. Great for mild fall/winter. 

Fabric is great and I love the print but this dress is REALLY short. Tights made it doable but if you have long legs go to a higher size. 

I love this dress. I felt so cute in it! It is very much a mini and probably not the most work appropriate, but I wore it to the office with tights anyway. It's just adorable and I love the plaid. A+! 

It ran small so I got a medium (which fit perfect). Too short for my job so I didn't take my coat off and went home at lunch to change. Ladies at the office loved it. Especially the sleeves.

The dark plaid made this a great choice for fall or winter.  While the fabric was warm enough, I only gave it 4 stars because it was super shot.  I had to change to black tights to be sure nothing was exposed!

I ordered this as a work dress, but it is a true mini and not appropriate for a hospital setting! The dress is very cute though. Thicker material, cute for outings in fall weather. Love the Plaid and subtle bell sleeve. Felt very 70's in this little number...in a good way! 

Wearing to work today but pairing it with a long sweater bc as everyone else said, it's way too short.  Love the color and material but worried if I bend down, my butt will show. 
Prob going to only wear this once!

Ordered this for work and it is even short on me at 4'11. Seems to be cut too small all around. Cute sleeves and general design but tight in random places

I rented this to wear to work, but it is a mini and I could not wear it to work.  I ended up returning it un-worn.  It is cute if you want to wear it to a party.

Believe the other reviews ... I am very comfortable showing my ass..ets and this dress was short.  I wore it with black leggings and didn't think I was revealing anything but I did find myself pulling it down

Super cute dress and had a great fit. It is a little short though, so I recommend pairing it with tights.

This is definitely a true mini. I rented the xs and was hoping to wear to the office with tights but it was way to short to be work appropriate. Really great fabric with stretch and is super fitted. Wore out twice with thick black tights and a small black bootie. Received lots of compliments, just had to be careful sitting or bending over. 

Dress was cute, but a bit to short to my liking for work. Even if I wore leggings with it. 

I didn’t end up wearing it because it was little too short but it is absolutely adorable!  My 16 year old tried it on and it suit her perfectly!

Super cute dress but short, so I paired with black tights. The print is grey and NAVY, with some black, fyi. Loved it! Sleeves are so cute! Large though...not the easiest to navigate during dinner.

Quality of material is excellent.  It's thick.  Way too short to wear as a dress.  I wore it with leggings and got lots of compliments.

Warning, bell sleeves will dip into dishes when eating family-style Thanksgiving dinner. Probably was not the best choice. Otherwise cute and comfortable. 

Plaid is definitely in style right now. I rented this for Thanksgiving brunch and paired it with calf height boots. The dress fits Perfect. No need to size up or down. 

I loved this dress! I paired it with black over the knee boots and black tights. Totally flirty school girl and definitely had heads turning. It was pretty short, but otherwise great!

I would not rent this dress if you are tall! I'm 5'2" and it felt short on me. I wore it to a funeral. The fit was true to size but again pushin pretty short. Otherwise I loved it!

I'm 5'3 and it was short but fit great. I wore it with black leggings and knee high boots. 

The dress was a little short. All previous renters were on the shorter side. I'm 5'8 and it fell a little short for my comfort level, but wasn't short enough that I didn't wear it! 

This dress is quite mini, but looks so good with tights. Loved the fit! Even if you're tummy conscious, it just sort of skims right over your mid section. Gave it only four stars because the back zipper bunches up a little weird from time to time. Could be because I have a large butt.

runs small and is extremely short, even though I am only 5 feet. wore with opaque tights and was fine for work. 

This is a very short dress, I wore it to a friends Christmas party, too short for work. Very cute though! It was a little small throughout the entire dress including the length. 

I rented this for work but unfortunately it was crazy short. And I mean crazy short. I love a good short skirt but this didn't even skim my fingertips when I put my hands down by my sides and I'm only 5'5". Other than that it fit great and was super flattering. 

Barely covered my rear.   This dress was too short for taller women.  It's cute for petites I am sure!
