Good material, baggy fit
I liked the thicker material for winter and the pattern was interesting. However, the fit was very big. The dress felt like a way too big bag on me. Size down even more than you think!

Unique and fun!
I don't normally do high, collared necks but the reviews were so positive I had to try it. And I'm so glad I did. The fit is perfect, the high collar is conservative enough for work but the bottom hem is flirty enough to keep it fun. Great spring dress.

Perfect spring dress
The 2 was a little large in the waist for me but nothing a tied chambray shirt couldn't fix as an over layer. Got lots of compliments at work, and even from the lady at the coffee shop. Perfect color and style for the spring.

Gorgeous pattern and color for spring
Worn to work with a jean jacket since it's still a little on the cold side of spring but got tons of compliments. The fit is fantastic and the hem has a little flare that makes it stand out.

Fit great, felt like a million bucks
The dress fit perfectly, the zipper was an interesting detail and the cowl neck, though I've never usually liked them, was actually a lot of fun, gave it some depth and interest. Overall, a really great work dress that got lots of compliments!

Size up and you'll love it!
I have rented Slate and Willow in the past and you should always size up from your normal size. I could fit in a small, but it's a tight fit. I ordered this in the medium and it's perfect. The design is super fun and interesting, and the little flounce on the bottom is a nice touch.

Just didn't quite work.
I can't quite explain why I didn't like this dress but it just didn't work. the material was thicker but still sort of see-through, which made it hard for work. It wasn't too tight but it just didn't fit my body well enough to actually wear. The pattern was pretty though!

Top fit well, bottom was a little odd
The color was great and the bow detail on the sleeves made it a little more fun. The top portion fit really well but the bottom had extra fabric around the hips that exaggerated that area too much for my proportions!

Love the color and fit!
The olive green was gorgeous and the knot detailing was very flattering. Like other wearers, the slit opened up when you went up stairs or sat down so be cautious of that at work. But totally worth it.

Zipper was a struggle but it was decent for work
I liked the pattern a lot, it was slightly tighter than I would have liked but still fit well. The zipper was a pain to work with though, I ended up zipping it up half way and pulling it over my head because I couldn't get the zipper by myself while wearing it, it kept getting caught at some point.

Perfect for Work and After Work Event
Loved how this dress fit, it was form fitting enough to look great but not too tight as to be inappropriate for work. I would rent this dress again and again!

Absolutely loved this dress. It was the perfect cut, fit and color for work. The length was perfect and the button detail made it interesting and fun. Seriously would consider buying, but at least renting again! Compliments came from coworkers and students alike!

Dress fit perfectly, the gathered material in the front was incredibly flattering and I loved the uneven hemline. It was a perfect work dress but could also be dressed up for a night out as well.
