Great fit. The front slit can be a little tricky in the wind though

My ONLY complaint (as others have mentioned) is the slit is high so it looks like the dress might unwrap when you're sitting. Of course it doesn't, and as long as you're conscious of the potential, it's easy to manage. 
It's pretty long, so I'd definitely rent again for work but probably not a dress I'd rent for a social event. 

Loved wearing this dress! I rented it for a corporate meeting and cocktail party. I was worried the material would be too casual, but it had a stretch and sheen to it which was perfect. I would recommend sizing up (I would have preferred a S versus XS) since it was a little snug in the underarm area. The gathered waist was super flattering and the asymmetrical hem line was a fun touch. The army/olive green was a unique color. Take note that the slit can ride up pretty high when you walk so just be cautious! 

Super flattering albeit on the tighter side, but makes every body look amazing - wore with knee high boots - perfect spring transition outfit

This dress is amazing. It's so comfortable, flattering, great for work or a night out. The slit is a bit high so wearing with tights is good for work. I wore it three times this week to different sites!!!

Rented this for a work convention. It was perfect with or without a blazer and was very flattering! I did wear with spanx but that's just my personal preference. Would rent again!

Standing still at home it was fine but as soon as I was walking around the office the wrap action showed much more leg than I realized. Thank goodness for double stick fashion tape or I would have had to go home for a costume change. 

The material was so soft I couldn't stop touching it, but I almost didn't wear it because of the tightness in the hips. I ended up wearing it to an all-day training at work and got a couple compliments from strangers. 

It runs small - making it hard to get on (no zipper). But it gives you a great hourglass shape if you can get it on! Pasties are all I'll be able to get under this dress! Wish it had a bit more give, but it is a sexy dress. 

The color is lighter than it appears online, but that was fine. It was a tad too tight up top for me... I'm a 4 and I wish I got a 6.

I wore this to a reception for work and it was perfect. It's got a great stretch to it that hugged me in all the right places. The slit of the front does go up pretty high but I still think it was able to get away with wearing it an "after-work" event. I definitely wouldn't wear it in the office though. I loved this dress so much, I had to purchase it!

Really liked this olive dress. Fits a bit small but very flattering and good for work. I wore it all day for a conference and it was perfect. Higher neckline allows room for a big statement necklace. I'm buying this one.

Would recommend for a work event. Great feminine fit. 

The olive green was gorgeous and the knot detailing was very flattering. Like other wearers, the slit opened up when you went up stairs or sat down so be cautious of that at work. But totally worth it. 

Fits well. The slit is a tad high, needed to be mindful of it while sitting. 

It was tight to get over my head, however, once it was on it was the perfect fit. I felt hot all day and loved the feel and look :)

I'm a pear shape and this dress was tight around my hips/bottom. I wish I would've ordered a medium. Definitely size up with this one! 

Great fit but somewhat high slit when walking

The cut of this is universally flattering. Not my favorite color, so I went with something else.

The fit is flattering for an hourglass shape and the slight ruching in the stomach area conceals any imperfection in your midsection. I paired with black tights, black booties and a cropped black sweater. Loved this look. 

Very cute dress...ran a little small so I wore the large instead of the medium and wore a denim jacket over it to a fundraising event. Very cute but if you wear spanx under it the dress tends to twist a little. would definitely rent again 

This isn't a high quality dress, but it fits so well. 

I really loved the way this dress looks, the color is awesome and the cinching detail is cool. The wedding I attended was outside and cooler so I wore tights under the dress, and I am glad I did. The length is very appropriate, but the fabric is a slit overlay, so when you cross your legs or if you're a big dancer, you'll have a little more exposure. 

I thought this was too tight for work. I did wear it for a party. It's tight on the booty. The ruching in front is flattering!

I absolutely LOVED the fit of this dress, very flattering. The slit however is the problem. It tends to show a little too much leg when sitting. Would wear again for an after work event but maybe not while sitting in an office. 

I rented this for a wedding, with intention of wearing to a few work events too. The slit is a bit high for work, so I used double sided tape to tone it down a bit. The fit is extremely flattering!

Dress looks great when standing up and still.  However, the leg slit is VERY high when walking and when sitting.  I didn't realize this until I got to work, so I would recommend this dress for events/evenings and not for daytime office wear.

Loved the dress even though it was a tiny bit small. Fit an entire size smaller and then some. Be mindful of the slit. If you are thick in any way in the thigh area the flap will open often and wide. Fit in the armpit was a little tight as well although I do have broad shoulders. Overall a nice dress. Fabric is a little scratchy. 

I ended up not wearing this for work because the slit was too high.  My upper thigh was out when I sat. But I loved the dress, I would rent again if I had something to wear it to.
